Good food, really nice employees. I only use the drive thru and normally it's quick. Only problem with this location in my eyes is the automated ordering system. It doesn't listen, doesn't understand, never gets my order right...the kind staff always has to fix it at the window and today it didn't even get my order at all even though it showed up on the board. I do not like having to pull around to the front. And I don't like that they are trying to get rid of human jobs by replacing them with machine machines. read more

I really like this Carl's Jr. I went through the drive thru tonight which was not too busy and the food was hot and fresh. The person taking my order was the shift manager, Glendy, who was super nice and patient while I decided what to get. She was kind and polite, and I was really happy with her customer service. This is definitely one of the better locations! read more

$10.71 combo. Drink is flat and nasty, Burger buns stale and crumbles but soft, wonder how old they were. Fries tasted like old grease. 80% of the meal ended up in the trash. My husband just returned with a take out order from Carl's Jr. The sodas were nothing but soda water. He requested no mayonnaise on one burger and it was soggy with mayonnaise. The burger was a superstar and the employee argued with my husband because he called it a cheeseburger. A regular cheeseburger is not a superstar! I guess this is why he works at fast food. We parked the car and went in to order to go food. The door was open as we walked in the manager yelled at us we're not open for walking. First off it's not my fault your door is not locked there's no signs on the door saying you can't come in to order your to go. There is a sign on the door that says you cannot come in without a mask on. Stopped by today for 2 Famous Stars, one with no cheese. Asked the server, politely, to make my order "fresh, made to order". He must've been perturbed by me asking this because he replied in a huff "ALL OF OUR BURGERS ARE MADE FRESH TO ORDER". Ummm, no they are not, that's why I asked. I was used a promo code for 2 Famous Stars with Cheese for around $6 (great deal!). Get to the window to pay, show my promo code, he enters it, and it doesn't work. As a rule Carl's Jr. is usually very good, but not this location, there food has gone from wrong orders, lukewarm burgers, or burgers with cold cheese, to now food that will make you ill! Food quality has been going down hill since the beginning of the year, causing us to only go once a month to now (after our last visit) to not going at all as our order of a Famous Star and a Western Bacon burger caused both myself and my wife to become very sick. Generally speaking, most Carl's Jr places are better than other burger spots (though not always). This one is probably the best of all in the AV. Service has always been friendlier, orders done faster and more accurately, and always clean. The gentleman that is almost always here, I assume may own this specific location, has always made sure to provide the highest level of customer service. I also assume he has trained the majority of the staff here because they also seem more polite and PROFESSIONAL that even the other C Jr locations. I don't eat fast food often, and when I do I almost always regret it for a number of reasons. But when I come here I am, always, impressed with the condition, order, and service. Always. Items are often left out of my bag at this location, and I'm often made to pull over and park for five to ten minutes even for simple orders. However, I'm willing to put up with that for the convenient location and the good food (for fast food). But the snide racism by the Latina manager (I'm white), coupled with the up-yours attitude about food being left out of my bag, was the tipping point for me. They left onion rings out of my bag, which I'd paid for (as well as the straws for the shakes, but I could have lived without those). I called when I got home, and was told (not by the original server), that I would either have to drive back to get my onion rings, or drive back later to get my refund. I'd paid on a credit card, but they refused to refund the money over the phone. They had done that for me once before, a few months ago, when I protested, but weren't willing to do it this time. I understand that policy is policy, but what's infuriating was the lackadaisical attitude the woman had about the situation. Other restaurants generally offer a token to make up for their mistake, ie: Come back next time and we'll give you a free item to make up for it. Something like that. Not this place. As soon as the first girl heard me protest having to come back, she cold-transferred me to the manager without telling me she was giving my call to someone else. I did hear her speaking in Spanish negatively about me to another person right before she handed the phone over (I 'm not fluent, but I could tell that much), even though she spoke perfect English while talking to me. So, I had to tell my story over again. The next woman (who identified herself as the manager only after I asked, was extremely snide. She interrupted me immediately and began scolding me "I'm TRYING to explain to you what I'm going to do, but you're NOT LISTENING TO ME," she snapped. Bullied into silence, I listened to her tell me the exact same thing I'd been complaining about. I tried again, and she asked, irately, "So, WHAT is it you're asking me to DO?" She finally agreed that if I came back, she'd give me an extra order of onion rings if I brought my receipt. I had to ask for this specifically, though. And of course, this really wasn't about onion rings anymore, it was about the demeaning way they treated me. Not once did she or anyone else apologize for the mistake. Exhausted, I asked for her full name. Until that point, she'd been speaking fluent English. When she gave me her name, she switched to an exaggerated Spanish accent, rolling her r's like a morning radio host: "Maria --" I asked for her supervisor's name, and she did the same thing: "Maria --." With the same Spanish-car-commercial accent, and a gloating attitude like, "Just go ahead and try it, white girl. See how far you get." read more

I drove 12 miles to get my wife a sea salt &caramel shake, not only did they not have that, but No shakes at all, no ice tea, no large cups, and no apology! I got the destinct feeling that it was only an hour from closing time, and even tho the drive thru was full and a line inside, they didn't want to get their equipment dirty, so they said they were out of everything. The manager and overall customer service is horrible at this location depending on the time that I go. Most Carl's Jr restaurants that I've been to prepare the food quickly and neatly. Oftentimes when I get food from this one the patties are super greasy or just wet and the burgers look lopsided. It looks like they just throw it in the bag. I only go to this location if I need to. And when I have ordered the all natural burger I feel like they have given me the regular patties because the grill marks and taste were different. read more
