Very clean and amazing service. Came to get a pedicure and was helped by Lien. The massage she provided was so amazing. She actually massaged versus most people seem to just rub the lotion in. The store is super cute and very well decorated. I'm only giving them 3 stars because they did a really good job on my daughters pedicure and manicure. She is only 8 so her nails are pretty small and she got a design on her toenails. I got a pedicure as well and it was good but my acrylic nails are something else. It hasn't been a week yet and they are starting to lift. They didn't cut my cuticles and some of my nails are missing spots where no paint was put on. I wanted to give them a shot because they are new and local but unfortunately for my nails I will have to go somewhere else. read more

Absolutely horrible. I have been to many nail salons in my life, but this is the worst. The lady who was doing my nails kept walking away from me. She kept on getting distracted and walking away from me. When she did work on my nails, she would cut me. 4 out of my 10 toes were bleeding. When I asked to trim the nails a little shorter, she would roll her eyes at me. At one point, I cried in pain since she cut me really bad, and she just walked away from me. I had an appointment for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. Thank God I left before she remembered about doing my eyebrows. I would have walked out of the building with no eyebrows. I'm not one to complain, and I had great service last time at this location, but after this experience, I'm never coming back. I left bleeding and with tears. read more

My mom and I were looking for a place to go together and this place and our nail techs HOLLY and JESSICA were amazing! We called ahead, got an appointment quickly. This was the cleanest nail spa I've been to in a long time! All the tools were from a sealed bag (meaning they were definitely sanitized before use) and the place was spotless. The whole place was brand new, but the chairs were the best, they even had a holder for your legs for when your feet get scrubbed. On top of it all the actual pedicure was AMAZING, I got the #3 Pedicure with callus removal and they got everything off!! My feet have never been softer, make sure to ask for Holly or Jessica, they will treat you wonderfully. Thank you Paris Nails for running an amazing place. Will definitely be coming back!! read more

Made appointment for 3 pedicures, 3 days in advance, came in at our scheduled time & had us sitting there for 45 minutes, no service, we spoke up and said it would still be a little be longer. We walked out. He had the nerve to ask if we wanted to reschedule. read more

I wish I had better things to say about this place. It's clean and they put a lot of effort into it, but they have terrible customer service. Went here multiple times and each time had a bad experience with the nail tech Kelly. She was rude and hurt me and my mom cutting the toe nails so short and when requesting it to be evened out she rolled her eyes at us. Spoke to the manager and she was rude and racist and did not take responsibility. Will not be returning, I suggest you go somewhere else entirely. read more

Beautiful salon. Nice staff. Unfortunately I have to leave one star. I went here twice. The first time I requested a dipped powder manicure. The tech was not able to place black powder on two nails that had the design (holiday themed nails) and instead did gel. For $60 I was not offered any hand and arm massage, no cuticel care, or hand soak. Two weeks went by and it was time to get them redone, I said to myself "what the heck, give them another shot, their local and I should support. This time around I asked what was included for a dipped powder manicure, the lady upfront basically said nothing but the powder. Everything else was an extra charge. I ended up with the sweet elder lady doing my manicure, I showed her the picture of the design I wanted, she said ok. It was all down hill from there, first she placed my hands in a bag of acetone, instead of the cotton/foil that is typically done, when it came time to paint and do the design she was shaking so bad and the lines where all over the place, she kept having to take it off and start over. Well its been two days and 4 of my nails are broken and the powder is chipping everywhere. $ 65 plus a $15 tip down the drain. I will now have to go elsewhere to have it all removed and redone. read more

had to walk out before my appointment even started because the nail tech was trying to use dirty/used tools on me. vibes were terrible right from the beginning, everyone's attitudes were so nasty. right out the gate two ladies were shaming and berating me for wanting short nails. i had to insist literally 5 separate times (not an exaggeration) that i wanted to keep my nails short. they even went as far as comparing me to another customer in the salon who was getting a set of long acrylics. i again insisted i am trying to grow my nails out so i just want a plain gel manicure. she told me that "it won't look good" and "gel doesn't last on short nails" (???? it lasts if you do your job correctly. this isn't my first manicure babe. plus i'm paying you for a service, you don't get to decide what i get. if you don't want to provide what the customer requests, simply get a different job. it's really a shame i didn't stand up for myself and say all of this in the moment). anyway. after the whole nail length ordeal, she got out of her seat and went rummaging behind one of the pedicure spa chairs. she pulled out a crumpled gross target bag and dug thru it for a moment, and pulled out a loose nail file. she came back over to start my manicure, and i called her out for the VISIBLY dirty residue covered trash bag tool she was about to use on me. she was unaware i was watching what she had just been doing. she denied it and insisted it was clean, and after i told her i just saw her dig it out of a dirty trash bag that was stuffed behind the furniture, she rolled her eyes and threw it away and reached into her cart at her station and pulled out a brand new clean file. at this point, another lady came up and YET AGAIN asked me why i want short nails. i got up and i thanked them for their time regardless, almost bursting into tears. and left. i'm not confrontational. im never one to speak up at hair/nail appointments, let alone walk out and leave a bad review. but this was absolutely horrifying. first and only experience at this salon. will never come back. seriously, get your shit together. zero stars if i could. read more

Came here to try it out as I saw the sign on the road. I came in for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. They tried to charge me for a gel removal when I didn't have gel so good thing I looked when getting rung up. As for my dip manicure I showed them the design I wanted and they said they had the flakes to do it and as my nails were getting prepped she let me know they didn't have the stuff for my nails. If I would've know I would've went somewhere else so I had to change my nail color to something else I liked. It has been less than a week and my dip manicure has cracked and lifted on more than 3 nails. It's disappointing when you spend money on nice nails for them to chip and break so quickly. This product just feels cheap. I have gotten dip on a regular basis for the past year now and have not had a problem at my shop I normally go to. I tried to try somewhere new but should definitely just stick to what I know. read more
