Super cute French inspired bakery and coffee shop. Everything looks amazingly delicious and it is. Sampled the ham and cheese croissant. So good. The Strawberry and cream croissant was delish too. Just go and give it a try.

I am not big on pastries, but I thought I would give this place a try. Everything really looks great. So, the process goes as follows; you go in, you grab a tray, cover it with a liner, grab some tongs and then go through and pick out the pastries you want, placed them on the tray and then go up to the counter and they will bag them up for you. It's a nice concept. So many options to choose from and everything is appealing. I went with the pineapple brulee, the mini strawberry lemon croissant, and the palmier because why not? If you love a good pastry, visit this spot. There's definitely something for everyone.

Pastry Heaven! There is so much you can choose from, from sweet to savory. If you're not careful , the price will add up! It was my first time here so I decided to first look at everything they had before I started making my selections. They do have a few chairs/ tables to sit and enjoy your pastries. This is the perfect place to grab coffee and a light lunch or get something sweet. I came here on my lunch break. You pick out your items and if you want them to warm up the savory items they can. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food was great.

This location is in a shopping strip with plenty of parking however, with some recent construction in the area, be safe getting in and out of the limited eateries and exists. The location is clean and provides some seating for breakfast space. You will be turning both ways as you attempt to make your selections but it won't be quick because there are plenty for you to choose from. First thing to greet you to the left of the door is the tray and utensils so that you can make and grab your own selections. When that big feat is done, you can head to the cashier where she will ring you up as a to-go or dine in. The price point varies and it is a bit on the higher price point scale but definitely worth it.

So we came back, armed with foreknowledge. I got the ham&cheese again but tried it heated this time. The ham burnt the roof of my mouth but that's on me. It completely changes the way the sandwich tastes. I honestly don't know which way I prefer it. If you're going to get the strawberry croissant come hungry. The cream filling is light and subtle. This one doesn't have the lemon flavoring other tarts/buns do. The strawberries are sweet and fresh. A winner! The app saved me $5. I wanted use the "free pastry" coupon but the terms & conditions were pretty ridiculous - most of the pastries don't count and you have to get a drink but the bottled soda doesn't count. I think this coupon should be called "order this $15 coffee and get this $1 berry bun for free". LOL.

Very good Paris Baguette location. It's on the smaller side for a PB, but it's got everything you want. Also, it's always SUPER clean and well lit in here. Imagine if your doctor's office sold cream stuffed pastry. The service was friendly and with a smile. The chocolate stuffed croissant donut was awesome. This place is very out of the way but definitely worth going to. I like it. I wish the world had more random Paris Baguettes in industrial parks hahah

I stopped in here based on a friend's recommendation. I was very surprised with my visit. The bakery is large and spacious, probably more so than the 85 Degree bakeries. The service is friendly and quick. I really liked how the pastry and bread selections were laid out. It is very different to come here and just buy one or two items because every item they have is so fresh. I can't wait to return to Dallas for the next visit.

The perfect spot to grab a quick treat! They have a variety of unique pastries whether that be sweet or savory. Every time I visit everything is clean, organized, and stocked which is a plus. My favorite is always going to be the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with Dijon mustard!! Sooo good! You can also ask that they heat everything up for you :)

I love visiting this place and trying their different pastries! This time I tried the curry croquette and it had a nice curry flavor but was a little oily. I do like how you can request to have it reheated so it can get crispy again! Service is good and quick. And they have tables if you want to try your pastries there and just hang out. Will you get the soft, flaky outside? Better yet, will you get the rich ingredients of chocolate and apple filled inside? No, you will not! What about the feelings of being on a romantic date night somewhere lost on a cobblestone street in a narrow cut-through, and the waitstaff is so sweet, so kind, and knowledgeable? You get this here: a beautiful setting, a knowledgeable Barista, and a very good Patissier Chef!

