Parfait Paris This place is located within the Anaheim Packing District. The ambiance is inviting and the customer service is good. The price reflects the high quality of their pastries; they melt in your mouth, with perfect sweetness for me. The crème brûlée was gone in a few seconds before I even had the chance to take a picture.

This place was a lovely treat to have after some hot shrimp. I got a moon tart or flan a mix of the two? All I know it was delicious and worth getting! I do say the price is high for what I think it was however the flavor does seem to be superb as if it's a level higher from the average makings. The server was friendly and was kind to bring me my forgotten credit card. I'll come by to try more in the future.

We visited today for the first time. The girl working there was so sweet and friendly. The mango bliss was a bit sour for my taste. The chocolate slice (Le Signature) was absolutely delicious! We also order a crème brulee coffee and we weren't the biggest fans but I would visit again.

I had been waiting to go to Parfait Paris in the Anaheim Packing District since I went on a recent trip from Las Vegas. When I got there, I was immediately drawn into the energy of the Anaheim Packing House. There is so much character at this place with exposed brick, large community seating areas, and just overall so many people doing all sorts of things. It was the holidays when I visited and there was a band playing holiday music! The display case at Parfait Paris is amazing with its vibrant colored macarons, delicate tarts, and layered cakes! I went there since this was my first time visiting, so I tried the carrot cake, bread pudding cake dessert, with a coffee. It looked nice, the carrot cake! Well frosted, and looked yummy! It tasted ok though. The main problem I had with the carrot cake was it was a little too dry, which was disappointing to me as I really like carrot cake when it's soft and rich. The frosting did help even things out a bit, however I couldn't help but wish it was a softer and better textured cake. I also got their bread pudding cake, which was decent. Even though the carrot cake did not meet expectations, the total experience was pleasant. The coffee was excellent and the service staff were very welcoming and very fast, even with the busy food court atmosphere. The atmosphere surrounding the stall was also comfortable enough that you could sit down and enjoy your dessert for a little while. I would definitely want to try some of their other baked goods when I visit again.

This cute little place is located inside the Anaheim Packing House. As soon as you walk in, make a right. It's located in the corner on your right hand side. I ordered a tres latte. Very good. But I think I will add an extra shot of espresso next time. I didn't get a chance to try one of their pastries, but I will definitely try one next time.

Parfait Paris is pure indulgence. The dessert selection is stunning... almost overwhelming in the best way. Thankfully, the wait staff was incredibly helpful, taking the time to guide me toward something that matched my palate perfectly. I had the Mango Bliss, a bright and refreshing treat with vibrant mango and zesty passion fruit confit with a mango passion fruit mousse over an almond biscuit base. Light, tropical, and perfectly balanced. I also tried the Le signature: a chocolate mousse and wow! it was rich, elegant, delicate and layered with a dark chocolate mousse , almond biscuit, and praline crisp. A decadent contrast to the Mango Bliss, and just as impressive. Everything felt like it was made with care and precision, from flavor to presentation. I f you've got a sweet tooth and an eye for quality, Parfait Paris is a must!

I absolutely LOVE this place. Whenever I'm in SoCal, I must stop by Anaheim Packing District in order to get literally ONE thing for my flight home, the almond croissant from Parfait Paris. It's the almond croissant that I use to compare all other almond croissants! Not only are the pastries and coffees yummy, but their staff (hey Bryce!!) are so helpful and sweet as well. Try it out the next time you're in the area!!

Stopped by here after a night at Villains Brewery for something sweet. Parking: This spot is located inside the Anaheim Packing District. If you plan on driving, don't do it. Get dropped off. Finding a parking spot is a nightmare. Ambiance/Environment: They're located in the right corner once you enter the packing house. There's a display of all their desserts and pastries. They also have their own small seating area inside. Service: There were two workers, and they were simply quick & efficient. Desserts & drinks: I ordered the Tres Leches Latte and a Tuxedo cake slice (I forgot the exact name, but it was the last piece of cake that night). The Tres Leches Latte was sweet and tasted exactly as it sounds. The tuxedo cake slice perfectly satisfied my sweet cravings. The chocolate layers were delicious, and it was surprisingly not too sweet. Pricing: Prices are definitely more than average. My drink was a little over $8 after taxes, and the cake slice was $13. I'd try their other desserts since I really enjoyed the cake slice. This is the type of spot to treat yourself once in a while.

Amazing looking selection of goodies! Savory and sweet crepes! Macarons in lots of flavors and the popular crookie (croissant cookie) may catch your eye. Mango passionfruit macaron had good flavor, but was on the small side. The fresh made crepe with strawberries, bananas and Nutella was delicious. I would love to try some of the savory ones next time. Unfortunately, the pint of gelato I purchased in raspberry macaron did not have the raspberry flavor at all and tasted like vanilla with some macaron bits throughout. The real let down was the gelato did not have the smooth texture gelato is renown for, but was icy and grainy like it had melted a bit and froze again. My sister got a pint of the hazelnut gelato in addition to her crepes and macarons with the same texture issue. It was a waste of 2 pints. Hopefully, this will be remedied in the future. *Side note: We were also very patient waiting as the only one stressed associate working hurried to get everything done. I think being alone added to the lack of friendliness. She was doing her best under the circumstances. read more

