So far all the good that we had were tasty. The sushi and even the mongolian food taste great. All the food selections passed our tase buds. They even had cotton candy section and thisbis the only buffet so far that I had cotton candy. It's great for kids. We were lucky to find this place. The price were reasonable too. Fairly cheap price for an all you can eat. Dont expect top tier food tho. My biggest complaint was that it was extremely hot as i could see other customers at their tables visably sweating as so did I. They do offer discounts to military which is nice. Me and my family been coming here for more than a year now and this is the first time I've been disrespected and a big disappointment due to trying to ID my 10 year old daughter. They won't even tell their name and I don't even know if I've talked to the actual manager. No disrespect but they even speaking in spanish behind my back and just left me without telling their names. I told them I wanted to talked to a manager but they just pretend they didn't hear me and trying to threaten me by kicking me out. Found our new fave buffet place! Very clean even the restrooms! The staff are very helpful, cleans tables quickly. They would give you tea/coffee (with cream and sugar) upon request. Food is good - i like their variety of sushi - not your typical chinese buffet kind of sushi. I also liked their pork chops. Only downside is the price of the buffet does not include drinks so that is another $2.99 on top of the price for the buffet. It is not so crowded either (maybe bec they're still pretty new). They also have military discount (although when we went as a big group they only gave discount to 2 adults who are not spouses and not to the other family members/kids when we even brought their IDs). Usually not a fan of low budget, the phase, this place is much better than most in its price range, they have a Mongolian grill, of course they've got the hot foods and the cold foods and the desserts, they also have a grilling station where they're grilling chicken all of the time, the food seems much fresher than all other buffets in this price range read more

Bad customer service. They don't communicate as if we can read their mind. This place is reasonably cheap but you get what your pay for. My family and I had stomach issues the next morning. First time I went here, it was a hit. The second time I went it was a miss. Service has always been great here. I like the variety of food such as sushi, Mongolian style bbq, American, Chinese, an array of desserts, and fresh veggies. I had visited here yesterday and the food was ok not the greatest and could use improvements. Most of the dishes contained food that i am allergic to involving crab,squid,and octopus. There were no signs placed if customers have a food allergy that it contains specific ingredients. Also, the mongolian bar where i got some noodles the chef that was there was cooking shrimp next to my niece's teriyaki beef and she is allergic and there was a cross contamination. There were seasonings that had no labels Also, the cinnamon rolls were cold and not warm and had no cream cheese icing on top. As wells as the sweet biscuits they were cold and best when warm. The orange chicken was not good and was also not hot They charged us $44 for 1 senior and 1 adult and 2 drinks. I would visit Super china buffet instead of this place. Best buffet in south bay. Don't listen to these one-star crybabies that expect everything to be perfect. They must be the competition. The wings are huge. The pot roast was very good. They have a Mongolian bar that they cook your bowl in front of you. Drinks cost extra, but the price is cheaper than all other Chinese buffets because you pay extra. Water is free dumb asses. I don't get the bad reviews, I took my family there for dinner today and we all loved it ! I agree with the other yelper, it has to be competition making the bad reviews. They offer lots of variety, the sushi and Mongolian bbq stations were a hit with my hubby who is super picky! The ribs and pot roast were delish, I knocked off a star for the mashed potatoes, since they were obviously powdered potatoes.. Everything else was fresh and tasty! For the price I think it's a bargain..the highlight for my little ones was the cotton candy machine, I have never seen a buffet have this as an option for dessert! They are also super clean, the staff was on top of wiping everything down constantly .. the servers were also very super nice and attentive.. don't listen to these negative reviews.. My mom and I enjoyed this place! I definitely got my moneys worth on that sushi bar and my mom loved the wok station.

For being a buffet it's good! If you go for lunch hours $ I think it's worth it. Stick to water and u pay 14 bucks. Their sushi is really good, and the Chinese food as well. The Mongolian grill is good. I recommend going and trying. read more

This place is good BUT there plates and bowl still have water on then when they get put out, you can't even wipe it a little bit more?? I do not recommend this new buffet at all . Tried the pot roast very greasy . Orange chicken mostly breading and sweet. Fried rice needed soy sauce , no flavor. Egg drop soup bland. Cold pizza , dessert was cheap cookies, cakes nothing spectacular. Sushi bland , pork ribs cold. The only item 2 items I would recommend trying is the salad bar and the wok station because you make them yourself and add all the flavors. Service was also terrible, we went on a Wednesday night and had to wait for a clean table as many tables had dirty dishes on them , when we asked a waitress if she could ask to clean a table her response was just wait a couple of minutes . Don't go in there expecting a Las Vegas Gourmet Buffet. This place is really good, nice selections, sushi is really good. Salads, fruit, lots of meat dishes, and the price is right. I went in there 2 times this week and ate different things. I heard on Friday and Sat night they have Prime Rib and steaks after 4pm. So, maybe I'll go there for dinner next time and check it out. I like how lots of people can be in there but they are nicely spaced apart with good air circulation, it makes it more relaxing to stuff your face. Friendly staff, I am hoping they will do to-go boxes soon, and maybe change the items a few times a week to keep the variety going. Some of the food needs more spice, but that's okay, they have a section of spices you can select, so all good. There is absolutely no order whatsoever when getting food it creates chaos and people bump into one another all the time. the tables are too close together and people also bunch up in the walkways and servers cant get to tables. not that they want to, theyre no where to be found and plates stack up before they come to collect all the plates. Not to mention the horrible service from those serving you, they dont ever want to be talked to or asked about where soy sauce can be found or where the ginger is at the sushi table. They'll just ignore you and eventually when and if they respond, they'll give you snarky comments as if you asking yhe question is stupid. Not to mention they talk bad about you in other languages (I know this because I am a non hispanic fluent in spanish, so I know that they called me and my family a bunch of B-words.) Let's just say you get what you pay for here. The price starts at 15 for lunch and 3 dollars for a drink and includes sushi, fresh Mongolian noodles made to order and your staple buffet foods. Self serve drink station and a huge variety of desserts.