I tried their mozzarella tomato caprese baguette along with an iced matcha. The baguette itself was fresh, with a nice chew, and really good bread. It has a drizzle of balsamic to elevate it. As for the iced matcha, it was way too sweet for my taste. I was hoping for a more balanced, earthy flavor, but i think it's a mix. They have a lot of desserts. I tried the chocolate coated pound cake and it's wrapped beautifully and delicious. The interior is really nice. They have outlets so you can charge and work. There's a lot of indoor seating as well as outdoor tables. Clean bathroom. They get pretty busy. read more

Wow! Wow! This place has something amazingly delicious for everyone! If you have a love for French pastries, bring someone who can drag you away as you will not want to leave! There are the standard French delights and then there are American fusion ideas. There are well thought out salads. There are breakfast items. There are lunch and supper items. there are desserts and desserts that will impress your friends. There are coffees and teas. Oh, no time to go to it? There are multiple delivery options. Foodsby gets the blame for addicting me to this new place! It is easy to find and somewhat tricky to get into. Google Maps will work. Plenty of parking and no lines as it is still new. I can imagine a line in a couple of months. The service is excellence and the staff is quite proud of their artistry, cleanliness and appearance! The shop is delightful and adds to the experience! A tip, if not in a hurry and the weather is nice, enjoy the artwork and outdoor space behind and to the West at one of the outdoor benches/conversation pits. We came at 1:00pm on a Saturday and there were plenty of baked goods to choose from and it wasn't too crowded. Plenty of parking & really clean! The cakes here are so cute and perfect for a special occasion. Everything tasted as good as it looked. We enjoyed the coffee and spent an hour chatting here. This place has a really cool concept, kind of like a pastry buffet. It is self-serve/counter service and then you choose your table. There are four small tables outside and the patio is pet friendly. The pastries were good and the iced latte was good, but the iced tea is horrible. It is the worst I've ever had. Fair warning to iced tea drinkers! read more

Since it was my daughter's birthday, I asked her where she wanted to go and she chose Paris Baguette in Coppell. We were promptly greeted by the prettiest angel of the store, Ms. Rojina, who was very polite and sweet smile. To say that I was overwhelmed by all the selection pastries would be an understatement. There's a vast variety of great pastries and of course sandwiches as well. The two young ladies working the cashier's counter were just as sweet as their pastriess, Ms. Simran and Ms. Mobeena,with warm smiles, very polite and egar to serve. The pastries we selected were very tasty and went well with our coffee and cappuccino. I had the strawberry mochi donut, almond croissant sprinkled with powdered sugar, pumpkin scone and pecan tart. My daughter had the 4 cheese quiche, pumpkin scone, pumpkin pie custard tart and hash brown bread. Whoever gave these three young ladies their training did a great job they're raising stars and did a great job. It's outstanding employees like them is what makes me visit the place again. This bakery was very clean, tidy and well organized. The three young ladies, Ms. Rojina, Ms Simran, and Mobeena, are to be commended for their excellent customer service and care. Easily a 4.5 place, it could be more depending on how everything tastes. I bought several to-go items that were pre-wrapped and plan on eating on the road later.The options and how they display the food is amazing! Immediately gives the wow factory seeing the workers making the food and just walking around this shop. They have high quality coffee available and nice seating. I would recommend checking this place out for sure! Beware that there is road construction making access a problem to this place. I hope that gets fixed soon. read more

Absolutely amazing! I have fallen in love with this place. From the food, coffee and ambiance. Everything is just so aesthetically appealing and it's clean. The service is alright, honestly the girls working were super gossipy and distracted as we were ordering our treats. But overall it won't prevent me from returning again next week with my family. The egg salad sandwich and caprese sandwich were both delicious. We also indulged in some sweets along with a mocha frappé and each bite was better than the last. The cafe is so cute and definitely has a French vibe. You can hang out and enjoy your treats with no need to rush out or feel like you're in the way. I would definitely recommend coming here. Also forgot to mention that they have whole cakes that are absolutely gorgeous as well as delicious for sale, they will be the talk of any party at your next event. read more

