Loved the sandwich with delicious bread and cucumbers made a nice crunch. The atmosphere is really quaint and the desserts looked so good. They can get busy so the young people behind the counter do push to get you through quickly but the food makes up for it. I was amazed at the variety of breads and pastries. We came here a couple of times. Nice place. Pastries is not bad. Many varieties and they do have small two bite size pastries which were good. Not too impressed with their coffee though. Water down and not strong enough. They have to train the staffs to make better coffee and also work faster. It took them over 8 minutes to prepare ours when there are no waiting customers ahead of us. Might come back to try out their shave ice. read more

1st time at a Paris Baguette. Was drawn there bc I had been wanting to try a cronut. Place was clean and upscale looking, in contrast with the run down strip mall in which it is located. Cronuts were filled with fruit flavored creams, strawberry, blueberry and mango. Strawberry was a big hit with me and co-workers, the other 2 the pastry was good but the filling was not great. And these are not cheap at $3 a pop. Also tried a pineapple pastry and a cream filled pastry that were delish. The breads were not as good or as exotic as at 35 Degrees. Better off eating at the other chains in Cupertino. Or go to 85 Bakery - bread is fresher. Paris Baguette bread I find is usually extremely too sugary, they seem to embrace that aspect with cronuts and chocolatey pastries, while 85 bakery has a lot more natural flavors and wholesome tastes, like raisins and walnuts, and soft bread. PB has too much sugaar and is twice as expensive. read more

I have been to several PB locations in the valley. They are all pretty consistently good. I always go for pastries and have not tried cakes although they look good. Red bean, Pineapple, green bean, raspberry pastries are all tasty. Red bean in sweet rice ball is always yummy. Good place to pick up a box of pastries to surprise family or to seat down and enjoy inside. Pieces tend to be bit smaller than 85C but so are the prices and so they are fair. For pastries, PB is bit more refined than 85C in my opinion. Enjoy! read more

I had to travel to Milpitas today for my business and I had to stop at Paris Baguette here because I had wonderful experiences at other places too. I went in and the employees were really friendly. Since I was visiting my boss's place (and of course I wanted to bring something to please him ;) ), I was wandering around the store debating what to get him amongst wide array of pastries and cakes. An employee (I think he was a manager? His name was Caleb? I believe) approached me and helped me to his best to find a cake that would suit a 60's man (asked me questions like his age, if he like sweet stuff, etc). I am highly dissappointed with my visit to PB. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and an omellete and they managed to really messed up both orders. Upon receiving my orders for the first time, the chef threw my plate onto the counter and 1 of the 2 cherry tomatoes went flying. Another server saw this and did not do anything. After taking my food to my table, I cut into my ham egg and cheese croissant to find that half of it was very watery. I told the server and they took the egg and cooked it. Thistime it was definitely cooked. Instead of a soft fluffy egg it was slightly charred on the outside. Meanwhile, my wife went through the omelet and half of it was extremely salty to the point it was inedible. The cook should focus on the food instead of screaming. Very disappointed. read more

The pastries were fine but I ordered an Iced Caramel Latte that took at least 15 minutes to make and they just put piping hot coffee with ice and syrup.... so the ice melts and I'm left with watery, lukewarm coffee that I waited too long for. This has convinced me to never waste my time and money getting ice beverages from any Paris Baguette in the future. Just stick to their pastries and you'll have a nice time more or less. read more

I've had lots of PB cakes and they've been delicious. but tonight I bought one and it was very dry. even the frosting was so dry it was gooey! it was definitely a day old cake. if you're going to sell an old cake, own up to it and sell it for...less than full price ($31). it was for a birthday too. double bad experience. :( read more

Was waiting for friends who were at the FedEx next door and wanted something sweet snack so came here. Asked for mango shaved ice but was told they were out of mango. Then I asked for fruit shaved ice but was told they were out of condensed milk. I didn't know what they put in their shaved ice normally so asked if there is any shaved ice that doesn't need condensed milk and they said no. So why didn't they tell me the first time when I wanted the mango shaved ice?? The guy at the cashier seemed really inexperienced and couldn't find anything I was ordering on his machine. Then when I finally paid he couldn't even tear the receipt property and tore it in half and even handed the two broken pieces to me. I don't know what to say really. Girlfriend and I went here yesterday evening. Not really sure what was going on but the shaved ice we got was much different than the ones we were used to getting. We ordered the fruit one and when it came out it didn't have any mango and was very bland. It didn't have very much condensed milk other than being lazily poured onto the top. When I went to the counter to say something, the young girl stared at me with a dumbfounded look as if they did nothing wrong. In fact, they made me feel as if I was unwelcome. To accommodate for my complaint, they poured more condensed milk on top which didn't really change much. My girlfriend asked for a refund and received the same attitude from the same girl. We also noticed that another customer did not receive any red bean on their shaved ice as they also came up to complain. Perhaps it is the fact the staff there are so young that they lack integrity because they did not seem to care in the least. The assistant manager that we spoke to was also very young but I will not fault him for anything because he did his best to make sure we left happy. This place is definitely a must every time I come to the Bay. My cousin and I come here to split the chocolate twists, cream cheese rolls, and egg salad sandwhich with tea. Even their sandwhich bread is a different kind soft! I would highly recommend trying a peach cronut (: take someone and pick several pastries to split. I love Paris Baguette! I don't understand the hype , I live walking distance from the place and besides the pretty decor there isn't much to the place . I had the worst service the other day all bc I wasn't well dressed ( hey I lived 3 minutes walking distance away from the place ) and I came in with my son - he only wanted a sugar twist bread which was a dollar - the cashier gave me an attitude and said " that's all ?" And scoffed . She then rudely hand me to twist breadsticks so I asked her to put it in a bag for me - she was annoyed with that as well - I paid her 5 dollars - then realize I have a dollar so I asked if she could take the dollar instead - she told me I should've done it sooner bc the cash register doesn't let her , whatever that means - it's sad that service is so bad - food is on the low mediocre but I used to stop by after work daily to grab snack - they treated me much better in my work outfit - don't think I'll be coming back . read more

