Found this place on TikTok, decided to try it out. Came around lunch time with my girlfriend. Greeted by a young lady on her phone who took a second to notice we walked in, beyond that she was friendly. Food was really good, and well cooked but we were both thrown off by the way they call your name from the kitchen and expect you to raise your hand until they see you. It would easily be a 5* spot w/ 3 easy changes in my opinion. 1(and most important). Where's the beef? Burgers come in a delicious bun with plentiful and flavorful toppings but the beef patty may be smaller than a McDonald's hamburger. I tasted a piece of beef separately, since I could taste everything but beef in the burger, and it was great! Little more meat in such well designed burgers could go a long way. 2. Little less seasoning on the fries. They were cooked perfect and I liked the seasoning but it was a strong blend and w/ so much on it, it was all I could taste. 3. Wish the burgers and fries came out together. They didn't come out until my burger was over 75% finished. Been to the original many, many times over the years and this one is just as phenomenal. You can't go wrong here with anything you order. I got the Daddy Melt (that is just at this location) and loved it! So good! And the shake special was phenomenal as always! Fries are seasoned perfectly. My family has always been a fan of PV Burger. Chef Bret has burger making down to a science and he always comes up with such amazing specials too. Paradise Valley Burger is awesome and delicious. The brûlée burger is my personal favorite and I always go for their onion rings and a shake. Service is very friendly and that of a typical burger spot setup. The atmosphere is also very clean with a modern hip graffiti aesthetic.
