We have been coming here for years almost every weekend during the summer. Every time we go, lunch is around $80/$90 and we are always generous with tipping. This past weekend, we ordered Caesar salads with blackened shrimp (which they upcharged $1.50 per salad for blackening seasoning), chicken nuggets for the kids and fresh lemonade. My six year old son spilled most of his lemonade and I asked they refill it as a courtesy (it's $6.75), and the man behind the register said he couldn't refill it. It's really unfortunate after all the money we have spent here over the years that they couldn't refill lemonade for a six year old child. On top of it, the expensive Caesar salads were wet, as if they never dried the lettuce. We won't be returning this summer. read more

Please note some of the reviews here are old and not from the current location/staff/menu. While they just opened about a month ago, the food is amazing!! Last visit we had the "seafood tower" which isn't listed or presented that way but who cares because it's so good! Oysters, crab, lobster, shrimp and more. It was so fresh and prepared to perfection. This summer was my first time exploring the menu at Park Seafood and trying some other dishes (aside from the New England Clam Chowder) and saying I was pleasantly surprised would be such an understatement. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE PLACE! The Lobster Roll was absolutely delicious according to my boyfriend and he said that the bun was toasted perfectly and the filling was just so flavorful. It is definitely hit especially during the summer time! The Lobster Nachos were a new try for myself and my boyfriends family and we proceeded to order them two more times after this picture was taken, so obviously they were so delicious! Everyone wasn't sure about them, but they were absolutely amazing and flavorful. The toppings all mix together perfectly and wonton-like crisps that they have are way better that tortilla chips. Finally, my favorite, the stuffed clams! They are labeled as an appetizer, but I get them as a meal because they are huge and super filling! They are super creamy and delicious on the inside, so much that I literally cleaned out the shells haha! I love the stuffed clams here and I just cannot wait until I can order them again! read more

Location is great, extremely busy restaurant. My second time here, service is attentive and prompt. Busy times food takes longer to be served. New England clam chowder soup was delicious, great flavor. Potato chunks were bigger than how it's suppose to be. Lobster nachos was a disaster!!! Chips were overcooked!! I don't know how many seasons they have been on the boards, but the shrimp coated with their hot sauce, was paltry. The PC blue cheese on the side tasted better. Oh, the seafood history is very tangible here and park seafood on the boardwalk in Seaside Park Nicholas, the son of Bobby and the grandson of Nick clam House, has boardwalk history in his back pocket. Not even that big a fan of Seafood but this place is so good, it changed my perspective. Every time I'm down at SSP for the holiday weekends, I live on this stuff. Food is ALWAYS fresh and doesn't take that long to prepare as the team here is always hustling! The Buffalo Shrimp Wrap and the Coconut Shrimp are the go-to's for me. Bad service, terrible food and noisy! Waitress didn't know about the food. Lobster tasted fishy. Mussels were tasteless and gritty. Music from the bar area was decent but they also had other music playing at the same time. Kitchen was dropping and clashing pots and pans. A sanitation NIGHTMARE. Exposed equipment, hand washing sink doubles as a prep station with a fryer basket hanging off of it over a garbage can. Fire hazard with cardboard boxes and paper bags leaning up against the deep fryers. Cooks taking off their apron, leaving it on the prep station against the romaine and cutting boards only to return from the restroom wipping his hands against his tshirt. Cooks coughing over the fry station and sneezing. Absolutely a nighmare. It's just filthy dirty. This place needs to be shut down and the entire staff retrained in the basics. read more

Place is ok considering I was eating on the boardwalk. Our server was very friendly attentive and nice to talk to. We started with lobster nachos. While very yummy could have used a bit more lobster and not chopped so fine. I had the blackened tuna sandwich. I asked for rare but got well done. Seasoning on it however was nice. I bought one lb snow crab legs the first set of crab legs was fine,the second set was small missing a leg and didn't taste fresh.I also bought a crab cake and when I got to the middle it was cold.I brought it back to ask if they could warm it up,they said they couldn't and gave me a new one.That one was cold in the middle too.I asked for a refund and the manager cursed at me and to me to get the f*ck out of here.Then the manager wanted to fight my friend.They didn't refund my money and threw away the crab cake.The manager also tasted the crab cake after I had eaten part of it and then threw away my crab cake instead of returning it to me. read more