Stopped in around 7:30pm after dinner... I was glad to see a paris baguette open up, but disappointed by this location. The food baked goods area seemed clean, but there wasn't a whole lot in terms if selection - granted it would have been the hour... But didn't seem like they had much in general. The seating area had similar decor to other locations, but it was super messy. The cashiers were friendly enough, but slow. Food was fine... Oh except the egg tart.. It was super over baked. The service is just plain rude!!! I bought a few pastrys to take home and the girl stuffed my croissant and a twisty stick in a really tiny bag when as I was browsing the aisles the bag started tearing apart and stuff started breaking in there I asked for another bad she gave me another small bag which started ripping as well and then I ordered pizza baguette which came out in a bigger box and they didn't offer to give me a bag for all my items. So I approach the guy in the front and he said you need to pay $.10 for a bag I said look at these bags that the girl gave me they're all ripping he's like you need to pay $.10 for the bag that's all he kept saying and then I started complaining he finally gave me back for free I don't mind paying 10 cents obviously but it's the principal in this situation. The service and the workers attitude was just plain unacceptable. Now for the food part the pastries were incredible and the pizza which I ended up taking home to my mom we heated it up it was delicious even the next day! I love this location don't get me wrong! They always have good pastries and good customer service. However I did have one problem with a certain employee. I believe his name was Francis or Frances. I came in the other day with my grandma and she doesn't speak English so I had to translate for her at the register. He was getting sort of agitated and impatient with us. I understand translating takes a little bit of time but there was really no reason to be upset or give us attitude, it was slow during that time and no one else was in line. I wasn't even asking for much and I did apologize constantly for having to translate back and forth. But I continued to receive rude customer service and he kept on rolling his eyes. I also didn't know if I should include this or not but while we were there, like I said it was a pretty slow day so there wasn't much noise, we're sitting there minding our own business and I hear him graphically talking about his sex life. In my head I'm thinking LOL I'm glad my grandma doesn't understand English. I love this location a lot and the other staff members are super sweet but after that I don't think I'll be going to this location for a while. All I wanted was to take my grandma who came to visit us from halfway across the world to a nice brunch n I got mediocre customer service, half-assed lattes and hearing about a strangers sex life while I'm trying to eat lol. read more

Dropped by on Saturday morning before 10a for coffee and a croissant. They had no croissants. Actually I have never seen any croissants there except during the soft opening when trays continuously stocked the quickly emptying shelves. Have been a couple of times now and in all honesty this place blows, am over it. The staff are semi friendly, depends who you get, they have little to no knowledge of the product they're selling. Example had planned to buy a birthday cake here, asked the guy what the cake was like his response cake-ish and creamy then he looked at the girl with a IDK/WTF look. Bought my cake from Whole Foods instead. It takes ages to get a drink here, so maybe order and pay for your drink first then go select you pastries, each time we have been here our drink orders take up to 15-20 minutes WTF. The pastries are usually over cooked brown instead of golden brown, they're not too bad but after years of living in Europe BP pastries and cakes are pretty bland and tasteless although better than American pastries and cakes which taste like a mouthful of sugar and butter. The only thing going for them here are the chocolate croissants. The place usually looks like it's unclean, eg the floor looks like it has not been swept or mopped all day, though they do keep the help yourself pastry area pretty clean. It's ok for a cheap bite, however we are moving on to something else. Btw, for a place that opens at 7am ZERO breakfast items are available and barely any pastries, we went twice for breakfast and there was nothing available. Wtf is the point of a 7am opening when you have nothing for sale even at 8am? Pointless! Lastly, DO NOT come here during lunch 11.30-2pm it is survival of the fittest in the parking lot and within BP, should you visit between those times I wish you the best of luck. read more

Went there at 2pm today for some snacks. Half the area was empty and the items that were there looked like the morning batch-messy and crumbly. Its been like this basically every time i have been here. I asked an employee if they will put out more items and he said no. These guys are usually busy....so....why not continue to make a few more rounds of pastries so you can make more money and have happy customers? Otherwise close up shop when you sell out. We came in today to grab some pastries with iced coffee and we were really excited to try this bakery. So we grabbed the trays and loaded it with couple of croissants, donut, curry croquette, and a creme brulee dessert. As we came to the register to pay we asked for the croissants to be heated, obviously, who eats a ham and cheese croissant cold!?!? Well, here is where the 3 stars came off as we were told first that it will be heated and then we learned that "they are sorry, but the "microwave" is not working"....ummmm, seriously, for $29 the microwave is not working??? This is a bakery place and I would really hope that the least they can offer is warm pastries that can be consumed right away. Of course, at the register we were so confused and did not want to return the pastries back as we already picked them up and loaded to the tray, so we agreed to pay for it anyway. ... Oh, man, that was a mistake, it tasted disgusting! Everything was tossed to the trash. The 2 stars are for creme brulee dessert and coffee.... Not coming back for sure. Prices are high and products are cold. My boyfriend is still talking about this and how it was better to stop at Starbucks next door that for sure will have oven working!! read more
