100/10 the food was amazing even the food on the Kids menu was great. Some of the nicest staff I've ever met. Working at a restaurant is a hard job. But yet they were so cheerful and enthusiastic! Also, it was very crowded but our food came out right away! The Central America theme was on point ! Stay far away from this place. The restaurant is so poorly managed. They overbook and make you wait, in our case 30 min past our reservation time. Then they sat us outside when we requested an inside table and was told we would be accomodated. Food was cold 3 dishes had to be sent back. The manager was terribly rude and said there was nothing he could do that Disney kept pushing reservation on them and they oversold. Hostess was beyond rude spoke rudely about us in Spanish to other host, not realizing we were fluent and could understand every word. This establishment is a black mark on Disney Springs. We had gone here years ago and I thought the food was great. We went late night this time so maybe that was part of the food not being as great. My peanut butter old fashioned was not my favorite. While waking up I checked the Yelp stars and saw the negative responses, yet walked in and was seated for lunch about 1pm with ease and a group of 8. Our server was excellent friendly and attentive. The food was flavorful and satisfied everyone's belly. Not one of our group had any dislikes. As some of the other reviews stated go to Disney and pay Disney prices which is true hence the 4 stars. I ordered the empanadas and a side of fries. The empanadas were extremely flavorful filled with beef onion and jalapeño. It was two decent sized empanadas cut in half for presentation and served with a spicy Mayo type sauce and fresh pico de gallo. The fries crispy and good. Great place for a simple quick bite. The service was good and the decor was a decent mix of sports bar and island vibes. To start we had the chips with salsa, gauc and quaso. The chips were good and salty. The salsa had a deep slightly smoky flavor. The guacamole was chunky and the quaso was pretty standard cheese sauce. The highlight was the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. The food exceded my expectations. I had the salmon and I must say the flavor profile and cook was delivered to perfection. It was crispy on the top despite the glaze, and juicy while well cooked in the middle. I didn't try the brisket but my husband did not leave anything on his plate. Can't complain about the service. We sat down, and within a 10 minutes had ordered and were served. Truly the fastest food has ever been brought to me and it did not taste heated up. It was hot and seemed freshly made. We made reservations months ago to celebrate graduating with my doctorate. Every thing from the check in to the ending was just awful. The weather was cold, so the patio was closed, which meant they didn't have enough seats for the number of reservations they made. Cool. Reservation check in & told it'll be 30-45 minute wait. Oof. Not cool. Sat down near the bar. Cool. Live music, not cool. Completely unable to converse because of how loud and obnoxious the musician and then DJ. Our waitress, Catherine, was sympathetic and tried to get them to turn the music down, but they would not comply. We ordered drinks, chips & salsa, corn, empanadas, quesadilla, burgers, with fiesta fries and the hot chicken sandwich with truffle fries. Now, it is a Saturday night, they had a huge problem with overbooking, moving the idiot musician inside, they only have 1 kitchen working, and seemed short staffed, but there were so very many mishaps with our meal, that all of the above were hard to overlook. Drinks were tasty-for sure. Then came chips & salsa, also ok. Then we finally got waters and our corn appetizer, also yum. When the food arrived it looked good, but looks were definitely deceiving. The chicken sandwich was not hot and smelled like seafood. The burgers were over cooked and not well dressed. The truffle fries were overly oily and the fiesta fries were not well seasoned. The chicken quesadilla is a chicken and cheese paste - it's not chunks of chicken with melted cheese, but rather a blended chicken salad-esque mash up of gross and unappealing to look at. The empanadas were tasty, but over cooked. When we got our bill it was incorrect and they had charged us for way too many drinks. Double check your bill, for sure! Sam was amazing tonight! I had a reservation for 12 but ultimately only 8 came. Sam & the hostess were quick to adjust the tables. Drinks were delish and the food was good. The music was a bit loud on the patio but that seems to be common in DS. Overall we had a good experience and Sam provided great service. read more

