When I returned to pick it up, I was informed that the alignment could not be properly completed unless I purchased and installed an additional part costing approximately $600. Despite paying for the alignment service, my vehicle's alignment remained incorrect, with the steering pulling noticeably to the right. The shop maintained that the additional part was necessary to correct the issue. Unsatisfied with the result, I sought a second opinion from another independent repair shop. The technician there was able to properly correct the alignment in approximately 20 minutes without installing any additional parts. According to the technician, the issue appeared to be that Triton Auto Care either misdiagnosed the problem or was unable to properly perform the alignment. After having the alignment corrected elsewhere, I contacted Triton Auto Care to request a refund for the alignment service, as the work I paid for had not been completed satisfactorily and I was forced to pay another shop to fix the issue. Triton Auto Care stated that they would need to inspect my vehicle to verify my claim before considering a refund. I returned to their shop with both my vehicle and documentation from the second repair facility. However, after inspecting the vehicle, Triton Auto Care still refused to issue any refund. As a result, I paid for an alignment service that was not properly performed and incurred additional expense to have the problem corrected elsewhere. I am filing this complaint because I believe I was charged for a service that was either performed improperly or not completed as represented, and the business refused to provide reimbursement even after the issue was independently corrected and documented by another repair facility.

Oh my here we go! And on top of it, your stuck at work and awaiting a tow truck . What happened? For whatever reason it needs to be towed? It's panic mode . Let's not freak that makes it worse! The phone is great and assuming based on my area of my city this tow truck company came up. After all the calls were made the instructions were it's going to be 45 minutes to get to my location with the truck . We always have to keep faith alive. It was less than the quoted time. Pit bull Towing you saved my Friday! Thank you. Then we could not get the car to behave the driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept everything calm and had lots of patience . The driver dropped the vehicle at the dealership and followed all the instructions given to him. When making a credit card payment you have to call the office and give it to them over the phone, so easy ! Whew, all is well and the next day with this company's business plan and everything running smoothly the car was ready the next morning. Would highly recommended this company anytime. He did the same thing, although this time, the car was parked in head/nose first, so he had to reposition his big tow truck and use the 30 ft. jumper cables. Whomever invented those things is a friggin genius, cuz within 5 minutes, the other car was started too. The only cost: AAA membership, one of my five free roadside assistance visits deducted, my signature, and my time. THANK YOU! True lifesaver. I thought that I was gonna be waiting for hours before the person got here. Very reliable, unparalleled customer service, courteous/polite, and overall a great value.
