Parfait Paris This place is located within the Anaheim Packing District. The ambiance is inviting and the customer service is good. The price reflects the high quality of their pastries; they melt in your mouth, with perfect sweetness for me. The crème brûlée was gone in a few seconds before I even had the chance to take a picture.

This place was a lovely treat to have after some hot shrimp. I got a moon tart or flan a mix of the two? All I know it was delicious and worth getting! I do say the price is high for what I think it was however the flavor does seem to be superb as if it's a level higher from the average makings. The server was friendly and was kind to bring me my forgotten credit card. I'll come by to try more in the future.

We visited today for the first time. The girl working there was so sweet and friendly. The mango bliss was a bit sour for my taste. The chocolate slice (Le Signature) was absolutely delicious! We also order a crème brulee coffee and we weren't the biggest fans but I would visit again.

I had been waiting to go to Parfait Paris in the Anaheim Packing District since I went on a recent trip from Las Vegas. When I got there, I was immediately drawn into the energy of the Anaheim Packing House. There is so much character at this place with exposed brick, large community seating areas, and just overall so many people doing all sorts of things. It was the holidays when I visited and there was a band playing holiday music! The display case at Parfait Paris is amazing with its vibrant colored macarons, delicate tarts, and layered cakes! I went there since this was my first time visiting, so I tried the carrot cake, bread pudding cake dessert, with a coffee. It looked nice, the carrot cake! Well frosted, and looked yummy! It tasted ok though. The main problem I had with the carrot cake was it was a little too dry, which was disappointing to me as I really like carrot cake when it's soft and rich. The frosting did help even things out a bit, however I couldn't help but wish it was a softer and better textured cake. I also got their bread pudding cake, which was decent. Even though the carrot cake did not meet expectations, the total experience was pleasant. The coffee was excellent and the service staff were very welcoming and very fast, even with the busy food court atmosphere. The atmosphere surrounding the stall was also comfortable enough that you could sit down and enjoy your dessert for a little while. I would definitely want to try some of their other baked goods when I visit again.

This cute little place is located inside the Anaheim Packing House. As soon as you walk in, make a right. It's located in the corner on your right hand side. I ordered a tres latte. Very good. But I think I will add an extra shot of espresso next time. I didn't get a chance to try one of their pastries, but I will definitely try one next time.

Parfait Paris is pure indulgence. The dessert selection is stunning... almost overwhelming in the best way. Thankfully, the wait staff was incredibly helpful, taking the time to guide me toward something that matched my palate perfectly. I had the Mango Bliss, a bright and refreshing treat with vibrant mango and zesty passion fruit confit with a mango passion fruit mousse over an almond biscuit base. Light, tropical, and perfectly balanced. I also tried the Le signature: a chocolate mousse and wow! it was rich, elegant, delicate and layered with a dark chocolate mousse , almond biscuit, and praline crisp. A decadent contrast to the Mango Bliss, and just as impressive. Everything felt like it was made with care and precision, from flavor to presentation. I f you've got a sweet tooth and an eye for quality, Parfait Paris is a must!

I absolutely LOVE this place. Whenever I'm in SoCal, I must stop by Anaheim Packing District in order to get literally ONE thing for my flight home, the almond croissant from Parfait Paris. It's the almond croissant that I use to compare all other almond croissants! Not only are the pastries and coffees yummy, but their staff (hey Bryce!!) are so helpful and sweet as well. Try it out the next time you're in the area!!

Stopped by here after a night at Villains Brewery for something sweet. Parking: This spot is located inside the Anaheim Packing District. If you plan on driving, don't do it. Get dropped off. Finding a parking spot is a nightmare. Ambiance/Environment: They're located in the right corner once you enter the packing house. There's a display of all their desserts and pastries. They also have their own small seating area inside. Service: There were two workers, and they were simply quick & efficient. Desserts & drinks: I ordered the Tres Leches Latte and a Tuxedo cake slice (I forgot the exact name, but it was the last piece of cake that night). The Tres Leches Latte was sweet and tasted exactly as it sounds. The tuxedo cake slice perfectly satisfied my sweet cravings. The chocolate layers were delicious, and it was surprisingly not too sweet. Pricing: Prices are definitely more than average. My drink was a little over $8 after taxes, and the cake slice was $13. I'd try their other desserts since I really enjoyed the cake slice. This is the type of spot to treat yourself once in a while.

Picked up the chocolate almond croissant on my way to work one morning. The first few bites were amazing! I loved the flakiness combined with the crispiness yet soft interior and it wasn't too sweet. However, as I got towards the center of the croissant, there was a ton of filling that got a bit overwhelming. I mean, I feel like the croissant is a lot for just one person and I'm sure splitting it would be ideal. I'd definitely come back and try other things though! Cesar is also super friendly and helpful! He made sure my croissant was properly in the bag rather than just tossed inside nonchalantly.

