We visited Detroit for a family function and found paradise biriyani nearby. We ordered Mysore masala dosa and podi idli. it was super yummy. Living in miami its really hard to find good indian food. Fantastic food and service! The only knock I have is the level of heat. Full disclosure, I am a pepper head so my tolerance is very high. The flavor of the food more than made up for the lack of heat. I will come back during a time when the chefs are on duty because that opens up the menu more for hotter options. I had the lamb biryani and it was phenomenal. The Chicken 65 was tasty but mild. Samosas were on jam! Chai was delish with fresh mint and not too sweet. My friend had the butter chicken and loved it. It was his firstt experience with Indian food and a very good one! Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. She gave us tips on the best times to come in and the buffet on the weekends. And everything heated up wonderfully later on...very important because the portions are plentiful. After trying the Paradise Biryani Pointe locations in Troy and Farmington Hills, I was really excited a location was opening in Dearborn. Unfortunately it does not compare to the other locations. We ordered carry out during the week: an order of lamb biryani, karhai goat and tandoori chicken. After paying a steep $50, I expected the food to be good. The biryani was lacking the flavor lamb biryani normally has, the goat was not at all tender and the chicken was okay but nothing out of this world tasty. Disappointing because Dearborn has yet to open a good Indian food spot. Would not recommend. read more

My boyfriend and I ordered pretty much $100 worth of food from here. It was sweetest day and the evening hadn't gone as planned. We were starving and it was late, hints to spending $100 here. So we make to the restaurant which was small but welcoming, to be greeted by a young man who was very polite and attentive. He informed us it would be a few more minutes. Amazing food! The tikka masala was so flavorful, with caramelized chucks of vegetables left in the sauce, and the rice was perfectly cooked. The garlic naan was fresh and delicious, and the staff was very accommodating to my friend's special request. You can tell they pride themselves on their food. Super nice and friendly. My only complaint was their bubble chai- it was supposed to come with tapioca pearls but had the popping bubbles instead. I can't fault them too much though, because they are new and it has to be hard to keep open with the quarantine. The chai was actually brewed instead of a package mix you sometimes get. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars the I would! Moved here from California and had to find a delicious Indian spot ASAP, and this place did not disappoint. The food is amazing, and the staff is even better. I live about 25 minutes away and it is well worth the drive. I try something new every time, tonight was the butter chicken with garlic naan and a strawberry bubble lassi. So far my favorite chicken dish...oh and the rice is cooked perfectly. Great customer service. This was my first visit to PBP after reading some positive posts on IG. I ordered butter chicken & garlic naan. I agree with another writer that it's creamier than I would prefer, but it had good flavor & came close to my favorite place in Cambridge, ON, which I visit on business travels a few times per year. Food was pretty good. We sat outside, and were rarely checked on. Had to go ask for more water...you kind of need water with spicy food. Then they charged us an 18% automatic gratuity for two people. I would have left it anyway, even though she wasn't that great, she was trying. But I resent that you are in essence charging me a fifth more for my meal. That should be the price on the menu, in my opinion, and I've never been auto charged a gratuity for 2 people. At least we noticed. read more

While I've not been inside the restaurant (we always order takeout), I have to say that for a chain-type restaurant, the food really is outstanding. We've tried a variety of the different Biryanis - spicy, but oh, so good! If you're not up to spicy, they do also offer other Indian dishes like butter chicken that can be made milder. First and foremost this place is clean and very well ran. Our server Ahmed was amazing, very polite and helpful. We started with the Naan app basket. Came with the butter and garlic naan. We ordered the Chicken tikka masala and Ahmed also helped with recommending the Hyderabadi dum goat biryani. The Chicken tikka masala was amazing. Depth of flavors were earthy and warming. So filling. Definitely recommend it. The Goat biryani was some of the most flavorful goat I've ever had. Spiced just right. I like it hot so next time I'm going with the full spicy goat. Ok, have not ever been in the restaurant as I always Grubhub, but this food is fantastic, I would give it more stars if I could!!!! My friend told me about this place and I honestly wish she hadn't because my husband and I order it literally every 2 weeks. We looovvvve the samosas, Tikki Masala and the naan plate with curry. I've lived in London that boasts they have the best Indian outside of India, this is definitely comparable:) Also, great to order on a Friday and have 2 more meals during the weekend as the portions are fit for my Midwest appetite.
