I work closeby and this place is probably the best place to order from if you need it for a certain time. They always deliver by my lunch time and get here consistently fast. The food is also great. Portion wise, you get what you paid for and probably a bit more. I suggest the large for those who want a hefty meal but warning: I'm still in a food coma as I'm writing this. Tastewise, this place is great and very fulfilling. I personally recommend the wings and the pasta. Both are delicious and hearty. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I only came here because I was craving a breakfast sandwich and Village Heroes is closed on Sundays. I made my order and proceeded to wait 30 minutes for my one egg sandwich. I watched 5 people who ordered after me get their food and leave. So when I went up to ask about my order, they finally went to the back and brought my food out. Lo and behold, they messed up, my order was wrong and they brought it out as a platter rather than on a hero like I ordered. At this point I was 30 minutes in for a simple egg sandwich. After an additional 5 minutes, I finally got my egg sandwich and left. I did not once receive an apology for the wait or for the messed up order. And to hit the nail in the coffin, the egg sandwich was mediocre AT BEST. I probably would've gotten over it if the food was at least good and worth all the trouble I went through to get it. The breakfast sandwich had the thinnest layer of egg and the home fries that came with the order were bland and completely soggy. Seriously, save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else. I really should have known what I was getting into when I walked in on Monday at 12:15 and the place was empty. I chose the max wrap for myself as I'm a huge fan of both eggplant and vodka sauce. Last time I got this sandwich it was flooded with sauce so I asked for less sauce this time. I got a Reuben for my grandmother. When arriving home (5 minutes away) We opened the wrap and the sandwich and we each dug in. The eggplant was SO rubbery and I couldn't even bite it. It seemed like it wasn't even close to fresh. The sauce also tasted gritty. The Ruben fell apart, it seemed like the bread wasn't toasted enough and got so soggy. I couldn't even eat my wrap and grandma had to eat her sandwich with fork and knife. The only reason for 2 stars is because she thought the flavor was nice. Had the pleasure of having Pantano's eatery cater a work event yesterday . Everything was absolutely amazing!!! Let the owner make some recommendations and everyone was satisfied . From the wrap platter to the hot dishes . I enjoyed the penne al a vodka and was fortunate enough to take home leftovers . Went here with my sister for lunch one day after seeing some Instagram pics of their food. It's about 25-30 minutes away from where we live and boy was it worth it. It was located in a busy shopping center and we went around the holidays so parking was insane to say the least. The inside is clean and has a normal Deli vibe to it. The staff was very friendly and offered us a menu once they noticed we have never been there before. We both ordered the big John wrap which had chicken fingers French fries brown gravy and mozzarella cheese. Absolutely delicious!!!! Their other menu items sounded great too. How does this place have 4.5 stars? Small deli with lots of food options on the menu. I ordered lunch with coworkers, got the salad from the "special menu" which is just the daily specials. First, as i was ordering my salad, the phone person cuts me off and says "what number!?" then proceeds to tell me to make sure the next time i order from the special menu to say the number. Honestly my life doesn't revolve around how to order food. I got the goat cheese salad over greens with tomatoes, grilled chicken and portabella mushrooms. Ingredients were somewhat fresh... the pieces of mushroom were very large and unappetizing. I also got a side of mac and cheese ..... ummmmmm i make better mac and cheese, very disappointing. No flavor what so ever, tasted very bland and starchy... that went right in the garbage. My coworker got the "stuffed" burger with mac and cheese, spicy ranch sauce on the side. The spicy ranch sauce tasted like chemicals and the burger was not stuffed at all. They just plopped some mac on top of the burger. The burger itself was also very dry. The only decent thing were the sweet potato fries, tasty but soggy unfortunately. Don't know if i'll try this again..... read more

Amazing food places have to be acknowledged. Pantano's eatery is fire ...Yes you heard that right, fire. Unbeknownst to me, my job regularly does catering orders from them (at least once a week). Me being the foodie I am, noticed the trend and would usually place myself in the lunch room conveniently during times when the food was delivered. However, upon finally asking "who makes these sandwiches damnit I can't depend on the free lunches anymore!!" I was told "Pantano's" ... and so the mission began.
