Nice workers, I got a manicure and a pedicure. The Pedicure was great everything was good no complaints. but when it got to my acrylic set the gel was not to the bottom of my nail nor did it cover my whole nail to begin with. It looks like i've had the acrylics I just got for a week and need to get them filled when I JUST GOT THEM DONE. The girl who did my nails drilled my nail and even burned my fingertip. My fingernails started hurting under my acrylic and i'm very disappointed in my acrylic set I just got. I wish they would have done better on them. read more

Had a good pedicure but my shellac manicure sucks. Chipped same day, didn't let it cure long enough. I have bubbles in some other nails. The nail beds look like there is dust on them like she didn't wipe them off after filing. If I were closer, and wasn't on a time schedule I would have went back and asked for them to be redone. If I could give no stars or negative stars for this place I would. The experience was less than bad. I was under the pedicure dryer for over 20 minutes and when I got home (after putting socks on), my nails were completely messed up. I called to ask them why they would not have been dry and she proceeded to tell me that I should've sat under the dryer for longer (so over and hour would've been good...). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I had to ask for them to clean the foot tub on chair, they just started filling it and were going to put my feet in. (I'm not really sure anything else they used on me was clean either...files, clippers, etc.). They didn't let them soak. Did the fastest, worst looking pedicure I've ever had, looked like a 5yr old painted my nails. I was not happy at all, so when I paid, I DID NOT tip...only to my surprise, to find on my bank statement that they took the liberty of adding a $5 tip on themselves! I'm new to the Corridor area and decided to try out this mall based nail salon. I was greeted instantly and a husband and wife tag teamed my hands to give me a pink & white fill for my horrible neglected gel nails. They did a great job, listened to what I wanted and I paid $30 bucks for my best fill ever. They became gradually busier as I was there so the husband left to work on another customer's hand. This was my first time getting acrylics by myself o had planned out what I wanted and how long. I wanted them long and the technician told me to go shorter I didn't really want them shorter but let her shorten them anyway. After she put the gel on she said these are long you don't want them shorter so I asked what she thought and was very rude and seemed mad that I asked her opinion so I just gave up when she aksed me if I wanted them shorter and said only a little AND THEN she yelled at me for saying I wanted it shorter. She was not gentle I had irritated skin by my cuticles from the machine. read more

Terrible customer service. I was drying my toenails for at least a half-hour waiting for my friends to get finished. When I got home they were smeared because of my socks. I called back for a refund and was told that they needed to dry for an hour. I was not told this and have had my nails done many times where it only takes about ten minutes to dry. read more

I went with my friend for mani/pedis before vacation, and we had very different experiences. My friend had an older lady do her pedi and it was rough!!! She clipped her skin several times, only gave a brief massage after I said something, and acted like she really didn't want to be there. My friends pedi was done before mine even started. I was lucky enough to have a very pleasant, funny, and talented duo work on my toes, and absolutely thrilled with the results. The same lady who did my friends toes did my mani, and as expected it was terrible. My cuticles are uneven, the paint is terrible, I have painful hangnails, and she was less than gentle. She then hurried over to go start another mani, but yelled across the salon to check how much my friend tipped her... If it wasn't for that one woman I would go back there. read more

I am super disappointed ya'll. I went to paris because i have gone there in the past and the young lady (maybe late 20s) was so nice and she is the only one who could get my nails the way i wanted. I have gone to many different with the same picture and no one could duplicate the picture right. So i thought i'll drive the hour drive to get what i eant before i leave for mexico tomorrow. This time i had an older lady (maybe late 50s) she did my nails while the other lady did my pedi (super uncomfortable) and never have i ever been this disappointed especially when i drove an hour. They are very uneven, some spots thick and others thin on the same nail and not at all the color i wanted. She kept saying "we may not have the exact color your looking for, lets just do this instead." It wouldnt be so bad the shelac looks good from a far, the enoying part is how uneven the acrylic. My shop would have done so much better and closer. read more

I normally get my nails done by another salon, but when one of my nails broke and I was in the Coralville area, I stopped here. The lady who fixed my nail did an amazing job and was very pleasant. Because of this, I asked how much it would be to do my usual, which is acrylic nails with pearl tips. My original salon did this for $25. The lady at Paris Nails checked with the woman in charge and said it would be $25 there also. So I decided to give them a try for my next full set. I went in and specifically requested acrylic nails with pearl tips. The woman in charge was my manicurist this time. She griped a bit about having to remove my old nails, which was somewhat annoying, but I would normally let that slide because it does take time to remove old nails. As she put the new ones on, things were going well and the conversation was pleasant. Towards the end, she got the UV light out and I asked what this was for since I never had to have the UV light when I got acrylic nails with pearl tips before. She said that she did gel nails, which are $40 versus the $25 acrylic set I had requested. I explained to her that I had specifically requested acrylic nails with pearl tips and she argued with me, saying that she can't do pearl tips with acrylic nails. I explained to her that for years at my original salon, I've always gotten acrylic nails with pearl tips and that was what I had requested here and I did NOT want gel nails. As we discussed, she kept getting louder and more vehement as I tried to explain. She then started telling me that I should go back to my old salon if I was happier there. I was not an angry customer or rude to her; I was only trying to explain why I was not satisfied. $40 vs. $25 is a significant difference and the only reason I went to Paris for the service was because they did a great job fixing my nail previously and they had said the same service I'd always gotten would be the same price. So I will not be going back - not only due to the unexpected price and service change, but also because the woman in charge did not handle the situation well at all. My nails do look nice - although no nicer than where I normally go. If they last longer, I'll be a bit happier, but they'll have to last quite a bit longer to make up for the price change. If you go here, be sure to ask what the cost will be up front for what you're getting and be VERY, VERY specific about what you want. Repeat it several times. I told her at least twice to do acrylic and I still ended up with gel without being told that was what I was getting. read more