Not the best experience on a Oder I placed 8 minutes from my arrival to the Caffe. I arrived in hopes it would go smoothly, you know wait a while and then leave to enjoy my coffee and pastries . But no I arrived to the staff working on something else, so I walked up to the register to inform them of my online order. Apparently not one person of the two that were there was taking that responsibility of checking online pick up orders. Wow, I was disappointed in more than one way. The matcha mochi donut was good and I've had coffee from here before. The shop is cute and has decent seating if you want to sit inside and eat or grab a coffee/drink. I'm not super impressed with the staff though which did make me take a star away. So a few weeks ago I wrote how much I don't like going into the Dunkin Donuts store because the employees always seem pretty mad. It doesn't make me happy either that the iced coffee is 95% ice. And I decided to take a few more minutes to check out Paris Baguette. Well...I've now stopped here for breakfast / coffee four times, and it's always been spectacular. They have amazing pastries, the coffee is great and the employees are so nice. They have some beautiful cakes that I'll have to buy next time we have a family event. My daughter would love the "Snow Bunny" cake! I don't mind spending a little more for a much higher quality experience. Bye Dunkin! read more

this new location is closer to my house and is very cute and well kept. The inside is very clean and all the pastries look immaculate in the cases. I got the iced matcha latte and a croissant. The matcha was pretty good, but VERY sweet. If I had a bigger sweet tooth I probably would've enjoyed it more, but the croissant was very very good. I also tried a strawberry mochi donut and that was very good. I could taste a fresher strawberry taste instead of an artificial flavor which is what I was expecting. Overall I will be back to try more things and it is a great place to chat with friends! read more

Their products are not fresh. Not a real bakery Now I know why prices are 15% than other PB locations. Because the owner is a total hard ass and jerk. Customer service is garbage and really stinks I bought a cake slice and fruit went bad on top within 5 days. The lady boss refused to exchange or refund. Extremely harsh and will do nothing. Cares nothing about customers. So stingy. Just a slice of cake!! Really?!?!!. At least replace and warn me to take a pic if there is a future problem next time. Nope. just chop off my head and tell me I'm unreasonable. My kids learned something from you today. That you lost as a business. Will never ever come to this location. Last time here. I had a very large order that I placed this past Wednesday evening for pick-up Thursday morning. Given the size of the order, I was doubtful that Paris Baguette would be able to get everything ready. But the general manager and owner, Jin, made it happen! Everything was so organized and fresh, and the office truly enjoyed the assortment of delicious foods! Jin and her team made me feel like I was there most important customer of the month. Disappointment at Paris Baguette: Unprofessionalism from Start to Finish Visiting Paris Baguette with my family, we expected a pleasant evening of pastries and company. Instead, we encountered a double dose of disappointment, starting with the cashier's rudeness and culminating in the manager's inefficiency. Arriving at 8:30pm, just before closing, we understood the potential for limited service. However, the cashier's hostility was immediate. Refusing to warm our pastries and then declaring the dining area closed despite other patrons enjoying their food , she created a confusing and unpleasant atmosphere. My wife, understandably, questioned the inconsistencies, only to be met with escalating negativity from the cashier, including muttering. When I intervened, seeking clarification, I was met with similar hostility. The store manager, while apologetic, offered no sense of genuine concern. To our dismay, his "apologies" were overshadowed by staff lady's continued rudeness, banging items around, muttering under her breath and getting combative instead of being apologetic. This lack of remorse further soured the already unpleasant experience. Despite having 20 minutes before closing, and other patrons clearly enjoying their meals, the negative energy was simply too much. We decided to leave and enjoy our coffee and pastries elsewhere. It's truly disheartening to witness employees like this representing a brand built on hospitality. Paris Baguette should take notice of such behavior and be ashamed of how it tarnishes their reputation. Not only was the cashier's unprofessionalism unacceptable, but the manager's inefficiency compounded the disappointment. Paris Baguette must prioritize staff training and implement clear service standards to ensure a welcoming and consistent experience for customers (at least in this branch). read more
