This was just insulting. It's my health, and it's my money, and I have the right to opt out. The icing on the cake was not being given (or emailed) my new prescription at the end of the visit. Dr. Polsinelli was so thorough and has the nicest personality! Turns out he's married to his partner optometrist, Dr. Miyamoto, who graduated from the same high school I did! Such a small world. His exam and explanations were beyond my expectations. I mean I've been told for years that I had dry eyes, but no one ever said how to treat it other than buy eye drops. Dr. Polsinelli actually gave me a lesson on home remedies and what causes the dry eyes. After talking about my life changes, he also told me he offers free pediatric eye exams to children 6-12 months old. Wow! I just can't say enough about his practice and I look forward to meeting his wife one day!
