Have been trying this place for time to time over the last year due to its location. Service is sub-par unless you know your server. Even on the bar side, sat for over 20+ minutes trying to get any of the 3 bartenders attention for a drink. While on the patio one waitress stood at a table she wasn't serving and gossiped for at least 15 minutes while we stared at her. Disappointing since we are so close to this place, food is good, and we would frequent otherwise. read more

Came here last night for 60¢ wing night. The wings were nice and crispy and delicious. I was a little disappointed that some of those wings were tiny - maybe it's because they were 60¢ that night? Regardless, they were still pretty good. The bleu cheese was a little on the cheap side - most good bleu cheese has a lot of chunks in it, but this one did not. Paradise Grille is overall a decent place to grab a meal. I've only ever had the food off the Mexican menu, but I've enjoyed it each time. I've had the enchiladas and the nachos. Each of them had an abundance of food, making it difficult to finish. Pricing is adequate for what I get. Service is a little hit or miss, depending on if you get a veteran or one of the high schoolers taking care of your table. It is great for large groups and families. Wait for a table and for our meals are never too long, and the place is kept clean. Overall, good place to go. It isn't anything fancy or special, but worth coming to for a quick bite, especially if you're with the more picky eaters. read more

Great experience! After a failed reservation attempt at another nearby restaurant, we showed up here at around 8pm on a Saturday night with a party of 10. We figured we'd be in for a wait, but the people there were super friendly and worked to put a table together for us almost instantly. The service continued to be great. They were constantly checking on us and made sure we always had what we needed. The food was great - everyone was happy with their meal. Love this local place. Food is very consistent, and at a fair value. The service is friendly, and usually pretty quick. I enjoy their buffalo chicken wrap or steak sandwich, both are excellent. My niece got the fettucine alfredo with grilled chicken, and it was a huge quantity and very good, not what you might expect from this place. Take the bad reviews about the Paradise at face value. I've been going there at least once a week for years (kabobs are excellent). I have seen with my own eyes how hard they work to make people happy. There was one woman recently who threw a tantrum - a huge stink - claiming they lost her reservation. The Paradise does not, nor have they ever taken reservations! She lied and every "regular "sitting within earshot knows that she lied -- walking in, making demands on a Saturday night packed house with 9 people in her party! What did Paradise do? They gave her and her friends free drinks and seated her as soon as they could. And it still didn't make her happy. It was obvious to all of us that she was grand-standing to get stuff for free. I guess every restaurant gets those. Anyway, I highly recommend the Paradise. It's warm and inviting. No place is perfect, but this place strives for it. read more

We went this weekend; I had the chicken Caesar wrap. There didn't seem to be any Caesar dressing in it. I mentioned it to the waiter but I was fine with eating it and told him so. They still comped it. Today my husband had the other half. That is apparently where all the dressing was. So I apologize. It was in there. Five stars. read more

This place is just average. There really wasn't anything wrong, it's just that the food was just average.

We decided to give the Paradise Grille a try on Tuesday for lunch. We'd never been before, and we will not be going back. The Decor is old and tacky, dingy-looking, and not entirely kid-appropriate (our preschooler was frightened by the shark with the human leg in its mouth). We ordered the nachos as an appetizer, and they arrived without half the toppings, so we had to ask for those to be brought out separately. The cheese flavor was fine, but it was so watery that it literally ran off of the chips when you picked them up, like cream instead of melted cheese. I ordered the spinach and mushroom flatbread for my entree, and it was fine, although the pesto tasted a bit "off." My wife ordered the fried fish sandwich, and it was basically inedible. The (obviously frozen) fish smelled and tasted fishy, and was mushy, not flaky. She took a bite, gagged, cautiously took another bite, and then put it down and did not pick it up again. In the restaurant's favor, the service was prompt and friendly, but we won't be wasting our time or money on this one again. read more

We have been to Paradise Grille many times since we have lived in the area. After quite a long absence, we decided to give it a try one afternoon. We ordered the lemon pepper wings, which were amazing. So amazing in fact that three days later my daughter asked to go back on a Friday night, so we went. This time around it was horrible. My kids and husband ordered before me as I did not know what I wanted. Five minutes later I ordered the steak flatbread, within five minutes of ordering it came out and was cold. Five minutes after that, the remainder of our food arrived and it was all sub par at best. The lemon pepper wings that were amazing just three days before we're drenched in grease and salt. They were virtually not edible. The kids meals had so little food, the kids were left hungry after finishing their meals. This was a huge disappointment to us and needless to say for the $40 we spent on a meal here, was a waste of money. I o not see us returning in the near future. read more

The quality of the food has declined dramatically. They have obviously tried to cut costs by using inferior quality food. I sent my food back only to receive the same poor quality meal. Not many choices for sit down places in this area. If you have the time, it is worth driving somewhere else. I mainly go to lunch here and I wish they would do something about the smokey smell that tends to come from their smoking room. Clean the place up a little. The bar at Paradise Grille has 2 things going for it, good cold cheap draft beer and Buzztime games, that's it. Overly loud, yucky bathrooms, no atmosphere, mediocre food except for the excellent Mexican they bring in from sister establishment, Paradise South of the Border. Their signature "cheeseburger in paradise" one of the worst of Marietta. Service is spotty with a few who really care and have a personality but that does not make up for management that behaves as if they could give a #### about their customers. read more

I have been there multiple times, I always get burgers, but lately I have been getting the pot roast. The burgers were not bad, but could use some work, especially when it comes to the bun. The pot roast is good when it is not fatty, which is 70% of the time. It needs to be cooked a bit more, otherwise it is fine. As a side I get fries, which are lukewarm and disgusting, and are always cold. Make the fries better! Fry them more, they are french FRIES after all. My last complaint is the takeout system. Innocent non-smokers have to walk into the bar to get their food, but before that can happen smokers are practically surrounding them. Fix this system! Otherwise, not bad food, service is good, and large variety on the menu. They are connected to South of the Border, a Mexican restaurant, and Paradise itself serves American food. Paradise is a sponsor of local schools, and has outdoor seating. read more