Check-In - Where's the line to check in vs to be seated after check-in. Service - We thought we were fine timewise with about 90 min to get in and out. Nope. Our sweet but overwhelmed server disappeared for long stretches and after 90 min still no food. Then to get our bill and process it took forever also. Took 2 hours for a truly terrible dinner. Food - My Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was wildfire dry and the fries were cold. My son's All American Burger was charred to a crisp. How are people giving this place 4 or 5 stars!? The food at Paradiso 37 literally looks colorless. I came here with a friend who made reservations. Probably because there's a limited number of restaurants open, Paradiso was completely packed. Obviously popular for large groups, but everyone was spaced out so it didn't seem claustrophia-inducing. I ordered a house margarita (around $16 for regular size and $24 for large) which was alright. The nachos ($19) looked like they'd been sitting out for awhile and were made up of ingredients from a cheap grocery store. And the havana flatbread ($20) had ham, pork, swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard drizzle but tasted like cafeteria food. So did the fries. On top of that, one of the wait staff knocked into our table and spilled my friend's drink all over her. Despite the fact that she repeatedly said she didn't want another one, they brought her a to-go cup, which we promptly threw away outside. They were really nice about it though, so no complaints about the service. It's just such a far walk from the entrance for such nauseating food. read more

I had the skirt steak w/chimichurri and it was fantastic. Steak was juicy and had great flavor. Our waitress was great. She would come around every so often to check up on us. My chicken was cooked well - crispy skin and tender meat - and the seasoning on everything (I believe Tajin) made the meal even better. A few family members ordered the Baja Fish Tacos and I wish I took a picture to show how too much fish was on the plate. It looked more like popcorn chicken and apparently was very bland. Our service throughout the visit was fair enough. What can I say, when your going to Disney Spring you will be paying Disney prices when you eat a Disney Spring restaurant. I have been here before and each time it's been ok. There is a decent amount of variety to appease eve. The food is ok. The food is Latin cuisine but it's more like Americanize Latin cuisine. The server was really good and he was on it. The place is nice and clean. The meal was good. I do have got to give kudos to whoever made the guacamole. It tasted fresh and well handmade. Our family did enjoy the meal. My boyfriend really wanted to eat ceviche and I believe it was the only restaurant in Disney springs with that as an option. So we decided to go and give it a try on a Saturday at 3pm and we walked straight in with no wait. The waitress was super attentive and recommended to order the Hawaiian pull pork sandwich as well. I was a little on the iffy side since I noticed the ceviche was made with coconut milk. None the less I decided to order it. Ceviche was delicious, we could have ordered one each and left from the restaurant happy. The Hawaiian pull pork sandwich on the other hand was not that good. Not impressed at all. Myself and my party were sat in the very back corner of the restaurant away from the decor and the music so the vibe was not there at all. The menu is quite limited. Not to mention it's also quite expensive for options that have nothing special about them. I asked the waitress if the birria quesadilla (listed on the appetizer menu) was big enough for an entree and she said yes and described it as a big quesadilla. When it came out, I was in shock. Coming from the theme park absolutely starving and then being handed that.. I didn't know what to say. The birria broth was literally like water. No flavor to it at all. It was brown water with cilantro and onion floating in it. My boyfriend ordered the Argentinian steak which costed a arm and a leg. His meal was decent. My friend ordered the fish tacos and they were also decent. I ordered the house margarita frozen and it was extremely strong. My favorite part of the whole meal. I read some of the reviews. Specifically the negative reviews. I understand what their complaints were, but my fiancée and I had a good experience. We came in for a quick snack and a drink. They were having their Social Hour, which offered some drink specials. We both had margaritas and shared a P37 Chicken Quesadilla. Everything tasted good and came out in a reasonable time. I didn't notice any issues with their cleanliness either. I do agree with some other reviewers with regard to the food prices, though. $21 for a quesadilla seems a bit high.
