We are in the middle of remodeling our kitchen, and choosing Panoramic Doors has been the absolute highlight of our project. Complete garbage. We have to have a technician out to our house every 9 months to fix the doors. We spent over 20K and we get charged a service fee for anytime they come to our house. The doors are three years old and have had to call a technician 4 times to fix our doors. The company makes you sign an agreement that you will pay $500 for a service fee if the track/door is out of alignment before they fix anything under warranty. Like I said before, they have been to my house 3 times before and always say alignment is fine. "Whoever installed them did a good job!" What do you bet this time they will be suddenly out of alignment. Hi Kate, Please find attached the Service Fee Inspection Agreement for your review and signature. We had an amazing experience. We were debating on wether this was something we wanted to go with from a security standpoint, after visiting their showroom and really testing the doors we were convinced this is what we wanted. Gary Taylor was our sales rep and he was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. We gave him the rough in dimensions and he gave us a few options that would fit. After delivery which was super early, thank goodness, we ran into some installation issues but one quick email to Gary and our problems were all solved. They completely open up the outdoors to the inside and are so versatile. Stay far away from these doors and this company!! We have five separate door systems that were installed in 2012 and they have been nothing but a nightmare! We have had multiple problems with the door systems only to get the complete run around by all involved with this company. Their lack of communication and lack of follow-through is standard operating procedure for this company and all their employees. We are utterly disgusted by the lack of communication and support shown by Panoramic Doors. We have been patient with every issue we've had, but they continue to just send technicians to measure and remeasure, they then promise resolution - and no resolution comes. We've had - and currently have - multiple doors come off the pin, falling to the floor, and threatening to crush our children. The doors do not slide due to faulty wheels that they knowingly installed - and then refuse to support. There is clearly a design or manufacturing flaw with these doors and nothing is being done to fix any of these issues. Panoramic Doors is a complete sham of a company. Stay far away!! read more

Funny thing! After my previous review, all the parts for my 8-panel screen was delivered 3 days later. No one contacted me or required me to call them with additional informations and measurements like they were asking me before when I called them. All the parts they sent worked out well too. Honestly, its a good quality screen and looks great. It shows well. I actually do like the screens so I figure I should provide an update for other customers. In my opinion, the screen material is good, i just dont appreciate how inattentive of the customer service in solving my issue and how long it took. For the sake of my panoramic doors saleperson, Kornel, and the good quality of the material, I ll change my one star to four stars. read more

As others have noted, Panoramic Doors doesn't care about its customers, at least not after they have been paid. Our doors were constructed too large, even though the measurements were clearly written on the order. It took us 4 months to get the doors fixed, and during those 4 months, Panoramic consistently ignored our calls and e-mails. I had to contact the CEO to get some traction, and even then it took a full month more until the doors were fixed. They blamed the 4 month delay on parts, but I highly doubt they weren't building any doors at all for 4 months. They just would prefer to build new doors and get paid for them than fix the doors that they've already been paid for. read more

Doors corroded in a year - only response I got after dozen emails and 18 months is you are within 1 mile of ocean so not warranty but we can give you quote to buy parts to fix!!! Better note that exclusion before buying. That being said still waiting on such quote to pay for parts to fix and now to date 18 months later NOTHING. read more

Purchased our Panoramic Door in early 2020. The glass installed was defective, marks between glass panels. New glass was ordered and replacement glass was also defective. Still waiting 1 YEAR later for glass with no defects. Communication with Panoramic Doors is terrible. Absolutely No followup. Personnel I was working with are gone. So frustrating. read more

The doors are great and look terrific. However, the Service is poor at best. I submitted a service request on July 23rd, 2023 with pictures and additional documentation notifying the Service department the access door would not close. The online submission was after a call with the Service team who asked that I submit my claim online to start the process. On August 3rd, 2023 (11-days later), I received an automated e-mail notifying the claim was being reviewed. Then on August 25th, 2023 (22-days later) I received a call asking to schedule a technician for September 1st, 2023 (7-days later). Had I waited this would be 40-days until someone visited to inspect (and hopefully repaired) the access door. This would have also been 40-days the door to an outside accessible area would have been open. Had someone had negative intentions they could have just walked right into our home. Fortunately, I was able to contact a local contractor I've worked with in the past who sent someone to fix it. Again, the doors look great, but if you need Service you'll most likely be on your own to find someone. read more
