We came here and ordered the family combo chicken and it did not disappoint. The chicken was flavorful, tender, and served nice and warm--exactly what you want. The portion was generous, perfect for sharing. Service was good - The servers were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. Place is clean and they have an outdoor area too. Overall, a solid spot for a satisfying meal. Would definitely come back!

Our team visited for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. The weather was nice so we decided to sit on the outdoor patio. I ordered the turkey avocado panini with a Caesar salad. It was good, just wish it was toasted a bit more. The service was okay!

Food always fresh and grilled meats are fantastic not overcooked! We ordered family meal cane with three chicken skewers onion tomatoes bell pepper....we got half basmati rice abd half bulger oh plus a pasta dish that had two pieces of toasted bread . I would get family meal again but not the pasta it was just ok. Be sure to ask for hot sauce if you want to amplify! Our first server was ok she had a bit of an attitude. Like don't let me sit where i wanted to. Seemed annoyed we didn't know what we wanted to order and asked questions. However, our server might have taken lunch or left she didn't tell us but our second server was very nice! Remembered to get our underground parking validated and had plenty of leftovers for the next day!

Came to this location for the first time earlier this week for lunch. I see they have multiple locations throughout LA County. This particular one is located at the Paseo. I was surprised at how large the restaurant is and how busy it was for a week day. After reading reviews and looking at photos of their dishes, I ordered the charbroiled chicken shish kabob. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. I ate every last bite. I'd hate to be a food runner here as the plates are HUGE. My friend ordered the beef koobideh. That was also very tasty! This place has lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Can't wait to return and have this same plate again. They validate for parking.

Came for lunch...ordered the Chicken Pesto Panini sandwich. Your choice of salad(s)...I selected the Romaine Avocado. The place is very well designed, clean and looks new. I ordered what I thought was black ice tea...so I put two packets of stevia to sweeten it up...it is already a flavored tea. My bad for not tasting it first. My refill...no stevia...the ice tea is great. I sat at the bar as I came alone...by noon there was a small crowd...so plan ahead. The staff is overwhelmined with food-delievery pick up...making it difficult to mange the seated folks. While the restaurant appears not too crowded...the chief is making meals for 10 times the doordash people...ugh. The food...is great. I highly recommend this restaurant. Very good! Next time I'll order a kabob...it all looks very good. They offer a Family style meal that feeds 3-5 for $57.99. So think four people for $60.00 before drinks and or appetizers. Not bad. Prices are fair. Panini kabob grill.com is there website. The service is great...servers are attentive. Make this one of your stops.

Great restaurant with good food and excellent service. Hector and Carlos are amazing. We like this restaurant since they were in Santa Monica. The family style kebab special is truly special.. The Caesar and the Greek salads were fresh and crisp. The chicken kebab cooked to perfection and was very tender and juicy. And the bulgur was delicious. I definitely recommend Panini Kabob Grill in Pasadena.

I ordered the charbroiled chicken shish kabob with Mediterranean salad and grilled vegetables, along with a cup of lentil soup and a side of hummus and pita. The hummus and pita were a 10/10--super fresh and really delicious. I also loved the shish kabob plate; the chicken was very juicy and flavorful, and the grilled vegetables paired perfectly with the salad, which really topped off the meal nicely. The lentil soup wasn't my favorite and is something I'd probably skip next time, but I would definitely come back for the kabobs and hummus. I didn't dine in, so I can't speak much to the service, but the food itself was great.

We had dinner at Panini Kebab Grill in Pasadena a few weeks ago. We were a party of 4 and ordered the Family Style Kabobs special. The platter came with 3 skewers of chicken and vegetables atop of bulgur pilaf, and Caesar salad and Greek salad. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The family meal is a perfect choice for sharing. Their iced tea (organic ginger peach) is also amazing. The customer service was good. Hector was very accommodating. There is plenty of parking on the street and nearby parking structures.

The service and food here are always amazing. Everything tastes so fresh, and Panini Kabob never fails to deliver a great meal. The staff is incredibly nice, courteous, and welcoming every time I visit. The atmosphere is also very chill and relaxing. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

I've been ordering from Panini Kabob Grill (and their other locations) for years, but this was our first time actually dining in and it was a great experience. The food has always been delicious, but enjoying it in the restaurant made it even better since everything was hot and fresh right off the grill. Our waiter, Jose, was attentive and friendly, and the manager, Hector, stopped by a few times to check on us, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and personal. The restaurant is spacious with patio seating, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your meal. We ordered the family meal for four, and as always, it did not disappoint. It comes with two salads, we chose the romaine avocado and the strawberry date salad. The strawberry date salad is so good and definitely my favorite. The romaine avocado salad is also very fresh and flavorful. The chicken and flat iron steak kabobs were juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. This location is at Paseo Colorado with parking underneath, and they validate, which is convenient. We'll definitely be coming back to dine in at this location again. Great hospitality!

3.5. We came here on Valentine's Day for a galentines day celebration. Ordered the sample platter. We had to order more pits because there was not enough! Gray amount of hummus though. Tiramisu was good. They definitely were not prepared for the amount of people coming but did their best. Server was nice.

