What the hell happened to the pizza? It use to be good value. You got a good price bc you had to go home and cook it yourself. Now it's not cheap or good! We CANNOT seem to get the underside of the dough to cook yet the outside are burnt to a crisp. Literally!!! It's not cheap. It's not good. And it won't even cook right?! How the hell is that anyway? This did not always use to be an issue. We use to eat their pizza pretty regularly for years! Now... NONE of my family cares to go back. It's EVERY. DAMN. TIME!!! We keep trying different things. It shouldn't be this damn hard to cook a pizza! I googled of this was a coming problem and IT IS! They obviously do not care to fix it. Go Google it. You'll see. We always call ahead and order at this location. I've showed up 10 to 15 minutes early several times and my order has always been ready for pickup. The employees at this location are always very helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a "take and bake" pizza you won't go wrong at this location. read more

For the third time at this place we ordered a pizza at 2:30 p.m, arrived right on time at 4:45 p.m, pizza was NOT ready, waited 10 minutes and was treated VERY poorly by someone said to be the manager to sit down and wait? Unbelievable exchange with this person, a witness said we should just walk out, we had already paid for the pizza so we waited, this is the third complaint we have filed with yelp. the reviews reflect a SERIOUS problem here. read more

If I could have given a zero, I would... I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience with Papa Murphy's on Caldwell Blvd. service. On May 4, 2024, I placed an order for pizza delivery via Door Dash and received an email confirmation. I have done this multiple times with no problem Unfortunately; I encountered a significant issue that has left me dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Raul and Neveah at the Caldwell Papa Murphy's location should not be in the service industry as far as I am concerned. Despite waiting for the allotted delivery time, my pizzas did not arrive as expected (from Door Dash). I ordered two medium pizzas, 2L Pepsi and some of the cream cheese spread. The Door Dash driver only brought me my Pepsi and the cream cheese spread, which makes no sense to me. The Door Dash driver would not take responsibility and Alexandra the Door Dash driver just walked away. Seeking assistance, I contacted the restaurant directly, hoping to resolve the issue and receive my order or at least receive some kind of help. However, to my dismay, the staff at the restaurant were unhelpful and offered no solutions or support in resolving the situation. Neveah (who is not a supervisor), advised the pizzas were still there; I was very agitated at this point I will admit. I told Neveah I would drive to the other side of town and get the pizza myself, but asked for refund, or some kind of compensation for my trouble, time, and gas to driver over there. Neveah said no, so I asked for her manager. Neveah told me she would call her manager; but would not give me his name because that is private information. Neveah put me on hold and called her manager who also said there was nothing he could do. I asked her to have her manager call me. Raul called me a few minutes later and was so rude and inconsiderate. Raul told me it was not his problem; it was a Door Dash problem and there was nothing he could do. A manager, at least in my world, problem solves and put the customer first no matter what. I was so upset and discouraged at this point; I hung up on him. Raul called me back and said that I could go pick up the pizzas, but I was to not act inappropriate or use foul language, as if I am a child. I was taken back by this comment; Raul does not know me. So again, I was extremely frustrated with Raul, who advised I can no longer get my pizza and he would not be able to refund me for four days. I asked for Raul's district managers information, but he told me it is private. What kind of business is this? This is the place my frustration and agitation were coming from. The only thing Raul and Neveah would say is not their problem and they were both so smug and condescending about it. I have worked in the service industry and would have never treated a customer this way because that is what you do when you are in a position with customer service. I did also place a call to the Door Dash customer service line. Kim (customer service representative) told me she could not refund me directly because I placed the order through Papa Murphy's website. Kim called the restaurant and spoke with a Michael, who told Kim he must get his manager to approve, even though Door Dash had already reimbursed Papa Murphy's. As a loyal customer of Papa Murphy's, I am deeply disappointed by this lack of responsiveness and customer care. Not only was my order mishandled, but the subsequent lack of assistance compounded my frustration. I did take matters into my own hands and found the district manager on Google. I have left her a message, as well as the corporate office. I am hoping for a prompt investigation into this matter to determine what went wrong with my order and why there was no assistance provided when I sought help. I also request appropriate action be taken to rectify this situation, via a full refund for the undelivered items. This write up will be posted on all review platforms and I will be contacting the BBB Monday. I will be telling all my friends/family in the area about my experience, it is sad to me this is the kind of service our country has come to. read more

I placed my order on line. I went to pick up when it said would be ready. An hour later they finally put my pizza out. When. I told them I ordered two club salads they told me they were out of salads. They said online order has nothing to do with us. They finally found one club salad. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said the manager wasnt available. I told them I wouldnt be ordering from that location ever again. The kid at the register said "good". I went into Caldwell blvds near midland Blvd , papa Murphy's to order online the 6.99$ deal 2 topping pizza. I care for a 92 yr old lady very much with it.. she gave me 10$ to pay but since it was through phone app it came out of my bank account , so I go in to pickup pizza & ask employee white female 20's brown long hair to please give me change for a $10 bill to give my lady back 3$ change. Just took out my first PM pizza. It was ok. Nothing especially special but not bad at all. The toppings did seems very fresh but that's about all the compliments I have for them. The crust was basically a bread stick and that's just not my thing. I like a thinner crust that crisps up a bit adding some bite to the bite. The sauce was ok, it wasn't sweet which is good but it lacked any depth of flavor. Personally I like a bit of spice to the sauce. The toppings, as stated above were very crisp and fresh. I ordered PM's favorite and it included mushrooms.. I love mushies but there were WAAAAAY too many mushrooms. There was a perfect amount of meat though. The pricing, 16" 1/2 specialty pizza for $17ish. I've had better for less and much worse for more. Will I order from PM again? I'm not sure... I think I'd rather have a Costco pizza if I'm picking up. 3 stars for a pretty good pizza. read more

This restaurant is trash lately. Ordered 2 pizzas, was told 30 minute wait. Went in after 35 to pick it up, and it wasn't ready. They forgot to even make it! They had completely skipped my order, so they made it, and forgot one of the pizzas, so even longer wait for the second pizza. Then when I got home to cook them they had forgot a lot of the toppings of the cowboy, probably from the rush of forgetting the order in the first place.
