let me just start by saying i have never left a bad review for any store/restaurant/business IN MY LIFE. terrible customer service and terrible service. they would not let me use my "returning customer" points after asking twice, making dumb excuses like you cant use it for dip removal which is $12. worst manicure i've ever had. the man basically karate chopped my nails while filing. he jerked my wrists in place over and over again very agressively like it was my job to know how to hold my hands in manicure position. he was also very rude, maybe in a bad mood? Either way this man ruined what should be a relaxing experience. i would never recommend this place, and hope I am never prompted to leave another bad review the way i felt with this service. read more

Came in on a Sunday, the place was empty except for one guest and I asked if I could get a combo mani/pedi (walk-in). They said it might be a 10 minute wait. About 20 minutes go by and they put me in a pedicure seat turn the water on leave. Another 30 minutes have gone by now. So I've been here for nearly an hour and am no closer to getting a mani/pedi. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They didn't listen to what I wanted. I specifically said I only had an hour for a classic mani/pedi and that I just wanted the cuticles trimmed and nails painted. The hour is up and no where close to being done even though everyone else was getting serviced by two techs I was only getting serviced by one. Avoid! Girl working the desk was annoyed because her texting was interrupted when I came in. I told her I was on my lunch hour and in a hurry. They didn't have but one customer so I thought "yeah!" Instead of acrylics she suggested shellac and started to work on my cuticles. After 20 minutes and one or two cuts I told her I just wanted to go and she rudely said "you have to pay!" Which I fully intended to do! Then she closed with "Next time know what you want!" I certainly do but it ain't found here! read more

Many positives: a lovely atmosphere, friendly people but they didn't talk too much, great prices and deals for the weekday times, and it's nice to get a free drink. The tech was careful and thorough. Improvements: I asked for a round shape and mentioned it many times but it ended up square-round. It looks nice for that but it's just not what I asked for. Stir the power better to decrease the amount of whitish streaks that are on every nail; it looks kind of tie-dye. Also, they could get more color choices. I got my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure on my most recent trip to Paris Nails. My brows were either burnt or a layer of skin was ripped off. I have had scabs on my eyelids since Saturday morning (it happened Friday afternoon). Additionally, my pedicure person cut the tops of my toes with the file when she was buffing. Joe, the owner of the place is so unprofessional. Previous owner was AMAZING and service was way better! Shellac & dip powder will come off in less than 3 days and there nail technicians seem as if they just graduated! Expensive and the work is horrible!!! Did a full set up dip powder within 2 1/2 days it was chipping and two nails broke. Went back requesting to have them off after 15 min of arguing (ridiculous) they finally agreed and Joe told me to come back whenever for a free set! Called Friday morning 3/15/19 @ 11:30am he answered and was upset since it was his busy day. People are working. He told me if i wanted my nails done I had to go right then. So I did, only to arrive to tell me he was at lunch and I had to wait! Place was empty! Service sucks!!! And he had me go right then and there to be told he was at lunch?! So I left!!! I love this place! I'm a licensed beautician. I can tell you they meet every requirement in regards to sanitation. Noone does shellac like they do. Best quality I've ever seen. The Uv light is timed with a professional OPI dryer. Meaning less time. You can ask for the $5 hand treatment that includes the spf. When you go back to remove the shellac, they don't do your hands in acetone. Instead they individualy wrap your finger to soak and remove the Polish. I had a bad experience before at another nail salon where the shellac only lasted about a week. Then to remove I had to dip my hands for a while and my nails got thin and brittle. I almost didn't give shellac another chance but my nails were in diar need of color. I took my car to get repaired so I sent walking to Paris Salon to kill time. They greeted me. I didn't feel the pressure in getting anything done. Anh explained to me how they do shellac. They won me over!! It's family owned and treat they're customers like they care. Came in today for a mani and pedi. It was nice and quiet today for Memorial Day. I prefer when salons are more quiet so you can actually relax. My nail tech was nice and did a very thorough job. I don't particularly appreciate the attempts to up-sell though, but I guess they're just doing they're job and trying to make a few extra bucks. They give you a punch card here, similar to those boba tea shops- buy 10 get 1 free. Pretty nice perk. I would definitely come back. read more

I been here before to get my underarms waxed and everything been going great. Yesterday was the first time I got anything else done. I got a shellac mani ,regular pedi, upper lip waxed and underarms. I had a horrible experience with my upper lip. She did the first strip then the other side. She told me she had to redo it so she put wax again. It burned a bit and felt really hot! I told her it was hurting she told me to relax but I couldn't stop the pain. After I complained she put Neosporin on top of my lips. She finished my underarms which that part went well. I paid and left. Soon after I got inside my car I looked in the mirror and started crying my face looked horrible my lip was extra red because she got some wax on my lip too. I loved my manicure but the pedi could of gone better. My underarms great as usual but my upper lip ouch it still hurts a lot. The reason I'm so upset is because she clearly knew what happen and decided just to rush so I wouldn't notice. Next time if something feels wrong say something. read more

Terrible customer service for a regular customer. I was a walk-in, was told 10-15 minute wait. Ended up waiting one hour with my feet in the water. Asked if the owner would upgrade me for the inconvenience of the wait and she said no. All I asked was to add the exfoliating scrub to my basic pedicure -- she said it would be an extra $5. My fourth time here today, but after that kind of treatment I won't be back. There are so many other nail salons in the area. All they had to do to keep me as a customer was offer that scrub to me. I have frequented this salon before and have been pretty happy. But after this weekend I will not go back. They said they only had one lady who could do my nails, because of what I wanted, and she was on vacation. (You are a nail salon, right?) I've been going to Paris's Nail & Spa for almost a year now. There are many salons to choose from in my neighborhood but this one is the best. The nail techs are so friendly and nice. You are always greeted with a smile at the door as well as an offer for a drink. They had a customer appreciation card system so that every so often you get a free manicure. The quality of the service is great, I generally just stick to pedicures, eyebrow wax, and facials. All have been above average. I know there is a lot of housing complexes in development for the area that they are in. My suggestion would be to try them before this best kept secret is out! read more

I really want to give them 5 stars bc my nails look amazing (now) and the young woman who did them was fast, sweet, and did EXACTLY what I asked for, however she just did the refill and shape. The price was extremely reasonable, some of the best in the area. The reason for the 1 star is bc some old dude put the shellac on my nails and while at first he was friendly enough, he did a sloppy job and didn't want to use any tools to clean it up because it was the end of the day. There was shellac on almost all my cuticles and when I asked if he could clean them up he told me I shouldn't have moved so much while he was doing them, dug his nail into my cuticles trying to scrape off the excess, and then used a cuticle trimmer and took my painted skin off, to the point that it really hurt and I snatched my hands from him and tried to leave. He then poured cuticle oil all over my finger tips while I stood there trying to leave. I was so upset after I left that I cried and my cuticles were sore for three days. They should get rid of that guy, he's bad for business read more
