Awesome the food and service as well as the ambiance is amazing. I'm very happy to have tried it many years ago.

I usually love Papa John's but this location recently let me down. We ordered a medium stuffed crust of the Extra Cheesy Alfredo pizza. The pie was under cooked. Some flop to a slice is appreciated, but this was barely crispy. The slices were also not completely cut so you couldn't pick one up from the box without using a knife. I've gotten this signature pie before and loved the sauce so it was a bummer to have such a bad experience this time. As a New Yorker, I'm not a huge fan of chain pizza restaurants in general but Papa John's is the best in my opinion. I love that the pizza comes with garlic butter sauce, which is perfect for crust dipping. Their jalapeño popper rolls are also yummy. Not very spicy, but snackable and satisfying. Their cinnamon pull aparts are also a nice, sweet treat. It's cool that they attempt to stay innovative with unique dishes like papadillas. So overall, love the chain, but wasn't satisfied with this recent trip. read more

I called the Easton location before ordering online to confirm details and accompaniments. However, the order was still incorrect when we opened the boxes!! We called and they said we can drive back and return the pizza and they could replace it. They made the error and we had the order instructions online. We understand mistakes happen. No apologies or efforts on their part to remedy their errors. Terrible customer service. read more

If I were writing this review while I was eating the "pizza", I would've given it 5 stars. We ordered online delivery to a hotel room late on a Saturday night after being out all day, which was a short distance away. The delivery came at the promised time, and the food was still hot. The delivery driver was friendly and courteous. Obviously Papa John's Pizza isn't the best slice you'll ever eat, but it was the only game in town at the time we ordered........so just because if that, I'm giving it 4 stars. read more

I worked there years ago and some of the same good people still work there. I sometimes get DoorDash orders from there and talk to them a bit. I read the reviews and only have complaints about those. Bob- 1 star crying about parking? All delivery drivers everywhere do it so get over it and don't don't write reviews. I've worked many places and sometimes you get hit out of nowhere without enough drivers so once in a while it's gonna take an hour and a half...when that happens it's aggravating so you might not get the best service or quality because they have to stop rushing everything to deal with an irrational person that wants everything including too much of their time when they don't have it. The review about having to drive back to get the right order- legitimate complaint (if it was a delivery). If you picked up drove home and wanted a delivery because you couldn't open the box til you got there, I'd have you drive back too. Didn't even mention what was wrong with the order either. Customers complain about nothing all the time. Could have been wrong toppings, if that's the case just deal with it. Pick off what you don't like, not that hard to do. If it was a delivery and the order was completely wrong, then yes they absolutely should know better to apologize for the mistake and send it out before all other deliveries which is what I would have done. But I already know that's not what happened. The sauce and the toilet- got me on that one. Could have been a different sauce idk. Could also have a weak stomach not built for greasy pizza. Sauce can sit out for 8+ hours without any health issues so I highly doubt it would have sat out even that long. I was a ServSafe certified GM at a couple Domino's locations and know that even if it's slow, sauce doesn't last that long to get to the point of causing health issues plus everything goes through a 500* oven which kills all the things that would cause any sickness. Whenever I go in there they seem to have everything together so I'd have to say some of the complaints are legit, definitely not Bob's though. I like Papa Johns pizza. Always fresh. The staff seems always happy to take my order when I walk through the door. During a recent delivery to my home...the driver said do I know you? I'm like yes...I come in all the time. Happy polite employees and good food makes for a great take out experience. read more

Update: It took an hour and a half to get here This place is the slowest, most issue ridden Papa John's ever. Every time we order from there, it takes either forever to get to me, or they mess up my order. I've had drinks forgotten, pizzas forgotten, side orders forgotten, and they even completely ruined a pizza by crushing the box and having all the cheese stick to the top. (They did replace the pizza, but how do you manage to crush the box in the first place?) We got so fed up with them forgetting our stuff, that we started driving in to the place for pick up instead of delivery. Why am I paying a delivery fee and tip just to have to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of my order? What's great is the manager (I presume) told us "You know, we deliver to your address, so you dont have to come in all the time." Yeah, we know, but every time we get delivery, its an issue! I'm currently waiting over an hour for my food to arrive as I type this, and the tracker says they are only just now baking the pizza at the time they said it would be here. How foolish I was to get delivery again! What gets me is the website asks for tip BEFORE the order is even placed. How do I know how much tip to give if I dont know whether or not they even deserve one? If this place wasnt the only Papa John's in my area, I would go somewhere else. Food is great, but do NOT get delivery or you might end up waiting an extra 30 minutes for them to make a second trip to bring you your stuff, you may end up with crushed pizza, or you might even be waiting over an HOUR for your delivery. read more

As commercial fast pizza, I feel that Papa John's has an edge over all the other brands. Food is fresh hot delicious, generous portions. And I always like that hot pepper and dipping sauce that they add. read more

I'm sorry I had to give it one star. I picked up a plain cheese pie on Friday for a quick dinner after the game. Big mistake! The sauce tasted a little weird, but we never had Papa John's before so I figured since no one liked it, I wasn't going to get their pizza again. We all got food poisoning that night. Throwing up, diarrhea, the works. When I called on Saturday, they insisted that it must have been something I cooked. Well, not only is that incredibly rude, but also not possible since we hadn't all eaten the same food or drink for four days prior to that pizza. I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM PAPA JOHN'S AGAIN! I was forced to order from here being that there is nothing else opened in the area past 10pm. It took them an hour and a half to get to me. The food was atrocious. You're better off buying frozen pizza. It'll taste better! oh and btw we haven't been able to leave the toilet since. read more

so I place a delivery order and when my pizza arrived the lady who delivered it was very rude. With an attitude she said to my younger daughter "you could have turn on a light so I wasn't standing in the dark" also I asked them NOT to ring the door bell because my dogs bark and wake up my baby, but they rang it anyway. if your looking for good service, PAPA JOHNS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! read more
