Checked Yelp and sure enough, there was a location 3 miles away in Kaneohe. It's located in the Windward Mall so parking was not an issue. This location has a sit down section with table service and counter service. So we decided to order at the counter and eat at the tables on the left side of the restaurant. After ordering, you monitor the board for your order number which will be In Progress and when your food is ready, your number will show as Ready for Pickup. After ordering, our orders were ready for pick-up in about 6 minutes. Our orders: Loco Moco - with two eggs over easy on top of hamburger patties and rice, brown gravy and mac salad. Not the best I've had, but the loco moco was very good and satisfied my hunger. Furikake Miso Salmon Katsu, which was a limited-time offer item. I told her I ordered and paid on the link and she asked for my name and said, "oh, it's here but it's to-go." She said that the QR code was wrong, it went to takeout orders, gave me the bag and said, "Oh well." I said that I wanted to dine in, she replied, "You can still eat here," but didn't offer to put my food on a plate or give me utensils (which weren't in the bag).
