Was recommended by one of my husbands clients. Had a turkey salami sandwich on Dutch crunch roll with everything on it. Let me tell you, they do not skimp on meat. Very good quality too. Wow is all I can say. Really good deli in a hidden corner of a strip mall. I ordered a pastrami sandwich with Swiss and all the fixings. Since it came with Cole slaw I probably should have skipped the lettuce. Sandwiches are very large much bigger than domenico's or morucci's. Quality of the meats are amazing. If you are really hungry you cannot go wrong here. I will still go to morucci's for the 9 3/4's and domenico's for a well composed special of the day with a unique mayo that will make you drool, but you cannot go wrong with an amazing sandwich from this outstanding deli if you are in the neighborhood. I truly enjoyed my sandwich yesterday! I got the combo - honey ham and peppered turkey on a wheat roll. It was delicious! I also picked up sandwiches for a couple of co-workers. I couldn't resist the Italian chicken, which was made with beer and soy sauce. We were so into the chicken that one of us left our wallet at the deli. Luckily we realized it, called, and a good Samaritan turned it in with nothing missing. There are good people in this world and good people and Parma has both! Great service! This place is a hidden treasure that my girl and I just discovered hidden away in the back corner of an unassuming Concord strip-mall today, had to give them a well deserved review. It is an old school authentic Italian deli like what I was familiar with growing up in Philly. The people who work at Parma today were polite, kind, and helpful and made me feel welcome. We both felt the food was excellent, everything was super fresh and tasty, the breads, the sandwich fillings, and the salad we ordered. I had the Hot Crab Sandwich on sourdough, melted cheese all over the top, REAL crab (Wow!), served open face, and big enough that it made two meals,...all for ten bucks, an incredible value in this day and age! I actually came on to yelp to find a good sandwich to eat and this place was the second place on the list. It was really close so I had to check it out, since it seemed like virtually no bad reviews. The service was OK, not great, but the sandwich was amazing. Pastrami on wheat with Swiss, tomato and onion, with Dijon mustard. The sandwich was big and so delicious. This place is hands down the best deli in Concord!! After finding Parma on Yelp, I headed over for a sandwich. I was almost overwhelmed with their selection, and all at a very reasonable price! Looking for something to share with my honey, I spied a couple of guys noshing on enormous subs - the sepcial of the day, the Meatball sandwich. I ordered one, and asked to have it split in half....my half could have fed 2 people - it was HUGE! The bread was soft & fresh, and the meatballs and sauce were obviously made from scratch. It was HEAVEN!! I also had a super yummy side of cucumber salad. The food was amazing, the prices were right, and the customer service was top notch - Parma Deli has found themselves a new fangirl. Came here during the last week of my pregnancy because I was craving a sandwich. Since I'm still fairly new to the Concord area I still highly rely on my fellow yelper's reviews to find what places are worthy of checking out. So I stumbled upon this establishment and quickly got my 4 year old dressed and in the car because i was STAR-VING. After paying what seemed like a lot of $ for 1 sandwich, a bag of chips, a drink, and one of the hot item specials (i think it was close to $20) we took our food home to eat. I honestly wasn't impressed with my mortadella & salami sandwich. Maybe I got the wrong sandwich or the wrong meat combo but I've had better. Even though this may not be one of my top 3 sandwich spots I'll definitely keep it in mind the next time I'm craving deli food. read more

I had a basic turkey sandwich with cheese which was very good. I went in around 1 pm so it was empty except for one person eating in one of their few tables. The place is clean. The produce tasted fresh and there was lots of meat but not too much like Luigi's. I would have gave 5 stars but the lady not making my sandwich kept yapping instead of helping me get a salad to take to my wife. She kept yapping even while the nice lady was ringing me up. I will be going back soon, I just hope they find something for that lady to do! Update: I went back and I had to give it 5 stars because the food and the yapping lady wasn't there again. read more

Great sandwiches! Fairly nice people. Slow service because they take their time making the sandwich and don't have the kind of assembly line that subway and the big sandwich places have. It's not a problem. Phone ahead. I do not like their hours. The majority of the time that I've wanted a sandwich from this place, I couldn't get it because they were closed. 4/5 times that I made it on time, I was there pretty close to closing time and felt bad about it. Is it a little cocky to close so early, especially on a Friday? Maybe. This man thinks so. But the place seems to be thriving, and the sandwiches are great. I am a first timer here with this deli, I am still recovering from a couples days ago because of what this b****ch told me on the phone, I checked myself into the Kaiser ER room last night. Fortunately today is going much better. Well...first off, I knew I was safe when I walked into this wonderful spot..Concord's finest were there...PD. I thanked them for all the hard work that they do. Then the hardest decision of all was to figure out which sandwich to get. My oh my so many options. I also was not aware of what time they close. They close at 4pm during the week, so I arrived right in time. I had just come from the Metro PCS store cause I'm getting a new phone. In this same shopping center happens to be my cute, sweet, Asian hairstylists that does a great job and charges reasonable price. I was told by my new friend at the deli that cause this is my first time here that I should order a Turkey sandwich. Guess what I did, order a Turkey sandwich. My oh my, so, well, I also asked what a certain item was on the deli counter, it turns out that it is a nougat. My new friend gave me a vanilla nougat for free, they only costs $.81 cents. This is a family business, I really like to support the local businesses and when it is great food and customer service you can't go wrong. These sandwiches are super huge and super mongo, and yummy yums. Please remember that I am a big guy 6 foot 1 inches, and 224 pounds. I couldn't finish my sandwich so save the rest for later. I came in the other day and tried this delectable deli. I had the pastrami, my gf got ham. Sandwiches were huge, great family run place, good drink selection. Mustard could be a little more prominent (waaay more mayo than mustard), and the innards of my sandwich kept sliding around making it difficult to eat, but that's not necesarily a bad thing. One small complaint is that my gf only ate half her sandwich, and the box they gave us wasnt tall enough for the monstrous sandwich, it kept popping open in the car.
