Found this place in search of a bakery that open late on a Sunday night for my late night sweet craving. :-) LOCATION: Its in a not so popular plaza but the inside decoration is modernize classy and quite spacious for a bakery. Good place to take a date for desserts. ATMOSPHERE: It has a relaxing atmosphere with nice decoration. You won't feel like you are being rush out the door. Kinda like a Starbucks with lots of bake goods. SERVICE: The server/cashier here are very friendly, if you have any questions or need recommendation they are happy to accommodate. FOOD: I tried the Blueberry Chiffon cake and the Chox Creme Bread. I enjoyed the Blueberry Chiffon cake because the first bite, you can tell that its made with fresh blueberry. The texture of the cake is really soft and fluffy. It taste fresh as if it was bake that evening. The cream could use a little more sugar but the light airy fluffy cream on this cake goes well with the density of the cake. I would definitely get this cake again. I like the Chox Creme Bread as well. I didn't eat it til the next day. The bread was still soft and moist. The creme in the middle of the bread is creamy yet not too sweet. When you think of bread you think of french baguette or slice bread to make sandwiches. This is not the case for this type of bread. It is more like a softer and more moist Hawaiian roll with creme in the middle. So if you like the sweet taste of a Hawaiian roll and custard, you will like the Chox Creme Bread. OVERALL: I do enjoy the desserts here because of its freshness ( doesn't taste like days old bakery goods), use of fresh ingredients and the atmosphere of the inside of the bakery. I love this place and it is my guilty pleasure. I've been searching for a place like this for a long time, and I wanted more pastry variety than my Starbucks or little selection any other coffee house has. Paris baguette has different pastries, cakes, coffee and coffee drinks, rolls, etc. You can get a pastry and a cup of coffee and sit and relax or you can take a bunch home. What I love about these pastries are that they aren't overly sweet, like traditional pastries, they have less sugar and more flavor so you can appreciate it more. My favorite is the raspberry with cream cheese and the chocolate crossiant. For someone like me who always has a sweet tooth and needing that fix i come here. Everything I get here is always so good. I've never been disappointed with a pastry. Everything always looks so pretty and cute too which I love. Their coffee is also pretty good too. If you've been curious about this place come and try it out. The only thing I don't like is that their cakes are so expensive. read more

Filthy filthy filthy. If you dare go in here the floors and tables are nasty. I like a couple of the pastries so have been here numerous times. NEVER have a found a clean table and NEVER have I seen a table cleaned while visiting. I pointed out how filthy it was to a young employee and he said, "yeah my manager knows but we do not have time to clean." Well young man, I watched you and a couple other slackers never venture with a rag, bloom, mop in the 20 minutes I was there as you sat and talked to co workers. I asked for more half and half and handed the sticky, nasty container to an employee with a napkin over my hand as it was so dirty. He filled it up and put it back without cleaning it. I bought 2 of the very small packaged sandwiches and a small pastry for $13 and change, so I'd say it's rather pricey but the food was good. And I know this is no fault of their own but honestly, I haven't seen a dirtier parking lot around which really takes away from a good dining experience. read more

I usually love going to Paris Baguette. But the last time I went, they must have had someone special coming in the next day or something (Cuz they usually don't do that). We went before 8 ish and they started cleaning. Like. Full blown out cleaning with bleach products, while there were customers! There isn't any ventilation, so the whole place was just covered with the scent of cleaning products and all the workers were all cleaning everything including the menu signs, everything! That might not bother some people, but I am pregnant and more sensitive to smells. I don't even clean my house without ventilation, but they were cleaning while customers were still buying/eating. Just horrible!!! I go here pretty often, but that definitely would be my last. I don't want to eat food sprayed with chemicals. read more

This is place is the worst. I put in an online order a week in advance for my WEDDING. My parents and my brother went to pick it up on the designated time on the day of. They didn't have ANY of it ready because "Nobody told them about it." They didn't have enough of the items that I had put in the order for, and just had to use what they had available in the store. It didn't amount to the total that I had paid online for my original order. And if that wasn't enough, they weren't even sorry about any of it. They took their sweet time putting whatever they had available into boxes, making my whole family late for my wedding. I went the following Monday to talk to the manager, who was just as apathetic as her workers. Seriously, the ABSOLUTE worst place. Will never order or buy from them again, and going to take my complaints to corporate. I'm hoping someone will take responsibility for something. read more

