Nothing much to say about the service here because I mainly order on the app but there is also a tablet inside you can place your order on. They're really fast, I felt like I waited under 5 minutes for my cookies but I guess it depends on the order. Because some cakes are refrigerated and don't need to be hot. Inside is really clean and they have displays of the cookies and you can compare different sizes. Definitely helpful to get a real life visual of how delicious each one will be lol My favorite that I always crave is the chocolate crumb featuring Oreo. Please I need this to come back!! They open at 8am and close at 10pm, very convenient for whoever wants a warm and thick cookie. You can only order via a kiosk and they call your name for your order. A $4.99 cookie is a bit pricey in my opinion, no matter how pink the box is to put it in. But it is only here that I tasted the difference of a warm cookie! I'm always conflicted by Crumbl: most of their cookies are so underwhelming (basically just vanilla cookies with some flavored icing) and then there are the very few exceptional, unique cookies. For this review, I'm rating the fried ice cream cookie which was ok. The cinnamon cookie had a good amount of cinnamon, and was nice and soft. The buttercream frosting was standard. The corn flake topping added a nice textural element. So, I wouldn't say this cookie tastes like "fried ice cream", but it's a decent overall. Service is always quick and friendly at this location. This weeks favors ordered: pumpkin cheesecake cookie Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie was a tad bid dry but loved the cream cheese frosting. It seems like crumbl is taking a different approach and offering other things besides cookies like cake squares, pies, and cheesecakes. I liked the branching out, but I think they should stick to what they are known for which is the cookies. I think they are reaching beyond for what they could offer all customers to their wants but crumbl I believe is a perfect cookie place. I love going to this Crumbl location as it is a self ordering kiosk but they are always really quick with orders and the cookies always come out warm! When I finally got the delivery, the delivery person was very polite and nice. When I open the box, all cookies were tipped over & out of places. It was obvious that the icing was still very hot when the box was picked up by the delivery person because the icing melted all over the box. The tres leches cake is a little dry on the corners, but the center was moist & delicious! It wasn't too sweet & had the perfect balance. I love the chocolate chip cookie & how the outer layer is crispy with the chewy center. I received a 25.00 gift card at work. It seemed like a good time to stop by and use the card after visiting El Torito last night AND before I lose/forget the gift and/or the place goes out of business. You never can tell these days. Crumbl reminds me of the gourmet cupcake shops that were popular some years back. I didn't get the nostalgia vibe of the cookie store in the mall. (The Costco chocolate chip cookie gets that honor today, and malls aren't the places they used to be.) The store environment felt somewhat sterile. We ordered and paid through the kiosk. Your name is called and they give you a box with the cookies. That's it. My husband was right-next time, buy the large cookies over the small ones. The 25.00 did not cover buying a dozen small cookies (29.99). Sure, if I went to Safeway nearby, I could buy some type of cookies (or, the ingredients to make fabulous cookies). What you see is what you get, minus the ones we ate right after purchase. Sitting in the car, and looking at the purchase, we noticed the chocolate chip ones did not look quite as yummy as the images on the kiosk screen, i.e. exactly three chips on the top. not as much chocolate chips on the cookies as those glamor shots. That's an important detail. The next day- I had the raspberry cookie, my husband tried one of the oatmeal cookies. Observations- it's a soft, underbaked cookie. I liked the combination, but it's really a sugar cookie with a topping. Oatmeal cookie was fine, but if you don't like coconut shavings, on the cookie, it might not be a good choice. I recommend warming up the cookies in the microwave for no more than ten seconds. The only reason I would return to Crumbl is to get a gift card for a friend OR someone I really like wants a treat from this place. It still reminds me of the cupcake stores. I've seen people order from Crumbl online, so I was intrigued when one opened up nearby. I've been a repeat customer since 2022! I love the aesthetics, everything is very pretty and reminds me of LA. They are also great to bring to parties. Of course, there are healthier, small patch bakers out there, whom I enjoy ordering from as well, but this place is easy to just pop right by. Cookies: They have new flavors every week, although milk chocolate seems to be a main stay; it's a classic and my brother swears it's the best he's ever had. I like to be adventurous and try all the different flavors. Some are better than others, but I have never had a "bad" cookie. Do be prepared though because these are SWEET! I usually only have a couple bites before it becomes too sweet for me, but I then I just save them for later. It's a good treat for those days where you just need a little something. They are on the bigger side for cookies. I saw that Crumbl also makes mini cookies, which would be great, but this location doesn't seem to have them. They also said they were out of the ice cream, but don't seem to offer those anymore either. :( Pricing: It's a gourmet cookie, so it is a bit more expensive than cookies at other places. $5 a cookie isn't too bad (plus they're big), and you get a bit of a discount when you buy a larger Bac (4, 6, 12 packs). I did also buy the cookie cutter for $5 haha. Service: The workers are nice and they always confirm my order by showing me the cookies first when I pick up. They package the cookies once you're confirmed to be nearby. I learned this when I was running late for an order once and had to call in since a number of my big order were supposed to be chilled. Tip: You can buy a bundle of cookies (pack of 4, etc.), and then pay 25 cents for the individual boxes if you wanted to give them out. Unfortunately, you cannot have them packed individually (unless you order them as single-orders). Parking is easy, it's in a huge plaza and on the side away from the 24 HR Fitness. Crumbl Cookies in the Milpitas location is near the Safeway in Milpitas on the side of the plaza. It's very industrious, almost clean room-esq with large stainless steel appliances and tables all around, muted paint colors, and a dash of pink colorways scattered about. This location, by no means, is inviting or even wants you to loiter around. This location wants you to place an order, take your cookies, and GTFO! At least that's the feeling I got from the small lobby, ipad ordering, a just very not "warm" or "inviting" atmosphere. We ordered a 6-pack on UberEats ($30). If you order there it's only $25. So unless you have credit, just don't buy off UberEats. That said, while UberEats told us that our order was ready for pick up, the person working didn't even know about our order until after we got there. Thankfully, all the cookies were already made--or maybe not thankfully? She made our box and we were on our way. We got 1 of each cookie. The cookies are good, but the Chocolate chip was quite under baked where the inside was much more "gooey"--in a raw way, than I would have preferred. Other cookies were also good, but everything just seemed so sweet. While each of the 6 different cookies seemed well made and were fairly good, they all were just a bit overly sweet where you're not getting enough distinction between each of the cookies. read more

If you are a fan of cookies this is the place for you - they have lots of variety of different flavors to try from. This place has a very clean interior and you are able to order cookies from iPad like things and then pick up your order pretty quickly. I had every intention to stop by here yesterday, but I couldn't sleep Wednesday so I decided to work. I logged off shortly around 10:30PM and started work again the next day around 5AM. Because I was exhausted, I decided to order delivery for my team member instead. Who doesn't love cookies?! I ordered through the app and was happy that she got her order w/in minutes of arriving to the office. My team goes into the office 2x a week. I planned a coffee break w/ my team later today for my Milpitas team, Ann Arbor team, and Singapore team. It was a collaborative effort since I did not want to spend so much on shipping that I coordinated pickups from various bakeries to achieve this. All on my own dime since I didn't feel like going through 3-4 layers of approval just to do something nice for the team to show I appreciate them.
