I wish yelp had a reply button because some people are ridiculous. On to the food-- Combo tofu stew with the short ribs 10/10 Tofu stew was piping hot for a cold day, flavorful, lots of ingredients packed inside. The short ribs were magnificent. Korean fried chicken (soy and garlic) 7/10 I've had better, but this was not too bad. Bonchon 10/10 Very good, I've had Jong ga house as my favorite bonchon because it tastes homemade, this was just like that and maybe even better. Staff 10/10 Kind and efficient.

Inside had lots of seating, and so we asked if we could sit at a different table that was a bit bigger, but they insisted we sat where they asked. We placed our order and service was fine. I got an unfortunate sense that the waiters were impatient with us, but the food came out about 15-20 minutes later. We unfortunately did not like the items as much. The Galbijim was small for the pricing, and flavor is comparable to other Korean restaurants nearby. We also got a bimbimbap that was fine, could be more flavorful in terms of the bulgogi and also expensive. The seafood pancake was good and crispy though! Unfortunately I am not sure if we will come back, but I am glad we tried!

The setup is cafeteria‑style: you grab a bowl and tongs, then move down the line choosing your meats, seafood, veggies, and noodles. Once you've built your bowl, it gets weighed and sent to the kitchen to be cooked. They also have a condiment station where you can mix and match sauces to your liking -- a fun touch that lets you customize your meal even more. Service is simple and straightforward; the staff brings your finished bowl to the table, and everything comes out hot and fresh. The restaurant is located in the Marina Market lot, which has plenty of parking, making it easy to stop by anytime. Highly recommended for anyone craving a warm, flavorful, and comforting bowl of soup.

The pork intestines were not chewy and the meat portions were pretty generous. My only gripe with the order was that they precooked the meat and placed it in a bowl sized container, and then separated the soup base in another. That caught me off guard as I was expecting raw meats like you would at any other hotpot establishment. I suppose there are pros and cons to their decision to precook the meat for me, but I would have liked to have known they would do that or have the option of receiving it pre-cooked or raw since the doneness of the meat is kind of crucial to how good the hotpot will taste for peoples preference.

This location is in a little plaza with a lot of other food spots like skewers and sushi, and boba places like sunright, so there's usually parking if you go around since people tend to get boba and then leave. But their parking lot is pretty good for the amount of food spots they have around. It's one of those spots where it's one long table in the middle separated by sauces in the middle and then a few intimate tables on the side. It's small but usually not too busy. Even if they are, your food comes out pretty quick. It's an in and out type of spot but the soup noodles are good, you can't go wrong picking anything you're craving. I personally love the dry combo noodles and the soup comes on the side. It's oily but the flavor of the bacon bits is there. If you're looking for healthy, this ain't it. This is an old school chew chow noodle place and I crave it every once in a while. Do come here and give them support. They're fairly cheap compare to other noodle places if this is your jam.

I always get the #5, and the meat and tomato soup is honestly undefeated. It's one of those dishes that just warms you up and brings back memories--simple, flavorful, and exactly how I remember it. Every visit feels consistent, and that's something I really appreciate. Another big plus is the price. It's getting harder to find spots that are this affordable while still serving solid, satisfying food, but TK Noodle delivers. All the locations I've been to have been reliable too, which says a lot. At the end of the day, this place isn't about being trendy or fancy--it's about comfort, nostalgia, and good food that doesn't break the bank. If you grew up with it, you already know. And if you haven't tried it, don't let the mixed reviews stop you--give it a shot.
