App asked for a tip which I refuse to add since I didn't get seated/waited on, ordered myself, went in and picked up myself without even talking to an employee - no service provided to me so I don't feel guilty. HOWEVER, when I didn't add a tip, I can't help but wonder if the employees see that and don't make the best pizza possible. 5. We were hesitant to try the bake-your-own pizza. Honestly, we HATE to cook. But, here it is COVID times and we're learning to deal with the hate and just push through it. We tried Papa Murphy's for the first time last summer and OHEMGEE, it's some good pizza. Fresh ingredients make all the difference. Their mobile app is fairly easy to use (we're software snobs, so I always thing 'it could be better' - but it's a franchise app, so I'm not complaining). They've always got specials you can choose from, but good prices even if you don't choose one of their specials. I don't know if it's 'normal' or just because of COVID, but they keep the pick up rack right beside the door. So you only have to walk about two feet into the door. Perfect! read more

As a Canadian Snowbird, I miss our pizzas as they are quite different than the American version. At home they have more cheese and more toppings, at Papa's you can add that and the price is very reasonable. To be able to bake them at home is great if you don't want to go out or are entertaining and can time it as you like. We love Papa Murphy's! read more

Stopped by and picked up a pizza for me and the mrs. for lunch. I've never had any problem with service or the quality of the food. I don't understand why people complain about the pizzas not being cooked when they get it when it is plainly stated everywhere "take and bake". Slow and complete lack of care. I ordered two pizzas over the phone was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. We were close by so killed some time and then drove over to find they hadn't even started our order. I added a salad which brought our order into the neighborhood of $38 for two uncooked pizzas and a garden salad with a 10% tip. We sat and waited as other people who also pre-ordered arrived to find their orders unmade. Then they forgot to make the salad. I had to return for that. 30 minutes later we were out the door to head home to cook our pizza. When we got home this is what we found. A large "Hawaiian" pizza with 4 slices of ham. See photo. Whoever is managing this store needs to hire additional personnel. It's just unacceptable to wait 30 minutes for two uncooked pizzas and a salad for $38 and then find that they also skimped on ingredients. I will not be returning to this location. We could have had a nice dinner in a restaurant for this price without the inconvenience of cooking. read more

I ordered a pizza and a salad at 6:39pm last night. I waited for my door dasher to arrive, the app said 7:20pm. I get an email at 8:24pm that Papa Murphy's canceled my order because they didn't have the ingredients to make my sausage and pepperoni pizza. I complained to door dash and they said Papa Murphy's should have reached out to me for substitutions for the ingredients they 'didn't have'. At least door dash not only refunded my money, they also gave me a discount for a future order... which I definitely won't be using at Papa Murphy's. I waited TWO HOURS. Then you cancel my order. I was super skeptical about having to cook my own pizza. Upon first entry I thought this is just a glorified dominoes where i can see them make my pizza but i have to cook the damn thing. We got the Stuffed Crust Pizza which consequently produced enough leftovers fir three days. When they were making the pizza i was completely shocked with how much was on this thing for the price. I felt like money well so far. Then i thought with my shitty oven there is no way this thing will be anything but soggy. Fortunately I was dead wrong. The thing came out crispy and amazing. Fresh hot and melted in our mouths. Everyone enjoyed. We got the smores pizza also and cooked that the next day because we just had too much food for less than $20. I will not be ordering delivery again. Not to mention the prices. Comparable rosatis would have easily been twice the price. read more

Was very impressed by the level of great customer service this location has. The coupons which come in the mail three times per week coupled with the phone app make it very easy to get a large 3-4 topping pie for less than $10. The pie is real simple and easy to cook. You need a big oven so make sure your oven is big enough for a large pie. I liked the hand tossed pie. The plain cheese pie was very salty not sure why as none of the others were salty. Gluten Free pizza is not excellent. It's actually pretty bad and gave me an upset stomach. The crust was actually gummy. Customer service in Fountain Hills is indeed excellent. Their other pizzas are good if you cook it right. For the regular pizzas I like to put olive oil on the crust before I cook it. I slide the pizza off the paper pan and pour olive oil onto the pan then replace the pizza. Slide the pizza off the pan for the last 5 mins directly onto the oven rack to make it slightly crunchy. read more

Ok, let's keep this simple and to the point! Their thin crust pizza is just good. It's fresh and you can bake it to as crispy as you like. We have picked up pizza 3 times since they opened and enjoyed all of them. A ton better than frozen and way cheaper than restaurant take out. This is currently our go to take out pizza. read more