For some reason it's really hard to find a good seafood restaurant in this area, so we were thrilled to stumble across this one! The service was fantastic and the ambiance was definitely not what you'd expect for a restaurant in a busy boardwalk location. It was quiet with super cute decor and a fun view of the Ferris wheel. We started with spiked lemonades, which were fairly priced and did not disappoint! I can't wait to go back and try other flavors. And the broiled seafood was fantastic! Arrived between 1-2 and aside from my party there was only one other party of 3 in the establishment. Took awhile for the Server/Host to acknowledge us, and his service or lack there of followed suit. Ordered the following: Mozzarella sticks-3 star, Marinara was bland. Firecracker Shrimp-4 star, very flavorful but short on Shrimp (6). Blackened Tuna Sandwich-4 star, Tasty, especially liked Chipotle mayo combined with the Blackened preparation. Aside from the disappointing appetizer (Mozz sticks), the food was excellent. Also, the view is top notch. Unfortunately, the total experience was negatively impacted by poor service. read more

I was very hungry and in the mood for fish in chips so I decided I would try park sea food and let me tell you these might have been the worst things I have ever ate. Not only were they 20 dollars but they gave me 2 tiny mozzarella sticks sized pieces with a pile of mediocre soggy board walk fries. I was better for taking my money and lighting it on fire because that is practically what I did when buying food from here. The place is specifically seafood and yet somehow manages to give me the worst fish and chips I have ever had I bit into them to find a tasteless wet piece of fish and instantly my hunger was reduced and was no longer appetized to eat anymore. I can't believe this place is still even in business as I mean this was just horrible at least give me a good portion size but no that was to hard. There food is incredible! They only have a take out counter with picnic benches, but the food was truly the best we had on the island. Came here on the weekend of 4th of July. Service was fine. Until I received my food. There was a hair in my plate! After letting my server know she only offered to have them make another plate for me in "6 mins". I agreed to the second plate. After waiting 20 min for my second plate it finally arrived and bland as ever. No seasoning at all. I asked to speak to a manager to get at least a discount on my meal after waiting a total of an hr to just eat. He argued with me claiming it only took 6 mins to make my second plate. Everyone at the table I was sitting at also agreeing with me that it was about 20 mins. He still did not at least offer a minor discount just implied that he was bald and it was not his hair. Needless to say I will not be returning. If you don't like your food with a side of hair I don't suggest for you not to come here. Waste of time and money! read more

Came here the day before Father's Day for a birthday lunch for my dad. The decor was a little outdated, but I loved the big windows. I wish the windows had more of a direct view of the water rather than the rides and things but it's on a boardwalk so you know what you're getting going in. Our server was very nice. My siblings and I got the spiked lemonade. I got the plain one and my brother got the blueberry one which was actually a lot better! They had a good amount of alcohol in it which was nice. We got clams and mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The clams were great and so were the sticks! My three star rating comes because of the portion size/ entrees themselves. We all got our food and each of our plates were WAY too big. We all ended up bringing leftovers home (and we can eat!) I feel like this restaurant could essentially charge the same they do now and just cut those portions in half (I know I sound ridiculous saying this) but I'd rather have a nice tasty meal that fills me and doesn't make me uncomfortable than a big huge one I can't finish. read more

This review is for the clan bar portion of park seafood but I will say park seafood restaurant has always been my favorite kid friendly restaurant down here. The clam bar may have the single best lobster roll at the jersey shore and it's also the cheapest around. The other offerings are really good too (burger, shrimp, porkroll, calamari, are all really good) but the lobster roll keeps me coming back 2-3x a week. Definitely worth a try. read more

Great place on the Boardwalk Seaside Park for fresh seafood. We came for dinner and ordered the Shrimp Cocktail, Fried Calamari, Clams on the 1/2 shell, crab cakes, lobster roll, and Garlic Shrimp. All the food was fresh, made to order just right, and reasonably priced The service was very friendly. You can sit at a counter or one of the tables next to the kiosk. I highly recommend this Restaurant and looking forward to going back, after labor Day they are only open on weekends. read more
