We came in on a really busy evening so it took a little while for our order, but the weight wasn't too bad. They had people waiting for food. The staff was super friendly in the restaurant was pretty clean. Overall, I would probably come back again, but I would not get the fries.

The service was pretty good for a busy evening and we got our food relatively fast. We ordered french fries with cheese sauce on the side a holiday cookie shake, which is sugar cookie, frozen custard top with whipped cream and sprinkles, a big Shack and a regular Shack burger. Everything was delicious, but I do have to say that I ordered my burger well done and I noticed it wasn't, but that's okay. I also really like in Henrietta that they have a drive-through, but they're lacking here in Greece which is sad.
