Steak and fritas $40 not worth the price
    Nevaeh P.

The food was okay I got the steak and fritas which was eh, my favorite thing about this whole thing was honestly the bread for the appetizer but can't go wrong with that. If you're going for the ambience or special occasion then yes very picture worthy pics can be taken here other then that wouldn't crave to eat here. Service was great, very nice waiter he was on top of serving our waters and bartender was sweet too! Overall 5.5/10

We got recommended by this place by a nearby shop when we asked for recommendations at Bishop District. I'm so glad she did because this place was picture perfect. I felt like I was in another world, I was obsessed with all the colors. The food was good but a bit on the pricey side for pasta, shrimp wasn't good or breaded. I still enjoyed everything we ordered, even the bathroom had the cutest decor. The service was very nice and even got our birthday girl a little birthday dessert. No reservation during lunch time and we got seated immediately.

Paradiso is one of the most colorful and cutest spots in the Bishop Arts District! We only got drinks on the patio and it was a great vibe! The perfect patio in town! The staff was real kind and helpful! Sad they had ran out of their frozen drink though! Will come back again

I do not adventure into Dallas too often, but had to schedule a lunch in the area. Paradiso was chosen relatively randomly, but ended up as a good choice. Leo was wonderful in helping navigate the menu. The atmosphere brought me back the the brunch spots down in Miami. My salad was good, not too flavorful, but fresh and large!

This was my first time visiting, and I chose this restaurant to celebrate my 65th birthday. I originally made a reservation for six, but later contacted the restaurant and spoke with Gustavo, who was very accommodating and added four more guests without any issue. His professionalism was one of the reasons I felt confident choosing this place, along with the great reviews. When I arrived, I was amazed by the beautiful décor, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. Our waitress,Chelsea, started off somewhat friendly, but her attitude changed throughout the evening. She seemed irritated when my guests asked for bread or when we requested someone sweep the floor where food droppings were left from the previous party.I ordered the rigatoni, and it had a nice kick of spice -- very good. However, the service from Chelsea was disappointing. My entire party noticed that she was not welcoming, and her demeanor made us uncomfortable. Gustavo mentioned she was one of their best servers, but based on our experience, I would hate to see their worst.I'm giving a four‑star rating because Gustavo went above and beyond to make my 65th birthday feel special. I would definitely return, but I hope not to be seated in Chelsea's section again.

Horrible experience. Sat down and ordered a double espresso and the price was 8$. They just added 2x espresso 4$ each. I live in Miami and never in my life I paid for a double espresso more than 4.50 and the guy was convincing me that it's the normal price.

Beautiful atmosphere, we went for a girls night and enjoyed our cocktails and food. Started with a margarita and had the chicken roulade. My friend had the lamb skewers. Everything was flavorful and big enough to take home leftovers. Great service too!

Ambiance: FREAKING AMAZING , so so pretty from the bathroom, inside and out...5 stars Service: Great, Vanessa, my waitress was very sweet and attentive. The manager, Carla, was THE BEST! They took care of me and made my time there so special. 5 stars. FOOD & Mocktail: The drink was refreshing and the bread with the different hummus was super good. My entrée was okay. The pasta was a bit hard and tasted a tad bland. Plus, I should have added some protein instead of simply eating it (meat sauce). Nonetheless, my overall experience at Paradiso (my favorite decor and service) was 10/10 MINUS NOTHING!!! Want more authentic opinions? Turkey melt with rosemary garlic Parmesan fries
    Leslie T.

Paradiso is amazing! I had the great pleasure of dining here for brunch with a friend for the first time last weekend while we were visiting the Bishop Arts District. From the spacious patio and stunning interior decor to the warm and welcoming host and servers and the delicious food, everything about this restaurant is spot on. I had the very tasty Chicken Paillard and ordered a side of the rosemary-garlic Parmesan fries (which I flat out devoured), and my friend said her turkey melt was top notch. We enjoyed leisurely conversation and appreciated the fact that our server didn't rush us through the meal (leaving extra time for people-watching). I couldn't get over the gorgeous colorful parasols and greenery hanging from the ceiling and the overall bright and airy decor. I raved about the eatery to several friends and promptly posted on my socials the same day. Definitely worth the drive from the north Dallas suburbs, and I can't wait to come back.

    Lamb skewers
    Gem N.

Beautiful restaurant which is guaranteed to wow anyone brought here on a date! Inspired by southern European food and decor - the food and drink offered is just as beautiful and delicious as the surroundings. I had the Greek lamb skewers and it was amazing - the cucumber salad underneath was the perfect accompaniment to the tasty lamb and the huge pile of flatbread was enjoyed by my date too! My date ordered the white bolognese pasta and it was an interesting twist on the traditional version - it was just enough pasta (European serving!) that allowed room for desserts

    Kelsey M.

