Wow this place is Pastry Heaven! I've been here twice so far in the morning. The chocolate croissant and almond croissant are the two pastries that I've had. Both of them were made fresh and tasted delicious. They are many pastries to choose from so it's difficult to narrow down your choice. The coffee (iced latte) was not the best coffee in the world. I feel as though they don't put as much vanilla or hazelnut syrup within the iced latte as they should. I think its best to get iced coffee from elsewhere. I may give the hot coffee a try in the future. The customer service is top notch! The staff are professional and friendly. You're able to pay via cash or card at the cash register. The space is designed to grab your order and go. I wish there were more seating available to enjoy your coffee and/or pasty indoors. I'll be back here soon and I can't wait. I'm addicted to their Mochi donuts. It's become a problem! Although they are hefty in price, they're always fresh and in a clean case which I can appreciate a lot. Always a line but it moves fairly quickly. The best mochi donuts are the sugar covered plain ones in my opinion but have had the matcha and strawberry glazed ones as well. They don't hit as hard but the plain sugar sells out often! My husbandand I recently "lived" in Paris for 3 glorious weeks, and occasionally we'd buy a baguette from the place around the corner from our apartment, get a hunk of cheese, and with a glass or two of wine we'd have a feast! So we wanted to try to replicate that at home, but where could we get a reasonable facsimile of a French baguette? He suggested Paris Baguette. I was skeptical but figured it was worth a try. And I'm happy to report that he was right! The baguette was very good and we enjoyed it with a chunk of cheese I bought at a supermarket, and of course a little vin. Paris Baguette is one of my favorite chain bakeries for their deliciously not too sweet and fresh cakes. We had an appointment nearby and were hungry for lunch. We have never gone here for food and not for a slice of cake or a beverage. We thought the grilled chicken pesto sandwich was very good. The Frank pastry was also so decadent. A salty hot dog wrapped in a croissant made even better after being warmed up. We were not as big of a fan of the coffee donut. We thought it was a regular donut with a coffee glaze/frosting but the interior was pumped with very sweet coffee cream. Even two people with insane sweet tooth couldn't finish one. read more

Soggy/Toasted Sandwiches? I love Paris Baguette, I really do. I visit often, probably 3x a week for coffee and a Pastry. They are the best! But sandwiches.......... I had a toasted Ham & Cheese that was entirely too hot to handle. It was microwave hot! I had to wait for it to cool off before i could hold it. The ham was wet inside, cheese was indeed melted and the bread was about 10% crisp. The other 90% was hot and soggy like they nuked it. How on earth can a cafe with no queue take over 20 minutes to prepare a coffee to go?

I went to your 52nd and Lexington location and I got threatened by one of your workers where she leaned over the counter and pointed her hand in my face. After she told the manager "to deal" with my me. Then another worker took my phone and wasn't patient with my me when I was trying to get the app to work, she rudely placed my phone on the dirty counter instead of back in my hand. This was uncalled for and the manager did nothing about it. read more

Walking down the street I wanted some coffee, and was attracted by the name. Paris? Why not. Impressed the second I walked in. The selection of pastries was huge. Salads, sandwiches, various coffees, seating inside and out all were impressive. I ordered a cappuccino and a coffee croissant donut. Both were fresh and perfect, for real. I love Paris Baguette! It was my first time visiting this store on the Upper East Side, after being a frequent customer at the stores in Koreatown and the Upper West Side, respectively. I needed a pick me up after a disappointing meal at a new restaurant and when I saw the sign, I ran inside to get me something sweet. The fruit tart never disappoints 10/10. I also got a chocolate croissant 10/10, blueberry lemon sponge cake 9/10, a cappuccino 10/10, caramel macchiato 10/10 and tried their new double chocolate croissant cookie 8.5/10! I liked the croissant cookie very much but I found it to be very sweet but, it could be because I combined too many treats together. Ha! The staff is always friendly and gave me some suggestions on what to pick. The restaurant was quiet with a lot of folks just enjoying a coffee and treat while working on their laptops. Ordered from here today. Service was courteous and welcoming, but my hazelnut iced coffee was pretty weak. I tasted mainly milk and some hint of hazelnut, but not much coffee and I asked for an extra shot to boot. My sister found Paris Baguette and I found it to be a cute little shop serving pretty good fare. It did definitely remind me of shops in Paris and other parts of Europe. What it was missing in true ambiance (no small round tables with cute chairs, etc.) it made up for with food. The pastries were really well made, beautifully displayed, delicious and flaky. I hadn't eaten dinner yet, so I grabbed a pre-made sandwich out of the cooler - it was a croissant with salmon and a sliced avocado. Management really needs to retrain their staff. Went in wanting desserts and got an employee just throwing everything into a small bag. I picked a king donut, fruit tart, 2 different almond crossaints and a cronut like pastry and all this thrown into a small white paper bag right on top of each other. And I was going to get charged for smushed pastries? Not my first time going to a PB and usually with this many pastries, they would have the courtesy to put it in a box flat. But not this location.
