They have a great crust and sauce and the pizzas are topped generously so you get that great flavor. I've been to this location twice recently and the staff is phenomenal. Tonight we had about 15 of us. They were great. We stayed a bit longer than usual to catch up with family. The employees were kind and happy to help. I will say that I have seldom seen a crew work so diligently as the crew here did tonight. They just kept moving and working. You guys are one of the best!

After patronizing another establishment in Star for the past year and a half or so, I decided to give Westside another try. My wife was out with friends and I was looking forward to staying home and eating pizza with a beer and watching TV. Westside is located just off Star, on Hercules, across from the strip mall that has The Hair Lounge and AnyTime Fitness. I believe they are now strictly pick up or delivery. They do have an app, which I used today after creating an account. I ordered the signature Westside pizza, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. I actually ordered at about 1:45 to be picked up at 4:55. When I arrived, the pizza was ready and hot. I brought it home, got my frosted mug and poured my beer, and grabbed three slices. I threw some hot peppers on it, and dug in. This pizza was excellent. The crust was just the right thickness, not soft but somewhat crunchy, just the way I like it. There was ample cheesed and the toppings were plentiful and came together for a delicious flavor. I think I just found my new favorite pizza joint in town.

The operation is simple, like any other order, then be seated with your food brought out to you, you step up to the counter, look at the options, order, and pay, and they will hand you a number to take back to your table with you. An employee in the kitchen area walking around with their disgustingly, filthy phone, because we all know that everybody takes it to the bathroom with them, with no gloves, it's not a positive experience for people that care about germs in the food prep area. Everything else was immaculate except this one individual, was walking around, leaning up against countertops and places with dirty jeans and in my mind, contaminating the entire food prep area. This is a no-no. Leave your phone in a place where you can't touch it and customers won't see you use it. But if you have to, for crying out loud, wash your hands before you go back to the food prep area. Never bring your phone out in a food prep area because they're disgusting. We order to go a lot and eat it at the Indian creek plaza. It works great because you get a text when your pizza is ready. Service is pretty quick. Usually 20-30 mins but lunch and dinner are busy times. I will pre order by the app or calling in. I have eaten the pizzas, salads, sandwiches and the Indian creek bread.