She's a vibe. Grab your girls and come sit outside and enjoy the pastel pinks, bright greens and good times. I had the turkey sandwich with fries and the fries were top tier! Crispy on the outside ... fluffy on the inside. I loved it! My waiter was a gem. He was kind, Thoughtful and personable. I would sit here any day of the week and sip on a drink and enjoy the views

I came here during brunch with a group of 6+ plus for a birthday. TIP: 20% gratuity added when you have larger parties. Reservations were already made but it took about 15 mins for them to get our table ready. I started out with seasonal pina verde cocktail. It had a tangy spice to it. It was just okay to me, it really didn't catch my attention. I probably wouldn't order it again. I started off with the broccoli frito. It was really good! It's made of fried broccoli, cauliflower with shaved parmesan. My main entree was the four cheese pizza. It was decent, not the best pizza I've had but it did its job. Otherwise it's a pretty place to take pictures, and come for a fun time with friends.

I was the first one there and saw the birthday girl/family pulling up as we walked in. We checked in and asked if there was a seating policy for reservations (which we had and were on time for) and the hostess said "as long as you have 6 people from your group we can get you seated." The birthday family arrived with their 4 and two more of our group came in 30 seconds after that. We watched as several other big parties who mentioned their remaining people were in the restroom or coming got seated before us. We asked second hostess if we could be seated soon since we had 8 of 10 people and she said they only seat full parties and we had been waiting 15 mins with our 8 by then in the small entrance. That was new news. She said she'd get the manager to see if it was okay and he informed us that they seat full parties for a better experience, but we were a bit disappointed at that point because we were told different on the phone and in person at that point. We finally got seated and our last two did come very late, admittedly, but we still had a good experience with the food and drinks. The salad and meatball appetizers were both tasty. The meatballs were very flavorful and they replenished both appetizers when asked. They had several interesting flavors to try including pizzas with goat cheese, buffalo chicken pizza, white pizza etc. I tried almost everything and was impressed with the flavors. The white pizza was surprisingly spicy to be scallion based, but I really enjoyed it! We also all saved space to try to desert pizzas and the dule de leche was a favorite amongst our group. Most of the table order wine or cocktails and they were all highly favored. The passion fruit margarita was pretty good. We did have to wait a little while occasionally for water refills, but our servers were still doing a good job with how packed it was in there. The parking wasn't terrible - it's a decent sized lot for the area, but I think luck plays a roll in if you're able to park easily or have to wait a bit for a spot. All in all, we had a good foodie experience here will make sure the whole party is present before returning!

Our standard order is a large three topping with pepperoni, real Italian sausage and onions. You've got to try onions as that touch of sweet helps with all the savory flavors. We always include a side salad with their homemade blue cheese dressing for a small charge $2.55! You've can also purchase their homemade salad dressings by the pint or quart. The pizza takes a minute to get made so the salad calms our appetite. I swear it's cheaper to get a glass of their house wine than to get a glass of tea so don't hesitate to order. This place is a definite bargain on many items. Now the pizza is just spectacular. The Italian sausage is the real thing that has been sliced from the links not the sausage "turds" you get with fast food pizza. The crust is perfectly yeasty and the thickness on the medium side. They also serve on a rack at the table to keep the crust fresh. Since we order a large it is a knife and fork pizza with the heavy cheese and toppings. Another favorite dish is their lasagna. I've lost count how many times I've ordered at the restaurant and to go. It comes with a choice of salad or minestrone soup. The soup is homemade and simply the best warming dish - a hug in a bowl loaded with veggies. Service is always friendly. The murals of Italian scenes and the wine bottles hanging from the ceiling add a fun touch. Just don't forget to try the pizza and you won't have regrets. We were told we had to place our entire order at once, and despite our reservation noting that we were celebrating a birthday, he never acknowledged it or even asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. When we mentioned it ourselves, he didn't respond at all. While returning from the restroom (which was also uncomfortably hot and stuffy), I spoke with the manager, Jason, about our experience and asked if we could switch servers. Thankfully, Vlad, who had been serving nearby tables, took over our table. He was a complete turnaround. Vlad was personable, energetic, attentive, and provided the level of hospitality we expected. He truly saved what he could of the experience. Our group spent over $750 on food and drinks. The appetizers and sides were excellent and easily the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the entrees didn't live up to the same standard. One steak was overcooked and had to be sent back. By the time the replacement arrived, everyone else had already finished eating. The Salmon Diane was also dry and overcooked. To end the night, while we were waiting for our checks to be processed, Jason came over and told us the next reservation had arrived and that we needed to leave. We explained that we were simply waiting to pay, yet no effort was made to speed up the process by collecting our payment or offering to run the checks. It felt rushed and incredibly inhospitable, especially after everything that had already gone wrong. The only reasons this review isn't one star are Vlad and the excellent appetizers and sides. We've dined at many high-end restaurants, and this was by far one of the most disappointing service experiences we've had, especially for a special celebration. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
