    Absolutely not made me wait 2 hours to try and charge me $1800 took it to another place where they hooked up my car to a machine nothing was wrong with my car just a sensor was off! Tried telling me someone put the wrong coolant in my car and needed to be flushed absolutely lied!

    This is what I uncovered, just be honest !! Why wouldn't they even offer to fix it!!!

    While doing an oil change the Service Accidentally broke something but didn't inform me, I found that disappointing he could have offered to repair it and coincidentally made some money. But that didn't happen he gave me the car as if nothing ever happened. Meanwhile the owner called me several times asking about my experience (he was there) I didn't pay much attention to that it was a simple oil change, so one day I was cleaning the leaves out from under the hood and I opened up the hood only to find the damage!!! So needless to say I personally do not recommend this business

    Man I've been waiting to post this review for about two weeks now! So I bought another F150 and it was used so I knew it needed some work, but I was fine with that cause it's my favorite style of F150. Got this joint in October 2023 and I've been hearing a noise I couldn't much figure out till it was too late. Let just say I drove with a bad wheel hub for 8 months and I had it towed here cause I called and they gave me a price straight off the back, we set a date, they had it for one day and I was back rolling! Not only did they fix my problem, but gave me a report of what I need to start fixing on the truck plus they gave her an oil change. Truck is feeling normal, but it will definitely be back do the rest of the work it needs. I'm too lazy to do things myself now and they take really good care of my vehicle, didn't go through stuff like others and steal stuff, nor leave your windows open all of which has happened at the dealerships in Vegas. Sun Auto sucks cause I let them do things to my other truck and they destroyed my cooling system and I rebuilt myself. Didn't have to do nothing here, just pay and leave! Real nice people and I love the fact that they are chill people and real mechanics! None of that weird commercial crap.

    Solid service and great owner. Nice space to sit at the lounge however no wifi. Would be nice and convenient if that was included.

    NEVER GO TO VALVOLINE!!!…read more I go in for an oil change and any other maintenance that I may need before a road trip and the technicians seemed to have no clue what they were doing. One technician tells me that my air filter is at the end of its life and should be replaced if they had it in stock and then another technician tells me it's fine until it's next service. During the whole time of my AC service they had me sitting in my car in the hot sun while the technicians are going back and forth and looking of their phones as if they don't know how to use their own equipment. After I paid over $300 for everything and I'm heading home barely even 2 hours later my check engine light comes on which triggers another light to come on in the car. I go back to the location to get it checked and the technicians said that the light has to be manually reset and tried to reset it as if the maintenance light came on. During this 2nd visit, no one bothered to open the hood of the car to check on their work to see if there was an issue. Per the customer service rep, these technicians are only aware of how to do fluid services and don't know how to do anything mechanical to the car. WHY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING ON CARS IF THEY ONLY KNOW A FRACTION OF HOW TO WORK ON A CAR?!?! I had to drive to multiple locations to try to get this issue fixed since Valvoline could not do it. $240 and hours waiting for a diagnostic/repair only for the auto shop to discover that the breather tube was not installed back in after it was taken out for the air filter inspection/replacement. The mechanic said that if the issue was left as is, my car would have been seriously damaged. I was told I would be compensated for this issue by a Valvoline customer service rep only to be told later that they wouldn't refund me because they don't touch that part of the car even though there is documentation that Valvoline was negligent. Then they tried to turn it around as if the light was already on when I came to the shop when it was not during my first visit and no where in the comments of my first visit is it noted that there were any preexisting issues with my car. All I was offered was a refund on the oil change and no other service and a coupon for a free oil change which I decline because I will never be going back to any Valvoline location even if I was desperate. Horrible customer service and business where their technicians don't properly do their job that we pay them to do and then corporate won't even take accountability for it. I would give negative stars if it was possible.

    I came into USA Auto Service for a squealing noise that only happens when my AC is running in hot…read moreweather. To be fair, they did attempt to replicate the conditions, and I chose not to proceed with a full diagnostic at that time because I initially wanted a visual inspection first. After that inspection, I was quoted $1,800 for a compressor replacement by a technician named Gary. What concerned me was the level of confidence in diagnosing the compressor as the issue without a full diagnostic. From what I understand, and based on further research, it's very difficult to definitively determine that a compressor is the cause of a squealing noise without running proper tests under load and evaluating related components like the belt and tensioner. To be clear, I did decline diagnostics initially, but I was still reassured that the compressor was the issue, which didn't feel like a fully supported conclusion. I also looked into pricing, and while compressor replacements can be expensive, most estimates I found for Las Vegas are generally in the $700-$1,200 range (with some variation depending on the vehicle). That makes the $1,800 quote seem on the higher end, especially without a confirmed diagnosis. Part of me speculates if the high quote may partially due to me being a woman, however, I can't confirm this suspicion to be true. I did not move forward with the repair and will be getting a second opinion. I would recommend others ask for a full diagnostic and possibly a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs. After more research I'll be trying Busy Boots for the second opinion, as they have higher yelp ratings.

