I visited Pappalecco with a friend for Mother's Day to try printing a picture of me and my fur-baby photo on the coffee, which was so fun. I ordered the Lucky Latte, liked the lavender flavor, just a bit too spicy for me. Service was great, plenty of seating, and really nice décor. I'd come back to try the ice cream next time.

Come for the gelato and stay for the panini! Absolutely delicious gelato, what really sets this place apart is that they mix it right in front of you, so you know it's fresh every time. The atmosphere is great, and the customer service is even better. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the visit. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

This is a cute cafe in Downtown Plano. I went here to try their gelato. I ended up getting a coppetta (cup) of gelato, which comes with two flavors. I got the cookie caramel & tiramisu. It was so creamy & good. I'm definitely come back here to try their other flavors. The service here was excellent. I was greeted when I entered the cafe & got to try as many flavors as I liked.

I wish I could give this place 20 stars. Stunning urban jungle type feel. Varied seating for studiers and family. Perfect walkable location for those stopping by downtown Plano. Gelato, pastries, snack items and espresso on menu. What sets this place apart is the above and beyond customer service. Obviously the amazing design printer is what pulls at the heart strings, but the staff really could've just left it at that. My 2018 android that has been having space issues was not able to connect to the printer. The owner/main staff on duty was sooo patient. He stood with me and didn't give up getting the printer to work even when I did! We got it to work (nothing wrong with the printer it was really just my phone) and that machine was fascinating to watch. The print quality is unreal. The latte itself was maybe a tad bit more milk and a smokier roast that my preference but again it was a totally solid, resonably priced latte at $5.50 which included the print! The print i think is just powdered coffee! The pictures and video speak for themselves. What an experience!

absolutely LOVE this place. the owner and his wife are such sweet people. their son helps a lot behind the counter and he's such a sweet kid. the customer service is always top tier, very helpful and great energy. the gelato is to die for here, hands down the best gelato i've had in dfw. the option to have an image on your hot beverage is so fun! i've enjoyed every single drink i've gotten here but my go to is a hot chai! i've tried the cheesecakes and they're sooo delish, very light and tasty. the ambience and seating of the place is great as well and i love the amount of sunlight it gets. i'm now a regular here!

Very warm, cozy and elegant gelato/coffee shop in downtown Plano. Love the variety of flavors they offer with their gelato and the art work they can add in your latte, it was so cute!! Service was very helpful when choosing which gelato flavor you want to have. I've tasted all the flavors they had for that day but settled with a scoop of pistachio gelato. You know it is authentic when the gelatos didn't have high coloring on them. It looks natural and you can tell from the taste. Very high quality. Definitely coming back for their coffees and sandwiches.

Tried out this viral coffeeshop on instagram today with a friend of mine. I ordered the lucky latter and tried out their printer to upload a photo of myself and my dog for Mother's Day. The coffeeshop is beautifully designed inside with multiple seating options inside. They have wide variety of coffee and desserts in the store. The coffee tasted amazing in flavor and the picture quality printed on my coffee was great. The service was ok in my opinion as the individual that assisted me was not well-versed at providing recommendations for types of milk to choose but other than that I would highly recommend this location.

Cute little gelato shop tucked in the corner of one of the apartment buildings. Greta variety of pastries and they make their own gelato in house. It's nice to see churning barrels of gelato on display. They also serve sandwiches, paninis and interesting coffee. The best part is they can do realistic latte art with the help of their fancy art machine for FREE!! Excited to comeback for coffee next time.

Probably a 3.5. Massive menu with coffee, gelato, paninis. Something for everybody. lots of good gelato flavors like tiramisu, pistachio, etc. I think they get a lot of stuff from Italy. Downtown plano with decent parking in nearby lots. The 'large' gelato is $7.50 and described as 3 scoops and I would not describe this as large at all. I thought it was going to be giant scoops. It was more like a medium ish cup. The gelato was good. Very smooth. Got the affogato $9. Pick the gelato flavor. This is the first time that I've had one and I was like ?? It was literally the gelato and they added the espresso to it. This is SUPER simple and this is $9? Was I missing something? Not worth it in my opinion.... I'm not sure how they will do to be honest. I think people will go, but I don't know...

