One of the BEST Italian restaurants I've been to thus far. I believe it's a family owned business the service was great! They made me feel super welcome. The whole restaurant is very spacious and I LOVE that they have a small jukebox (modern not old school) to play whatever you're in the mood for. The food was GREAT! I got the habanero wings and mozzarella sticks for the appetizer ... AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING especially the wings! I got the spaghetti and meatballs and my friend ordered the chicken pasta bowl. Both were delicious and big serving sizes! I had to take mine to go :P They have their own signature beer my friend ordered. be sure to give it a try if you're drinking!! They catered our church's 50th anniversary gala last night, and the service was terrible. They only had 3 servers for a crowd of 400 attendees. They were very unprofessional-they seemed to be completely disorganized, and one of the servers was walking around with his shirt completely untucked. Not what I would expect from a restaurant that caters events. Nearly 2 hours elapsed between the time that the salad was served and the time that the main course was served. I kept track of the time. People were eating the pre-packaged desserts, because we were waiting so long for the main course! And, when we were finally able to eat, it was mainly because the attendees themselves had to get up, walk to the kitchen, get the food, and serve a large number of the meals to their fellow attendees! To add insult to injury, the food was mediocre- 1980's school-cafeteria quality at best. The salmon and vegetables were overcooked, as was the beef. The best part of the meal was the prepacked desserts! And, after dinner coffee was a pipedream that was only realized when some of the parishioners brewed the coffee! Based on this experience, my wife and I will never set foot in their restaurant, and I will be petitiioning my parish to ask Panzarello's for a large refund. read more

For Steeler football Sundays need more servers. Servers are trying their best but customers are not getting the best service. Waited very long for buckets of beer & drinks. Also need more breakfast options with early games. Pizza was cold when we finally received it. It sat too long in kitchen. We didn't send back because took a very long time and was hungry. Also adding that gratuity on bill you're cheating the servers for a bigger tip. Another thing we had a party of 4 with two separate bills. Was charged big party fee on both bills?! Tried this place on a whim while in the area, and I'm really glad we did the sign outside promises "Italian Mexican Fusion", but the menu is mostly Italian food, with some Mexican stuff. We had the Queso Fundido for a starter. It's got bits or chorizo in it and is served with corn and wheat tortilla chips. Very gooey and good. We both also ordered the Italian style cheese enchiladas. These are like regular enchiladas, but made using sheets of pasta instead if tortillas. The result is like a cross between enchiladas and lasagna. Delicious! These come with either red or white sauce. Both are very good. As for sides, the family-style mac and cheese, rice pilaf, and mixed veggies were all yummy. The only downside was that the kitchen was out of quite a few items when we were there. It didn't affect us, but the table next to us went through about three iterations of their order before they got food. BUT... this was on the Monday after Thanksgiving, so that was probably a factor. read more

Went to pick it up and they refused to accept it, written on the coupon not valid for take out. Wish they were consistent and had honored what they told me on the phone. They put so much sauce on it that it was so soggy that you couldn't pick it up. They also put onions on it. I guess I should have said no peppers and onions. My order was Mexican lasagna and it wasn't even mildly warm, let alone hot. My mother ordered salmon. This restaurant catered an event this past Saturday at St. Anthony's and they were very disorganized, they served water to the tables at the begin of the event and we never saw them again. About 2 hours into the event we still had not been served and started noticing that parishioners were getting up to get their own water pitchers. My husband and I went to see what was going on since we had not seen anyone from the catering staff and the guest were starting to get upset. Immediately we noticed that the catering staff all looked stressed and lost, we ended up having to help serve food along with 5 or 6 parishioners. The guests not only did not get what they ordered ( our table ordered 3 steaks and received chicken because the steak was not ready) they also received undercooked potatoes. I would not recommend them for any catering event, the food served ended up being cold, potatoes under cooked and paying guest had to help them serve the food so everyone could finally eat. read more

I have been coming to this restaurant every sense grazies went out of business. I like to support my local restaurants. Happy hour has always been every day with food on happy hour as well. When I got my bill today, my food was not on happy hour I asked the waitress to adjust it, and she ended up calling the owner, and she would not make the adjustment for one of her regular customers. I am very disappointed in this place and will not be returning. If this is how you treat your regulars that have been coming to you to support you for years now, I do not want to support them any longer. They could have made a one-time adjustment just to make things right and let me know that from now on, they will not be having happy hour food, but blatantly, they denied the refund. Apparently, they have enough customers and money to support this place, but every time I go in, the place is empty. I hope it was worth them losing a regular customer for 20 bucks. We celebrated my sons birthday dinner here and let me just say from the start James was amazing with setting everything up! The whole staff went above and beyond for our guests and family! We had half the side of the restaurant all to ourselves with buffet style tacos, chips, salsa, and empanadas! They had top shelf liquor and the margaritas were good! If you want to host a party here's a great place! We were able to use the jukebox for music, the games were playing on tv and just a beautiful place all together! This was my first time coming to this new restaurant and we thought to try it for breakfast. The restaurant is very clean. We were greeted by several friendly staff upon entry and got seated right away. The water was cold and the coffee was strong. My bestie got the churro waffle and she liked it. Was disappointed that the syrup is fake and not very good. I got the Huevos Rancheros and it was okay. Not amazing but not awful. Since it's a partial Mexican restaurant I had higher expectations for it. The hash browns were not good. The refried beans had good flavor. I will go back one more time for lunch or dinner to check out that menu but I'm not in a rush for their breakfast again. It's a new place so maybe once they get their rhythm it'll be better?