I scheduled this during the week since this is now my older son's car and he works as well. Originally, I had an 8:30am appointment that I knew wouldn't work, so I tried a completely different shop. I went in early, explained what I needed, and instead of helping, they started questioning me, making me regret my life choices lol, and told me they'd have to keep my car ALL DAY. That didn't sit right with me. So I decided to come back to this location, and I'm so glad I did. I explained the exact same thing, and the front desk immediately said, "We'll take care of that and even add a tire rotation for free." Yes... FREE. They handled everything quickly, diagnosed the car, and had me back on the road in no time. The whole experience was smooth, respectful, and efficient. I'll definitely be coming back here. I felt heard and that makes all the difference.

The technician started looking for the tire lock going through my whole car front seat, back seat then my trunk that is when I asked what they were doing? The service guy said looking for the tire lock I said all they have to do was ask me instead of going through my whole car. That was invasion of privacy and it took more time than needed. I just needed a tire fix. Granted he didn't charge me for the visit. But communication would be good as I would have never gone there if I knew they would be doing a full inspection when I only asked for a tire fix. I would have planned differently but honestly I would have never gone there.

Told him I needed rear brakes and rotors as told by my last 2 visits to dealer and possible front brakes and rotors as well. Didn't do them at dealer as was quoted couple $thousand and told me drive it until the brake light comes on. Well today it came, the "check brake pad" warning and so here I was. Also the Service A light is on. Gave me an estimate of approx $350 for rear brake and rotors and $85-100 for the Service A. Both beyond reasonable. So I asked the obvious questions... no they're not exact OEM from manufacturer parts but identical quality just not branded. Told me easily get 40-60k with them and also have the 12 month guarantee he gives. Made an appointment right there on the spot for 8am next day... which is today. Dropped it off at 8am, was done by noon. Did not get ONE phone call during entire time, you know the usual "called to tell you we did inspection and found.... You need this.... You need that. Nope. None of that. In fact didn't say...or rather could have said hey yeah you need front brakes too... So I go to pick it up, asked and told that my fronts I'm plenty good on, 60% left... The honesty, integrity, care and knowledge of Gray and his guy is amazing! Hence why all the great reviews and accolades. GO SEE HIM for all your needs. For just over $430 I was out the door! I use Amsoil because I do drive so many miles and when I picked up my oil at the distribution hub not too far away these guys came up as one of the closest shops that handled Amsoil. They seemed happy to use the oil and filters I bought and damn if they weren't done exactly to the minute off when they said they'd be, which was very important as I had a deadline I was trying to meet with an auction house pickup. Great service at a great price, done on time, zero issues or complaints, makes this shop an easy recommendation.

    I honestly didn't expect to give this place 5 stars but Phil truly earned it. Here's why…read more I initially came in to figure out why my engine light was on. Phil quickly recommended a diagnostic test, which revealed a radiator failure causing a leak. He reassured me they could handle the repair without any issues. On the day of the repair, things didn't go as smoothly as planned. There was a delay that took longer than expected, which understandably left me frustrated. However, when I shared my concerns with Phil especially about needing better updates so I could plan around not having my car, he completely turned the situation around. Phil took ownership of the issue, communicated clearly, and set realistic expectations. He genuinely made an effort to make things right and followed through by getting my 2013 Cadillac ATS fixed properly. While I wasn't thrilled about the $1,400 cost, he did everything he could to help, including explaining financing options that ended up being a huge relief. In the end, I'm very happy with the results and the overall experience. I'll definitely be returning. Also, shoutout to Mario and the mechanics for being incredibly patient throughout the process. It wasn't a typical Radiator replacement. Thank you, Phil, for turning what could have been a negative experience into a great one! Phil is the Manager and the person to see for your Car needs!

Bad alignment and unable to diagnose a simple and common control arm issue…read more In July 2025 I got routine maintenance on my car and they said I'd need to keep an eye on my front lower control arms. In 12/30/25 I brought my car in for creaking sounds in the front end. They changed my front struts and rear shocks for $2500. I left and immediately heard the noises again and brought back the next day or so and I take the front desk guy on a test drive because he said he couldn't hear the sound- we went on the drive and he heard it and told me that he had no idea what the sound was (it was only when the front end was going over a bump or curb) and that I would have to take it to a specialist to have them but mics on the bottom of the car to diagnose the problem. He said to keep an eye on it but it was not a safety concern. He NEVER mentioned the control arm. About 3 weeks later I had to bring my car back because it wasn't aligned properly - my steering wheel was visibly crooked. It was fixed and I was condescendingly told it was only off a little bit, as in it wasn't a big deal. It's an alignment- it's either aligned or it's not. Today I take my car to another location and they diagnose and fix my car WITHOUT needing specialized diagnostics. My control arm needed replacing- a very common issue. I went back to this location and spoke to the manager Nick who never apologized but defended everything the shop said and when I asked "is it normal to have to have a specialist diagnose a control arm" and he said "yes". He said "I don't want to have you fix something that we aren't sure it was the problem ". LIES. They "repaired" my shocks and they weren't causing the problem that I brought it in for so he contradicted himself right there. He said it's totally normal to require a specialist to diagnose creaking sounds from the front suspension. That's WILD. I asked if it was normal to have to have alignments redone and he just stared at me. This place is either incredibly lazy and has zero integrity or they aren't knowledgeable enough to diagnose common issues. Either way- I'll never be back.
