I really don't understand all the negative reviews associated with this location. I have been on island for a little over 3 years and when I'm looking for a quick pizza to pick up or for delivery this is my go to place. I have never ran into rude customer service. Everyone that I have come into contact with has been polite and helpful. Even so much as to call when I ordered online and it accidentally placed a double order. And the pizza is always delicious, whether we order original crust or thin crust. They also aren't stingy on the toppings :) read more

USE CASH!! Apparently the last 6 months of orders just hit my card today... With no warning! The charges previously were pending but apparently never went all the way through. If there was a glitch in the credit card system you'd think someone would contact the customers to give them a heads up! Worst customer service over the phone. Ever. The guy was sighing and grumbling because I kept asking him to repeat himself due to the fact that he mumbles when he spoke, on top of, it sounded like he was chewing gum or eating. That didn't help at all!! We then sat on the line listening to each other breathing and when I asked if our order was complete, he then said that he hasn't even typed our order in yet. Then I was put on hold for about ten minutes, then he came back on with a completely different order. Come to find out, he put me on hold to help another phone call. When it comes to fast food pizza we usually go dominoes but decided to try Papa John's for a coupon they had. Pizza was not hot at all when it was delivered and the dough had that previously frozen taste, yuck. Chicken bites were also not hot at all either and not great. We got the "special garlic sauce" as our dipping sauce and it was literally just yellow oil, had barely a hint of garlic taste. Gross, we didn't even finish our food. Total waste of money. read more

The Worst Customer Service experience ever! After screwing up my order I called and spoke to the Manager. She insisted that they did not screw up my order even though my online receipt shows 2 Pizzas with 3 Toppings. They gave me 1 Pizza with 3 Toppings and 1 Cheese Pizza. She told me to bring it back and they will exchange it got a 3 Topping Pizza. I got there about 30 minutes later and the Pizza was not ready. When I called my order the guy that took it was really polite and helpful. I decided to pick it up since I had to run to target anyways. When I walked in there were two girls standing up front chatting and listening to the radio which was quite loud. They looked right at me but never spoke, they just yelled for someone who was in the back. The girl runs up from the back and proceeds to ring up my food. She was very polite. To top it off, when I get home my order isn't completely right. My pizza was good, but my hot wings were actually honey chipotle (which turned out to be good). read more

We order or pizza from here on our "lazy Wednesdays" ONLY because they have a special. When we first arrived on island, we had called to place an order and wanted to use a coupon to make their outrageously priced large pizza only $10. The coupon read "any 3 topping large pizza," but we wanted plain old cheese and was told we would have to pay regular full price for the plain pizza. WHAT?! Are you kidding me? When I've ordered for delivery the last two times, the delivery man has showed up late (over an hour) and now I don't even see delivery as an option on Web Wednesdays, which is fine by me, I get my food quicker picking it up, but could be an inconvenience for others. Not too happy with the service I received tonight. It was my first time trying to order from this location to my address. I went online to place an order around 9:45-50PM. I was tracking my pizza through the steps of being made, baked, prepared, and then when I refreshed the tracker it says your order has been cancelled and to contact customer service. So I tried to click the link to contact customer service and it goes to a feedback form. I could not even complete this form because everytime you click on start, as it states to do, it takes you right back to the same page! I called the store and got ahold of them and they said they're sorry but they were trying to call me as well because they do not deliver in my area past 6PM and that my order shouldn't have went through online. So I said well it did go through and I was even tracking it this entire time. The guy I spoke to said well sorry we'd normally offer for you to pick it up but it's past our carry out hours already so there's nothing we can do. You guys need to fix your system if that's the case because it would be nice to know this before my order actually went through and was even made! And I couldn't even go to pick it up! one star is being to nice. I've tried this location a few times and they always mess up my order I don't know how since I order online. I went in today when my order should've been done. the girl at the register was kind of ditzy and didn't hear well I guess.. I ordered online so I paid and said my name to pick it up. I said may first and last name 5 times! I told her I had a 2 liter in my order and she made me get it myself. most other locations get it for you and put it in a bag so its easier to carry. she didn't. she also gave me major attitude about it. I later went home to eat but I got the wrong order, I said my name 5 times you think she would've gotten it but nope! it was something completely different and she gave me it under a males name. clearly not a male. was kind of offended when I came home. I called the store and explained. they expected me to come and get my correct order and I was not driving back out... I again had to say my name about 6ish times for them to understand. I'm really frustrated with this store they are really bad! I honestly try to be understanding when dealing with customer service, because I work customer service and I know how it is. However there are times when I draw the line, and tonight was one of them. Now, I'm not gonna sit here and say the pizza is bad, because it isnt, it's good. However, tonight when my husband called in and tried to make a delivery order, he got major attitude from someone who works here because he couldn't understand what the guy was saying. When my husband addressed the bad attitude and asked him to stop, we were told by the pizza guy that would make our delivery "extra special". Like I said, I like the pizza here and we have never had trouble with them, but just be careful what you say to them, otherwise you may end up with god knows what in your pizza. I mean Papa John's pizza is pretty good. I love my crusts and I love how their crusts are always soft and not so oily as other chain pizza places. Their customer service was phenomenal. Their CC machine was down but they took it in stride without getting pissy, which was cool.
