Stopped in for a quick drink at the bar with a fantastic, friendly bartender, and after seeing some of the food from other patrons, was convinced to try their fries. When we couldn't decide which type of fries to get, our bartender offered to buy us a cup of her favorite (The Cajun), and we got a cup of the Truffle Parm. It was a toss-up between the two. I actually think they might have a winning combo with Cajun Truffle Parm! [[HIGHLIGHT]]A chill place on busy 17th Avenue to hang out with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a nice local spot for happy hour, a bite, a drink.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]While I do wish they'd pull that plastic off on nice days, that would add even more appeal -- but I'm sure that's not easy to do when choosing the put that plastic house on the patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is your standard stuff for the most part, bar-ish along with some non-bar stuff like salads, but what's awesome about Park & Co is that they don't price gouge as much as some of the other places in Denver (often for mediocre food)! Their prices are some of the best around, to be honest. And happy hour makes it even that much more affordable.

Excellent happy hour spot! Great location in uptown for a casual bar and grill spot! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Interior is bar centric with several TVs but there is also a covered patio area with dining space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Prompt and friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean and inviting space to grab a drink or bite underscored by the great south facing windows looking on to 17th![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Solid happy hour menu for discounted drinks and bites! Very happy with the HH pretzel ($5.50) - large pretzel served fresh and hot with dipping cheese and honey mustard, as well as the HH uptown nachos ($8) which were super loaded up with topping including chicken. My only note was the nacho cheese could be a little stronger or have more of a spice kick. Burgers also appeared to be a solid option here!

Placed a to go order and arrived about 15 minutes later, but still waited another 30 minutes on a Thursday. I checked in with the hostess twice and did not get much of an update either time. The French dip was just okay and had very large, unevenly cooked onion pieces throughout. The French dip and parmesan garlic truffle fries were soggy even though they were eaten within ten minutes of pickup. The pretzel with cheese ended up being the best part of the order.

This is a phenomenal place for happy hour. My son and I went yesterday around 3 o'clock. We got great seats and great service from Richie. We had two beverages and we shared two dishes from the happy hour menu. Our bill was under 40 bucks total. So the value is definitely there! The wings were cooked perfectly. They were nice and juicy and tender. Also felt like there were plenty of wings on the plate. The same with the Parmesan truffle fries. The serving was ample. I really didn't need any dinner after sharing two happy hour appetizers. I was full for the rest of the night. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, the atmosphere is nice. The lighting is warm and it's just a really comfortable place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely be going back. Bring your friends.

Enjoyed sitting at the patio with my friends. They were able to seat us as a table of 9 without a reservation on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend the Prickly pear elderflower margarita and honey sriracha tenders.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Really cute spot, good drinks![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Uptown nachos were so so good :) our waitress was also very nice.

Happy hour boot, and the Soft Pretzel

Great service staff. .[[HIGHLIGHT]]this place is always a solid choice for watching games, good food, and always a decent tap list.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have a great service staff. Get Das BOOT!!

This place was recommended to us by a local. The burgers where good but nothing I was blew away by. I did like the pairing of chicken and guacamole, I think I was very light for a burger which I liked. I like the parmesan truffle fries but I think Elways steak house has the best truffle fries thus far.

One of the best happy hours I've been too. Prices, portions and quality of food is a plus. I enjoyed my meal but the house wine was bitter.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

Great cocktail bar with a few unique menu items…read more Came in on a trivia night and staff was nice albeit a bit slow. My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

Best find of the year and definitely one of my favorite bars ever going forward. It's in a…read morebasement. Decor is simple yet welcoming and tasteful. The perfect escape from summer heat. Cash only. $5 for all drinks. Don't expect any fancy cocktails. They can still make a juice, soda, liquor concoction with a lime, and voila! You have a cocktail. The crowds are super diverse in age and ethnicity, a rarity I desperately often miss in CO. The music is awesome.. 90's grunge, rnb, hiphop. We bought a stack of playing cards. Also $5 and entertained ourselves for hours. I visited other bars afterwards and had to come back to old faithful for our nightcap. If you're looking for a casual and fun place to hang without breaking the bank, this speakeasy is it!

-All drinks $5 - Cash Only-…read more Fun speakeasy near Union Station. Lincolns absolutely delivers on the speakeasy vibe - from trying to find the door, to figuring out how to actually get inside (LOL), to settling in with drinks once you're finally through. It makes the whole experience feel interactive and memorable. **Tip: it actually isn't too hard to find. I won't completely spoil it for people who want the fun of the hunt, but I'll leave a few hints at the bottom. The drink special that night - their version of an Old Fashioned - was excellent and absolutely worth ordering. The other cocktails are liquor + mixer with the soda or bar gun. We tried a local gin (can't remember the name) & soda and a Four Roses Bourbon & Pepsi. There was a odd flavor that came with that round and tasted watered down. Stick with the special. So good! I'd go back all day for the special alone. The staff was a little bit of an outlier compared to the rest of the experience. Everyone was nice, but they didn't seem especially engaged, and the attire didn't really match the speakeasy atmosphere. That said, the space itself is large and immersive enough that once we had our drinks, we just leaned into the whole experience and had a great time. HINTS: 1. Go to the address listed... duh. 2. Something is COOKING through the glass. 3. Find the stairs down. 4. If you hear music and see some impressive doors, figure out how to LIFT the handle to get inside.
