Galligaskin's cuts their own meat and cheese in house and bakes their rolls fresh daily, which is the kind of thing that sounds like marketing until you take a bite and realize it actually matters. The house-made Galli Oil and pickled pepper finish that goes on every sub is the secret weapon - not spicy, just deeply flavorful, the thing that makes each bite a little better than the last.