Parfait Paris is one of the better coffee shops that I've been to in the Anaheim area. Since it's in the Anaheim Packing House, it is in a vibrant area with great vibes and plenty of seating. I had their iced earl grey (which is one of the best I've had) and their Crookie, which was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. The person who took my order and served me was very friendly even though a lot of people started to show up - she was very courteous and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back here to grab some coffee and food while working because the Packing House also has free wifi! Great place to work from home. read more

I've been to le parfait Paris several times and I've tried to get something different each time. Their pastries are definitely delicious and y'all should try them out. The drinks are alright, I'm particular with my coffee so this is one of those if I'm in the area. The first time I was here I had their La San Daniele croissant. It had prosciutto, Brie,fog jam, fried egg and mix greens. This croissant was very yummy. It had the flavors of the prosciutto and the sweet contrast from the fig jam. I enjoyed the combination of the flavors. The second time I was here I tried the Galette De La mer. Honestly, I was hoping for the same balance as the croissant but unfortunately it was way too salty. The salmon overpowered this dish. Even the capers didn't mask the saltiness. I would say if they tried to add some sort of sweetness. They had the creme fraiche dill, lemon and chive but it was still not enough to create the balance I had with the croissant. I will say props to the two girls working on a busy Sunday afternoon. Y'all are killing it with your communication with your customers and the teamwork you have going on. I'll avoid the galette de La mer unless there's some added sweetness to balance to it. I'll try another croissant next time. read more

Came here on a Sunday around noon. They were not busy at all. I started to place the order, then the girl who took my order informed me all warm food takes 30 mins to prepare. Also they only have decaf. She had this bad attitude almost like she did not want to serve me. I would never come to place again. Horrible experience . read more

Placed an order on their website. Found out they had lunch special that is only available on weekdays so i ordered online at 11am for pick up for 11:50am. Store called at 11:37am to tell me they don't have the lunch special anymore and my order was cancelled. Then Why is it on your website??? Why are u calling me now to tell me that it was cancelled??? Called them back to place an phone order and I was told they don't take phone orders???!!!!!!! If i order online on your website, I have to wait 50mins for my order to be ready. I already waited 50 mins on the order you cancelled on me because u guys forgot to update your website! Makes no sense. Not worth waiting almost 2 hours for. Im spending my money somewhere else. 1) Do not preorder online. They will call and cancel your order last minute. 2) They don't take phone orders. 3)If you order online. It will take 50 minutes for your order to be ready. 4)one more thing. They only make sandwiches starting at noon. Only found out after they called to say my order was canceled. We tried the la creme brulee and it was fantastic. The cake was really nice from its appearance and it tastesd very fine. Not too sweet and it looks very appetizing. We also tried the Hazelnut Parfait Affogato and it's also very aesthetically pleasing. It smells amazing and the taste is perfect as well. Totally recommend. read more

It's a perfect balance of sweet and still being able to taste the flavor and bitterness of the matcha. I'm surprised more people don't talk about their matcha. Don't get me started on their pastries and desserts... ALSO SO GOOD. They have such a huge variety of pastries, both sweet and savory, that it's hard to choose but that also means there's something for everyone. My favorites are their blueberry brioche, matcha cruffin, and egg bacon bread. The egg bacon bread surprised me since it's made of rice flour and has a chewy/mochi like consistency - it's so unique and you just have to try it. When you enter, you wait in line and let the staff know which pastries you want and they'll grab them for you to put in a box. Once you get to the cashier, you can order your drinks there. If you only want drinks, you can skip the line to order at the kiosk at the front. The staff are all super friendly. Plenty of parking since it's an Irvine plaza and there's about 5 tables inside but outdoor seating is available too.

Lately, Dubai chocolate cookies have been extremely popular and trendy, so I asked whether this bakery had them. They said yes, so I bought one for $6.75. However, when I tried it this morning, it was absolutely not a Dubai chocolate cookie. It was basically just a chocolate pie. There was no pistachio flavor at all, and no pistachios inside--just a very ordinary chocolate pie. That part was extremely disappointing. Also, yesterday I asked the bakery if they could provide paper plates so we could cut and share the pastries, but she said they didn't have any. Other bakeries usually provide paper plates, so it was disappointing as well.

Good pastries and desserts, terrible service and attitude from the employees. It's my second time coming here with the same rude employee at the register. At this point it's the same attitude every time-- customer has to ask for everything and she gets annoyed at requests? She didn't ask if I wanted my pasty warmed up, didn't ask if I needed a plate, didn't ask if I needed napkins... I had to get up every single time because she just shoved the cold pastry into a bag then said "oh you didn't specify if you wanted it warmed up" and I responded with "well you didn't ask." I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff was completely unprofessional and didn't even try to resolve my issue. When I explained the problem, they barely listened and brushed me off like I was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, their dismissive attitude made me feel completely unwelcome, as if I was the problem rather than the customer. Even when I asked to speak with a manager, they acted like I was overreacting and didn't take me seriously. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. The one girl who helped me was awful. She seemed annoyed the entire time and actually sighed loudly when I asked for clarification. To make things worse, she kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain the issue, as if she couldn't be bothered to listen.
