This location has given me food poisoning twice now! Go anywhere else. Dominos or Marcos. Just not here. Gave it some time and hit the 4.99 deal, and boom, almost went in my bed. I have eaten here about 4 times and have only had a good experience once, yet it still wasn't as good as the worst pizza I've had at other chains. I know Papa John's gets a bad rap and while it is not great pizza, it is, at least in my opinion, one of the better ones in the realm of national pizza chains (in my opinion, the fast food of pizza). Service here was friendly and the pizza was exactly as I would expect. I am giving it four stars because I am taking in the fact that it is a national pizza chain do keep your expectations low. The papa johns in Enterprise is my favorite location that I've been to out of like 15 states. They're always on time or faster and to me their pizza is the best tasting that I've ever had. Updated and down to one star = endless fail pizza. Never again. Papa John Schnatter isn't getting another penny from me. Earlier review: When they get it right, it's ok - but still not amazing and often shows up less than hot. I can understand that, because I know that Papa John's pays their drivers horribly, so probably is understaffed. But the fact is, they always seem to mess something up. Tonight they sent out the wrong pizza (and it was late so no recourse as they all had gone home) and the delivery driver got lost despite my instructions to call when he got here. If a driver doesn't understand what "corner lot" means, perhaps they shouldn't be delivering anything. And if the person making the pizza reads the word pineapple as an ingredient on one of their own specialty pizzas and still covers the entire pizza in pepperoni instead, perhaps they should lay off of the ganja. They did later fix this, but without actually ever communicating with me personally. One star added for lazy resolutions. read more

I have to give five stars to this Papa Johns location. Our pizza is always good but most of all the customer service is on point. My man Zach saw I was going to pay almost $20 for a pepperoni pizza with 3 extra toppings and was like that's ridiculous, we can do better. He found me a coupon and I only paid $10.40. That type of customer service makes it okay that they don't deliver to my location and I have to do carry out with them. Delivery took twice as long as estimated, 30-40 minutes was actually 70 minutes. Additionally, the pizza was barely warm, and even if it had been hot, I doubt it would have been much better. It was fairly inexpensive because we used coupons but still not worth it. Never again. read more

We ordered pizza and a couple bottles of soda tonight. The delivery driver had to call us to let us know she had forgotten the one bottle and said she was coming right back with the other one, since we had paid for both. Awful... pizza is always late... always over an hour and the site is less than ten minutes away. My order is wrong half the time and the price is the same. They deliver to ft Rucker (20 min drive one way) and they give military discount! Large pepperoni under $9. Can't beat that!

Well to say the least, last year my review of this Papa Johns location was anything but pleasant. However... I believe after enough crack head kids and enough complaints management has finally kicked their hind quarters in high gear to run a "presentable" establishment. The food is pretty warm and even taste better when ordered. They show up in half the time listed in online delivery. I must say my experience has totally changed completely. Great food read more

The pizza was over an hour late! It was COLD!!!! I live less than 10 minutes away, there is no excuse for it to be so late. This isn't the first time our pizzas were cold. One other time they forgot the sodas I ordered. I'm frustrated with the Enterprise location! I hope they do something about delivering cold pizzas. read more

This Papa Johns location is the WORST managed location I have ever been to. I thought there was racism involved until I read the other reviews but that would be a compliment for them. I have eaten at Papa Johns all my life and always preferred their pizza unti I moved here and ordered at this location. First time I ordered here they got the delivrry address wrong got lost and decided to just not show up or call. So I had to get in my car in the cold and drive to pick up a pizza I originally wanted delivered. Once I got there I discovered it was also bone cold. After general debating in my head a month later I tried this location again, chopping the incident up as an honest mistake. WRONG!!!! The second time I actually decided to use carry out and not bother with delivery at all. I discovered my pizza bone cold like last time, my wings undercooked, and they forgot to give me my 2 liter pepsi and f**king charged me for it!!!! They really need to fire some of their workers or get a f**king clue!!! read more

Good pizza, fast service. Was lunch during the week so there was no wait. I ordered carry out over the phone, was quoted 15-20 minutes, arrived in that time frame and pizza was hot and ready. Lady cashier was very friendly and helpful. Considering the awesome military discount, the price was very reasonable to feed a whole group of guys.