BEWARE: Dirty equipment and careless work which resulted in drawing blood on two fingers!!! If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, pain-free experience, DO NOT go here. Not once were any if the tools cleaned. Whatever bacteria all of the customers previous to me had, my hand was being exposed to it. The scissors used to cut off the tips were literally dirty. The worst part was when he was using the cuticle removing device and cut through my skin on two fingers. My hands were handled roughly, and at least 25% of the time his eyes were not on them as he worked, but greeting incoming customers. The tips were extremely poorly shaped, basically whatever was there when he cut off the tips (despite the rough and painful scraping the sides of the nails received). Upon leaving the store I stopped and purchased a nail file and polished and finished the job myself. I will never go back there again and will caution anyone I know who gets their nails done NOT to go there! read more

Worst service ever today! They made me and my two young daughters wait over 40 minutes without telling us there was a wait and then i received a half ass pedi with no soap/salt scrub even, and one of my daughters' toe nails still show her old polish around the edges. They still made us pay too after knowing how long they made us wait! Absolutely the worst people and service. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. I got a full set manicure and its a nightmare. She was using a tool and cut open the sides of my fingers. I told the woman twice that it was painful yet she continued being just as forceful. Here I am, 6 hours later using speak to text to talk to people because my fingers ache so bad! NOT worth even the 26dollars that I spent. Also, one woman beside me was getting her nails done and another woman cut open her finger pretty bad, and when she was all finished and had left the employees went straight to gossiping about her. Talk about HORRIBLE service. There's a place on the other side of the mall called Modern Nails, much better, much nicer, and the people are AWESOME! I usually go to full-service salons to get my pedicures, but today I decided to try Paris Nails. What I discovered was a small, no frills, clean shop with friendly staff. I was able to get in right away. After soaking for a bit, my technician got to work right away trimming and filing my nails, buffing my heels, and then applying lotion and polish. She did a great job, and my feet look great! The price was very reasonable for the high quality service I received. I will return. read more

By far the worst nail place ive ever been. My nails were completely smudged around the edges. It took over an hour for them to do a terrible job. I also had to wait longer then some people who walked in after me and got a mani and a pedi. They acted like I wasnt worth there time much. They Also made me late because I was in there for so long just waiting for them to finish as they would go around finishing others that should have been after only due to it simply being my rightful turn. I later went back in there to show them how bad it looked. The supposed manager didn't even look at my nails and said I picked a bad color and it was my fault. I demanded that she redue it which eventually she did only because I was throwing somewhat of a fuss in front of other customers. Then she finally tried to fix her mistake but only by telling me the entire time that she doesnt care for me. The worst customer service ive ever had. Flat out rude. Then, they wouldn't accept a certificate I had gotten at a charity event, the lady said it wasn't theirs even though it had their stamp on it. Worst nail salon Ive been to yet! My friend and I went to Coralridge to get mani/pedis, Paris Nails was the first place we found. We got in right away for pedis, everything was fine, as I looked around the place is FILTHY!! Not only are the stations dirty, the walls are dirty, nail polish splatted EVERYWHERE. While I was getting my mani, the gal pulled too much of my skin on my finger and made me bleed...she blank starred at me when it happend. She never said she was sorry or anything. She asked that I pay before she painted my nails...I didnt give her much of a tip, as I feel she didnt deserve it. Once she saw the tip, she was instatnly mad and proceded to do a HORRIBLE job of painting my nails, she didnt even bother to clean up the polish around my nails. Also, part of the toe foam sperators, touched my toe when the polish was wet, I asked one of the gals to please fix it. She dabbed some polish on and walked away. Again, didnt even clean up the polish on my skin. My friend that was with me tipped her gals really well, after she paid she didnt get her hands massaged or lotion NOTHING. Not one person spoke to us or thanked us. Not only is this place dirty...the customer service is non exsistant. I beleive there are other places at the mall to get mani/pedis. i went here for a quick pedi ( i should of known better they have been in the local news for being busted a few times by health inspectors) but i thought how bad could it be...as the water was filling up in the bowl i glanced down at the water rising and all i could see was hair! yes like long strands of dark hair in the water, GROSS they clearly do not clean these out after each customer. i paid in cash and waited for the person to bring me back my change i would of tipped at least a $1 or $2 bc the lady was nice i was expecting to get back $10 and she never returned with my money i asked another employee and she said she went to lunch ! i didn't have time to wait around so she tipped her self the $10 !