My new favorite local coffee shop! Went here twice recently and really enjoyed both times. First time was for coffee and second time for gelato. The coffee was really good (latte and shaken espresso) and they have a machine where you can upload a photo and get it printed on your drink. The gelato was delicious, definitely reminded me of Italy.

Nice coffee shop which is open late in downtown Plano. The coffee was just right and the graphic machine that puts the message or photo on the coffee was interesting as well. The highlight might have been the macadamia coconut cookie which was served warm

Latte is on point. Their croissants are fresh and delicious. Almost all the way flakey.

This is a great place to take family or friends for a little upscale from Starbucks. Thier espresso drinks are on point! Ownership is super sweet. They will bring you stuff to the table if they are not too busy. Great place, a little on the pricey side but you do get what you pay for.

Came during opening day to take advantage of the 50% off special. Of course it was very busy, but very pleasant. The owner of the concept Francisco waited on us and was very friendly, while the franchise owner was outside and greeted my Mom who was waiting in the car and thanked her for being so patient. We had gelato and it was delicious. The pastries, salads, and sandwiches also looked amazing! We will be back!

The food was amazingly good--one of the best italian places I've had in a while. Our service was subpar. We were a group of 5 people all around the age of 23-24, and it seemed like our server just assumed that made all his shortcomings okay because he tried to act kind of bro-like with us. There were multiple periods of time where we were left alone for anywhere from 10 minutes to 40. It took us a LONG time to get our food even though we were one of maybe 4 parties in the restaurant. One friend got told they were out of something, ordered something else, and the waiter went, "that's a joke, right?" and told him they were out of that too. His entree came out almost a full 30-40 minutes after the rest of ours so he just packed it up to-go. Only a halfhearted apology that everything was taking so long and no type of compensation. The food was good enough that I would go back to try again since partner and I live in the area. But i really hope we don't get this guy as our server again.

Spaghetti Bolognese, Spicy Chicken Sauté & a vegetarian platter. Had an Italian eaten the spaghetti bolognese, he would have jumped off a cliff. The meat chunks were big & there must have been a max of 2 tablespoons of meat in the whole dish. The spicy chicken sauté was tough & rubbery. Both the dishes were made from a can of tomato sauce. No flavor in any dish. The vegetarian platter had some frozen falafels that were deep fried & served with the same 2 dips & some rice. The cheekiest part was the waiter add a 20% gratuity to the bill. I would never go back or recommend anyone go there.

I particularly liked the bruschetta because it was quite different from a traditional bruschetta. It came with roasted cherry tomato and house-made ricotta on one, and roasted butternut squash, Brussels sprout leaves and crushed hazelnut on the other. I really enjoyed trying something a little different! The Spicy Rigatoni Vodka was also really good, with Italian sausage, crispy pancetta, shaved garlic, basil and Grana Padano. Service overall was great. Our waitress was super friendly and checked on us throughout the meal to make sure we were happy with everything. The restaurant was buzzing when we visited for lunch on a Saturday, but there was still plenty of seating. It's nice and bright inside and located in a great area with plenty of parking. I'd definitely come back!

I really enjoyed my Americano breakfast plate with the grilled bread, and the very unique and delicious hash brown balls. We also had an avocado toast that was light and fresh and a pasta dish I can't remember the name of that was also great. Nothing really blew my mind but the food here is consistently great and I'll have to give some more dishes a shot. Overall, a really nice experience and the ambiance is great for any occasion. This location is nice as you have plenty of other shops to explore and a scenic strip to walk through.

I ordered the Bronzino, which is a European Sea-Bass. It comes with, pasta and a choice of House or Caesar Salad. I went with the House Salad and it was excellent. It was topped with fresh tomatoes, olives, onion, cucumber and a sweet, tangy vinaigrette. The bronzino can be seared, grilled, or baked; I chose grilled. It's served "floating" in a rich sauce with rice-shaped pasta and broccoli. The fish was flavorful, though a bit softer than I expect from grilled.