The food is absolutely delicious, the portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable and the guy who took our order was so kind and helpful. I couldn't believe how flavorful everything was! I got the chicken Shawarma and now I won't go anywhere else for Mediterranean. I live in Glendale so I've got a lot of Mediterranean restaurants around me; I've been to a handful of them. They're family owned and operated and had a bunch of yummy sounding options. I got their falafel, dolmas, cheese and meat boreg, chicken shawarma wrap, filet mignon and chicken thigh combo plate, and baklava to try. This was my first time ever trying falafels, dolmas, and boregs and wow. The falafel had a Fun crunchy outside with a crumbly yet not dry inside and full of aromatic flavors. The dolmas were really good too. Moist and herby. The boregs kinda reminded me of empanadas in both flavors and textures from the crisp fried outer pastry to savory fillings. The chicken shawarma wrap was stuffed with tender marinated chicken, fries, a bit of tomato and pepper and schmearing of creamy garlicy spread, and came with a side of refreshing cucumber yogurt salad. The best part was when that pita soaked up all the other juices of the chicken to make it even more flavorful. The meats in the combo plate had a nice char, were super savory, flavorful, well seasoned but were a bit overcooked and dry. But that's ok cuz that's where the super flavorful dips came in. There was the refreshing cucumber salad, smooth creamy nutty hummus, and pungent garlicy sauce that paired perfectly with everything. It also came with rice, an herby bright tabouleh salad, pickled turnips and crunchy fresh onions. The baklava was MASSIVE and was a bit dry and hard but had plenty of crisp pastry layers, crunchy nuts, was amazingly sweet and cinnamony. Overall this place is pretty good. Boreg $14 Falafel $8 Dolma $7 Chicken shawarma wrap $17 Combo beef filet and chicken thigh $28 Baklava $4

We heard good things about Sahara and decided to check it out yesterday; and it exceeded expectations. I had the beef kebab plate, while my mom and brother had the chicken kebab plate. We loved how they had complimentary snacks (olives, cheese, and cucumber) and also that the plate came with either soup or salad. The meat dishes were so flavorful and honestly the best we've had at any restaurant. They gave a lot of meat too; 8 pieces each dish. The baba ghanoush was also great. Last but not least, Mary, our server, was extremely pleasant and attentive. We can't wait to go back!

My first impression was how friendly everyone is, both employees and customers. I also noticed the aroma of mesquite smoke, which is a principle difference between their food and many others that use gas grills. The wonderful lady at the counter welcomed me and suggested the split kabob plate with half each beef and chicken. She also gave me the lunch and dinner menus to peruse. I grabbed a table and didn't wait long before my order was ready. Lots of rice pilaf, hummus, and tabouli. Additionally, there was a portion of garlic sauce. The portion of meat was equally impressive. I was still afflicted with recent dental work so I had to eat slowly and carefully. Their food is very crushable if not for that. They also quarter the pita bread which allows easier dipping or making mini wraps. Anyhow, I'm sure I'll be back sooner than later to try the Lula (aka koubideh), lamb, and other unique house specials. The essence of wood smoke is especially good, so that's a high mark. 4.5 overall My only criticisms are the rice could have been warmer, and the sauce more garlicky.

It is easy to find located across the street from Pasadena City college. The large awning outside the building announces the entrance to the restaurant. Once you enter you find an area with dining tables and a counter area. I was given a menu, and directed to a table to contemplate my order. The menu has a lot of great items. There were quite a number of unusual items and I had no idea what type of food or flavor to expect. When the waitress returned, I was able to ask her questions about what I should order. She had great suggestions that would give me a best example of their unique food and flavors. I decided on one Chicken Kabob and one Chicken Koobideh. Each of them came with a choice of soup or salad. I chose one of each. Barley soup with the chicken and Greek salad for the beef. It took about 20 minutes or so to get my meal to go. They had a number of occupied tables. When I got home I carefully unpacked what I had ordered. I was eager to try everything at once, but decided to start with the soup. Barley soup was filled with barley and had great flavor. I decided to add a little bit of kick by dropping in some hot sauce. The side salad was impressive. Fresh greens, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, and cucumbers. A little squeeze of lemon with all it needed. No extra dressing needed. Both the chicken and beef skewers had a great grilled aroma and were delicious. They held their shape even without actual skewers. They both tasted just as good cold the next day as they did warm when I first got them home. There was an abundance of rice included since this was a dinner order. It also had great flavor. It was fresh and had great seasoning. A bunch of condiments were included in a separate bag for all the items. I look forward to coming back and trying a number of the other items on their unique menu.

Come to find out the food is now actually blah blah blah! The cold super thin pita bread was cold & flavorless and oddly comes with a cold cube of butter, what the heck am I supposed to do with that? It won't melt on a cold piece of pita bread. Then the iceberg salad comes out with two small dressing containers to use; this salad had a lot of "bones" [what the hard white parts of lettuce are called]. At least the cucumbers were crunchy, as well as the 2 pieces of tomatoes. I ordered the Koobideh Combo [Beef & Chicken]; and my friend ordered the Chicken Kabob [white meat]. The lacking of flavor in the Koobideh beef & chicken was unbelievable, I asked for a grilled serrano or jalapeno chili and the waitress said they had ran out. I was 2:00 p.m., what do you mean you ran out? We were looking for something to "save" this blandness of both our dishes; thank gawd they have containers of sumac & salt at the table. The basmati rice was bland as well. The beef koobideh, tasted like plain hamburger meat with minimal seasoning. Bottom line, I didn't finish my dish, I just left most of it. My motto is: "If it's not worth the calories, don't eat it." As for the environment: No music, etc. I really don't mean to bash the place; but you guys need to spruce up the place. My seat at the table was ripped; and the table was dirty when we sat down and asked for it to be cleaned (again?). I wish you nothing but the best in this economy!