I normally do not write reviews. Worst paris baguette you will ever go to. Workers here are young girls who are there to have fun among themselves than rather work. As I was ordering my food they were making jokes to each other not paying much attention to customer here. They were mocking of their own location bakery food. Saying their equipment sucks compared to other locations. Quite good impression to give to a customer. I ordered green tea frap, Never tasted anything worse than this location. I have never tasted a green tea frap suck this bad. also ordered dragon fruit refresher was too sour probably added extra extra lime or something. I strongly believe girls had no written or any idea of how to make drinks. As I am korean who been to a lot of paris baguette in US and both in Korea far worst place ever to be. I wonder what management here looks like to hire young girls who doesn't take work as professional but rather a play ground place. Never stopping by here ever again. read more

This place sucks. The desserts are dry and flavorless, the coffee is way too strong. The people are very nice, as is the ambiance, but if you want a real dessert, looks elsewhere. DO NOT PRE-ORDER BIRTHDAY CAKES FROM HERE unless you are willing to wait for them to forget your order. It has happened twice to my family. We ordered one last night (pre-paid) only to find out that the order ticket was not even in their system. The first time this happened, we had to wait 45 minutes for a brand new cake to be baked, so we took whatever was available on the shelf. read more

definitely not expecting a place this nice in that dumpy strip mall when I found it on yelp I was like no freaking way this is there.. anyway very pretty clean place bunch of free samples got the misses a red velvet cake for her birthday. very tasty and light not heavy and leaving your mouth red like most red velvet everything. fruit was fresh and ripe. decently priced for what it was. employees were friendly and polite. also they give you a "knife" to cut the cake and candles and matches for free so that's pretty dang awesome! I only had the cake but will back again with her to try some other stuff. For now 4 stars but I can see it going to 5 if everything else is as tasty! read more

I called the night before to see if they could accommodate last minute pastries for a group of 80 people. They simply suggested I get there first thing in the morning, so I did. I walked into a beautiful shop with a very large selection of gorgeous pastries. After quickly selecting the pastries & getting rung up~I was helped to my car. On the way to the office, I got a phone call from them. (I'm assuming they remembered my call from the night before & checked the call history). A box had been left behind. I was already so close to work, they offered to drop it off. They did. The group I treated absolutely loved the pastries. Many went back up for seconds. It was the best choice to try Paris Baguette. When I first went here this bakery was amazing and then I came back and returned to poor guest service. I knew exactly what I had wanted and had went to check out. I had 5 pastries and not the small ones, I had 2 Pineapple Pastries an Apple pastry and others. I went to the register and the cashier wasn't welcoming at all. Before he bagged the items I had asked him for a box instead. He then looked at me and explained to me that I didn't have a lot. He grabbed one box and said "this ones too small" and grabbed the other box and said" this ones to big" when obviously I was one pastry short from filling the big box. I looked at him in a questions/are you serious way and explained that he can choose which box I get however I want a box not a bag. He then rolled his eyes and started packing the items into the bigger box. I paid and was unsure if I needed to bus the tray myself so I asked him if I do and he just grabbed the tray and pulled it closer to him while avoiding eye contact looking down and upset with me. He did not respond except for his rude gestures. I was completely appalled by his mannerisms. A customer is a guest and a guest should never be treated in this way. I love the pastries but the service and attitude I can definitely live without. Hopefully the other locations aren't like this because Im definitely not returning back here. read more

Not a fan. The first time I came here was about a year ago, and then I probably would have given it 3 stars, but now it just doesn't seem fresh and the pastries are a bit weird, most of them. IT DOES NOT HOLD A CANDLE TO 85 DEGREES, ON BEACH BLVD. AND MALVERN!! That place is the same concept but much fresher, better drinks, better all the way around!! read more

The dessert, cakes ect is very good, but customer service SUCKS. I have been here a handful of times because my family loves the cakes here for birthday celebrations ect EVERY SINGLE time we order a cake ahead of time, but when we come to pick it up they always take FOREVER to find the cake. Lots of the workers are rude. A few times I have gone in while no one was in line and stood at the register waiting to be helped and the workers would just be standing right there in front of me just talking with each other. Once the girl glanced at me and didn't even say anything she just continued to talk. So finally I was like excuse me I am here to pick up a cake and she just rolled her eyes. Today I came in to pick up a cake that I ordered for my sister's graduation and again they couldn't find it, finally 10mins later they found it and I had told them to write Congrats Kat! Class of 2017. First the baker only wrote Congrats. Then the cashier told her to add Kat. Then I asked to see it and told them I wanted class of 2017 also written on it and he baker just glared at me. I told them exactly what I wanted written how freaking hard is it to just copy what the paper says?!?! EVERY SINGLE FREAKING TIME there is a problem. If the cake wasn't so good I wouldn't come back it is NOT hard to give good customer service or even at least decent customer service. They just suck at their jobs. read more
