The lady then said my order couldn't go through due to a zip code error which doesn't happen due to never being asked that before. Only ever had to give my address name and number and it's always worked!!! I know Papa John's is not a local pizzeria but it's absolutely my favorite chain pizza! When I order from here, they cook the pizzas quickly and my order is always accurate. Also, everyone who works here is nice and easy to work with! I want to also give this location a shout out for getting involved and helping local schools, they are kind and have donated lots of pizza! Finally, they offer discounts when the local teams win. I normally like Papa Johns but had a bad experience tonight. Friday night dinner rush. App told us there would be a ~40 minute wait. After ~60 minutes app said the order was complete. We had no pizza. Wife called and they confirmed they were busy and the order was cooked but awaiting a driver to deliver. ~20-25 minutes later (restaurant is ~10 minutes away) called back. Order had just gone out for delivery. It was now ~45 minutes late from ETA (~90 minutes after ordered). Asked if they would be doing anything because of the long wait, they said they couldn't because it was the app's mistake and not theirs. I indicated that it all looks the same from my perspective. Pizza then arrived during back and forth on phone. Told the guys on the phone it was warm (not hot). Guy on phone hangs up after wishing me a good night. Wife really disagreed that it was "warm"...she called it room temperature. We got a thermometer out and it was 97.1 degrees. So wife and I agreed it was "body temperature". Argument successfully defused. All in all, the first slice of pizza was about as warm as the last slices are after sitting on your counter for an hour. Not super savory. But the order was accurate and I'm hopeful that this was a one time thing. read more

Joel (the manager) made our night! We came into papa johns hungry on a lazy Sunday. Joel was friendly, funny, and even patient answering all of my questions. The pizzas were made quickly and he even gave us FREE DESSERT! Overall it was a wonderful experience. Even on our drive home we talked about what a great guy he was. I bet he is a great manager to work for and definitely adds value to the company. He impacted our night so much we had to write a review. I have been ordering from this location about once a week or two for almost two years now. In fact in the last two months our family has ordered from this location nine times. Unfortunately due to the rude attitude by the general manager we will no longer be ordering from them. We made an online order and forgot to add an item. We called to add the item to our order, which we have done before and were told by the general manager that it was impossible for them to add an item or adjust our order in any way. After deciding to then cancel the order, we were hung up on. Because we have done this in the past we know that we were lied to, and the fact that he hung up on us makes us sad to say we won't be ordering from them again. read more

Great location I ordered a single buffalo chicken pizza and a 2 liter of Mtn Dew from here. Normal delivery time for PJs is always around 40 minutes - even though I ordered it in rush hour they got me my pizza on time for what I expected, which is great considering both ways here have road construction. Food wise, it was so hot I couldn't eat it still when it got here, so it was freshly delivered, which makes me a big fan - cold pizza is a bummer. Taste was as good as I expected. They buffalo sauce is spiraled on which was a neat effect, and it tasted great. Delivery driver was also courteous and followed the delivery note, something most places ignore for some reason (my buzzer is broken, most people call me asking why I didn't answer the buzzer that I noted was broken.) Over all it was a great Papa Johns location, and I will be returning! read more

I ordered pizza from here a couple nights ago, and the people were not only rude on the phone, but also the pizza tasted like shit when they delivered it. "Hi, it will take 30 minutes to be delivered" - Nope. An hour and thirty minutes it took. Oh, and I asked for two garlic sauces and they only gave me one. PLUS, it was gross because they melted it. I usually enjoy coming to this place, but the other night i was picking up a carryout order and when i got there the manager was yelling and cursing at his employees, it was a little uncomfortable, and when I asked for some parmesan packets he seemed agitated and annoyed. maybe next time i will just order delivery.