Over priced and mediocre. Pretty desserts meant for instagram and not for tasting good. $13 for a single tart and it had the worst crust that managed to be both too moist and too dry at the same time? It had the texture of a newly constructed sand castle. Damp and gritty. The meringue layer had the texture of cooked eggs. Meringue should be like a sweet cloud but the one on this tart would have been better off next to some bacon and hashbrowns. Skip this spot and go to a Porto's if you want decadent treats at a reasonable price point. This was a really disappointing experience. read more

Food: came with my best friend, she and I enjoyed yuzu & lemon tart and le signature cake pieces. Both were amazing, melted in my mouth with the sweet creamy flavor with just the right amount citrus or chocolate taste. I would really like to try all of them, including pastries and macarons! Beautiful presentation and very well decorated, I also love eating with my eyes/camera haha Price: each cake piece was about $11, which is on the pricier side, but it is quality dessert, so I guess I can justify spending this much money for now Ambiance: this is the first store to the right when you enter Anaheim packing district, there are always a lot of people here, sometimes with live music, very full of energy. Great for dates and hangouts with friends. Service: pretty slow, but I think it was just one man working and doing everything, he seemed pretty overwhelmed, but no real big issues Parking: good luck finding parking in the Anaheim packing district, some times it's a little easier to just bite the bullet and pay for vallet, instead of having to circle multiple times around the lot read more

Surprisingly the Packing District doesn't have too many coffee options. We've been here a few times in the past and always grabbed coffee elsewhere. Checked out the map and found this cute little cafe! When entering the packing district, this cafe is tucked away in the corner when you immediately turn right. It's located on the top floor, not the very bottom. No one was in line so I hopped over and ordered a small iced Creme Brulee latte! I was worried it was going to be too sweet but I went for it since it was something different and stood out to me on their menu. Soon after, there was a line of customers who also ordered that drink! Seemed popular and glad I got it. Wish I got a large but I got a regular and it was smaller than I expected but very delicious. A bit sweeter for my taste but drinkable!! They added some kinda foam and caramel to mine but when my friend ordered a large, he had no foam or caramel! Very odd. I ordered a hot chocolate for my two kids but wanted to split it so I asked for an extra cup. The gentleman who made the drink very rudely told me that for future reference, you only get one cup per drink. Then he gave me the extra cup. If you're that concerned about the cost of a cup, you should have just charged me instead of telling me off. Too bad, because everything looked yummy. My favorite is their Dubai latte and their Yuzu meringue tart! They make fresh crepes too! We barely had to wait for our drinks and pastries, they were welcoming! If you ask yourself which one should I choose whichever you choose.. yes it will be good. The fresh pastries here are not your typical day to day. I was excited to find a place with gluten free options. However, I didn't buy anything just because of the customer service. I asked the gentleman working which Macaron flavor was his favorite because there were so many to choose from, to which he replied, "they're all very popular. Whichever you like is what you should get." And then walked away. Friendly customer service goes a long way, and he just lost a customer for lacking on that part. read more

This Location is in the Center street Anaheim outdoor shopping mall. You can park either on the street or in the adjacent parking garage. As i arrived around 8:30am on a Friday, there was a line out front but it was moving fairly fast. The interior of the bakery is one space divided into 2 sections. The bakery and the coffee shop. Each with their own check out stand. They also have their own separate entrance door. So, if all you wanted was a beverage, you don't have to wait in line for the bakery. The interior is warm and inviting. There is no seating inside. Just high top tables made of barrels with a top for standing. However, there is a patio outside with tables and market umbrellas. Okayama Kobo is an Artisan Japanese Bakery. Everything is made fresh daily using quality ingredients and no preservatives. They use 100% Hokkaido flower from Japan. They are best known for their signature Salt & Butter Rolls, Curry Pan, and adorable character buns like the "Kobo Kuma" I got a "salt and butter roll". It is a light fluffy bread shaped like a croissant with a buttery and light salty flavor. I also got a "Kobo Kuma" which is a soft bear shaped fluffy bread filled with vanilla bean custard. Both were warm out of the oven and melt in your mouth delicious. Okayama Kobo Bakery has locations in OC, San Diego and Hawaii. The prices are really reasonable and the service is great. I can't wait to go back to try some of their other baked goods such as the french toast as well as a signature crafted coffee. I highly recommend Okayama Kobo.

Good pastries and desserts, terrible service and attitude from the employees. It's my second time coming here with the same rude employee at the register. At this point it's the same attitude every time-- customer has to ask for everything and she gets annoyed at requests? She didn't ask if I wanted my pasty warmed up, didn't ask if I needed a plate, didn't ask if I needed napkins... I had to get up every single time because she just shoved the cold pastry into a bag then said "oh you didn't specify if you wanted it warmed up" and I responded with "well you didn't ask." I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff was completely unprofessional and didn't even try to resolve my issue. When I explained the problem, they barely listened and brushed me off like I was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, their dismissive attitude made me feel completely unwelcome, as if I was the problem rather than the customer. Even when I asked to speak with a manager, they acted like I was overreacting and didn't take me seriously. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. Had an amazing experience at Parfait Paris in the Anaheim Packing District! The desserts were absolutely delicious and beautifully made. Everything tasted fresh, perfectly balanced, and you can really tell they put a lot of care into their pastries. The macarons and parfaits were incredible, and the presentation alone makes you want to try everything on the menu. The one girl who helped me was awful. She seemed annoyed the entire time and actually sighed loudly when I asked for clarification. To make things worse, she kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain the issue, as if she couldn't be bothered to listen.
