I brought my vehicle to Triton Auto Care for an alignment and other repairs totaling approximately $1,600. The shop kept my vehicle longer than originally anticipated. When I returned to pick it up, I was informed that the alignment could not be properly completed unless I purchased and installed an additional part costing approximately $600. Despite paying for the alignment service, my vehicle's alignment remained incorrect, with the steering pulling noticeably to the right. The shop maintained that the additional part was necessary to correct the issue. Unsatisfied with the result, I sought a second opinion from another independent repair shop. The technician there was able to properly correct the alignment in approximately 20 minutes without installing any additional parts. According to the technician, the issue appeared to be that Triton Auto Care either misdiagnosed the problem or was unable to properly perform the alignment. After having the alignment corrected elsewhere, I contacted Triton Auto Care to request a refund for the alignment service, as the work I paid for had not been completed satisfactorily and I was forced to pay another shop to fix the issue. Triton Auto Care stated that they would need to inspect my vehicle to verify my claim before considering a refund. I returned to their shop with both my vehicle and documentation from the second repair facility. However, after inspecting the vehicle, Triton Auto Care still refused to issue any refund. As a result, I paid for an alignment service that was not properly performed and incurred additional expense to have the problem corrected elsewhere. I am filing this complaint because I believe I was charged for a service that was either performed improperly or not completed as represented, and the business refused to provide reimbursement even after the issue was independently corrected and documented by another repair facility. read more

As a single woman, I've always felt intimidated going into auto shops due to past experiences. But this place was completely different. I came in for an oil change and met with the owner who was kind and no pressure at all. The service was about 45 min but they had a comfortable waiting area and time flies when you hv your phone. When done, the service tech Andy explained what was done and maintenance services that nd to be done. Very professional, and I left feeling taken care of instead of taken advantage of or overwhelmed. While doing an oil change the Service Accidentally broke something but didn't inform me, I found that disappointing he could have offered to repair it and coincidentally made some money. But that didn't happen he gave me the car as if nothing ever happened. Meanwhile the owner called me several times asking about my experience (he was there) I didn't pay much attention to that it was a simple oil change, so one day I was cleaning the leaves out from under the hood and I opened up the hood only to find the damage!!! I declined most of the repairs then went somewhere else to check the AC and was in and out within in hour and they charged me $150.00. The AC is working great now. The mistake cost me a thousand! I had my car repaired here a few years ago, they typed in 5000 more miles on the odometer. The second time I came to Triton, they realized the previous mistake but THEY DIDN'T INFORM ME! They just conveniently added 1 mile from the previous wrong input. The third time I repaired at another shop, they put in the correct odometer, then there's a POTENTIAL ODOMETER ROLLBACK record on my carfax. I recently found out the mistake when I was trying to sell my car and got a carfax report. I called Triton several times and they're unable to correct the mistake with carfax. I had to sell my car $1000 less than the market price because no buyer would take the car with a POTENTIAL ODOMETER ROLLBACK record on the carfax report. read more

Man I've been waiting to post this review for about two weeks now! So I bought another F150 and it was used so I knew it needed some work, but I was fine with that cause it's my favorite style of F150. Got this joint in October 2023 and I've been hearing a noise I couldn't much figure out till it was too late. Let just say I drove with a bad wheel hub for 8 months and I had it towed here cause I called and they gave me a price straight off the back, we set a date, they had it for one day and I was back rolling! Not only did they fix my problem, but gave me a report of what I need to start fixing on the truck plus they gave her an oil change. Truck is feeling normal, but it will definitely be back do the rest of the work it needs. I'm too lazy to do things myself now and they take really good care of my vehicle, didn't go through stuff like others and steal stuff, nor leave your windows open all of which has happened at the dealerships in Vegas. Sun Auto sucks cause I let them do things to my other truck and they destroyed my cooling system and I rebuilt myself. Didn't have to do nothing here, just pay and leave! I've taken my cara here a 2013 Nissan quest and a 2011 dodge challenger. my first two visits they did an amazing job I got walk in and they had both my cars in 1 hour at much. My last visit is the problem, they made me do an appointment as they told me no more walk ins are going to be accepted. I brought my Honda CRV to Triton on a Saturday morning with excessive noise coming from the front left tire. Unfortunately my vehicle went in for the an air check and an oil change and came back with an oil leak only to find out (it wasn't leaking before) it was the rear main seal so I agree to have that done and while it's there they found another leak so we agree to fix that and then excited to get it back only to have a check engine light on (no check engine light before) and more problems and now have to have it fixed elsewhere!! I spoke with the main man, "Bill" and he told me to go ahead and leave the truck parked right out front and he will take a look at it in the morning. Right from the very beginning, I felt comfortable leaving my truck in the hands of Bill and his crew. Cesar, the receptionist has great communication when it came to updating me about parts, progress of my truck, and even insurance questions (ALL STATE WAS BEING UNPROFESSIONAL). My truck was fixed in good time, would have been sooner if my insurance company were being top tier from the beginning. .My experience here was absolutely terrible from the moment I arrived to picking up my car. I dropped my car in on Friday afternoon for 150K service. The guys here don't seem to have an amicable work relationship, very snappy and barking orders at each other and rolling their eyes in front of me. Very unprofessional for a bunch of guys who appear to be in their 50s. After speaking with Bill on the phone he assured me my car would be ready by Saturday afternoon and even gave me an estimate. When I came in Mark helped me and gave me a much different estimate and said it'll be what Bill told me, so they are obviously not communicating. I assumed my car being ready meant before 5PM which is when they close. I called Saturday at 345PM because I had not heard back yet and it's getting close to closing time. I was told my car would be ready in about an hour and would get a call when it was ready. I decided to show up right around 445 just to make it easy and I have things to do on the weekend. Nobody updates me on anything until around 630PM. Everyone else has left with their vehicles, even this couple who dropped their vehicle off today that were from out of town. I guess taking vehicles in order is not a thing, since I only saw one mechanic working it seems they were more important to get done first and have me waiting since they had their kids with them. Maybe I'll bring my daughter with me next time. I would have been much better with them telling me sorry It won't be done until Monday and I could have made plans for transportation, rather than have me waiting until 730PM because I am still here writing this, waiting for my car. Nothing but an absolute lack of respect for peoples time. Customer service is non existent and I really hope the vehicle service is not reflective of their work environment. I will not recommend this place or come back here again. Despite the reviews, this place just isn't it for me, the disrespect of my time and lack of communication is not good enough. read more
