I feel it is very important for me to warn you away from this company. They are extremely dishonest with very poor service. They push the Gamea Revo / Merol ME712 machine. I ordered the Merol ME712, I got a 3 year old Games Revo. Mine arrived defective. It took me months to get it repaired by them. I finally got it back in mid Feb. 3 month later, the heater wire has burned up. I contacted them and they told me how to repair and said they would send a new wire. Notice that rather than standing behind a product they sell, they are having their customer repair it. I went ahead and opened it up and found the bad wire they told me would be bad. I contacted them again and told them they were right. Then they tell me they are going to charge me $12 for the wire. This is their warranty service. Have you do the job and charge you for the part. Don't waste your time or money. I had two Jura makers, one Z5 and one X9, that needed routine service to the brew groups. When I first found Parts Guru it was $350 per unit to fix. When I brought them in the price went up to $500 for one and $550 for the other. OK; but they said total refurb, good as new. I got them back and each one had a problem that wasn't there when I brought them in. Worse, they freight shipped it back with some no-name company. They called to tell me they didn't deliver to residential addresses and I would have to travel 40 miles to their depot and pick them up myself. You get the idea; spend $1050 and throw your money away. The company posts great you tube videos on fixing them yourself, so stick with those. read more

I will be taking this BS company to small claims court. They are a SCAM! Told me my Jura S8 motherboard was done. And wanted me to donate the machine for parts!!! Made me pay for shipping twice . Failed both times. Actually broke more parts on return and blamed carrier. Took 3 months. I ordered two kits from them a month ago. They arrived and when installing them onto two different machines of the same model, the screens would shoot out at a ridiculously high pressure, sideways in the center, and very little around the edges. They said they would send me replacement screens. They sent only ONE. That was still a trash product as well. After many emails, they finally said they would send me the precision screens for both machines and a bag of beans for being patient with them. THOSE NEVER ARRIVED. Don't trust them. Don't do business with them. They are LIARS, selling WORTHLESS Parts. Thieves. Worst customer service ever. They have heard what I think of them, and they know they are in the wrong, and they don't seem to care about any customer. Buy parts from someone else. I had a Jura Capresso E8 that gave up the ghost. Sent the machine to Parts Guru to fix. Edward walked me through the repair cost and parts required and was careful to note that while the new parts would be fine he could not tell me if other parts (not currently broken) on this twelve year old machine would fail in a short time or last indefinitely. I asked him if he would allow me to trade in the machine for a new one. He did and recommended a Saeco Royal One Touch. It is an expensive coffee maker but we are so pleased with it! It makes excellent espresso and cappuccino (with automatic milk frothing and cleaning of the milk feed tube). The machine is fully programmable and easy to operate and easy to clean. (Unlike my Jura which required disassembling the machine to locate the brew group.) Edward was very helpful during the process, answered my many questions and we are delighted with our new espresso maker! read more

I have two old Saeco machines - an 1990's vintage Vienna Deluxe (Silver), and a 2003 Magic Comfort +. The Vienna Deluxe's doser stopped registering coffee and would grind up all my beans. So I unpacked my Magic Comfort + and after a couple of espressos it lost its home position and jammed the brew group. So I now had two nonfunctional machines! I contacted Saeco Parts (Parts Guru) for replacement gears for the Magic Comfort + along with a couple of micro-switches. Edward, referred me to the Parts Guru website for troubleshooting and repair information as well as giving me some advice as to what to look for when repairing the unit. He also suggested that my old Vienna Deluxe could probably be saved with some maintenance as well. I found Parts Guru's instructions on how to clean up the doser and it solved the problem. Yea! Additionally, the parts I ordered for the Magic Comfort + arrived, promptly, were less expensive than the parts I could buy locally, and with the additional troubleshooting and testing materials found on their web site, allowed me to repair it also. Double Yea! Finally, I definitely will be purchasing their suggested maintenance kits to keep my machines working for years to come. I highly recommend these people. read more

I agree - don't waste your time. I paid $375 plus $60 for shipping to repair a Jura E8. When Services Unlimited returned it the coffee just came out at random all over the drip tray, instead of through the spouts. They claimed it was the fault of UPS, and that I had to file a claim with UPS. In other words, its their word against UPS - .guess who will be the loser in that one (the customer). There was no mark on the machine, it was in the original packaging with additional bubble wrap, and the box was fine . They offered to fix it, provided I pay shipping both ways - $120. That would put me out a total of $555. Thanks but no thanks - a comparable new/refurbished Jura is only about $600. Unless you have a $2,000 machine don't waste your time. read more

After having purchased an item with the description / picture that I needed, I found out that what I was shipped was not the same item. They have duplicate pictures on 2 products which is very confusing as a consumer. This type of stuff will happen, it is the response that makes it better. Once support was contacted, they offered to sell me up on the product (okay that is fine), plus an additional 8.95 to ship! I'm not sure what to make of this outfit. I'll lay down my experience with it and you make up your mind. I've owned a Jura coffee machine for about 3 years. The machine's manufacturer treats its customers in the most obnoxious way. These machines are not too difficult to service yourself. But Jura tries to make it as difficult as possible for regular people to do it yourself. One day a small part started leaking water. I quickly identified the part that was leaking and called Jura to order it. That's when I was told that Jura doesn't sell INTERNAL parts. Googling the issue revealed that Jura refuses to sell parts to any repair shops, except Parts Guru. Also, Parts Guru's (PG) sister outfit, Services Unlimited (SU), seems to be the only place in US or North America to get your machine serviced too. I don't know how people behind PG/SU managed to swing such a sweet deal, I suspect nepotism. A problem with this arrangement is that PG's prices are exorbitant as one would expect a monopoly to engage in price gouging. So the small part that I needed, a small piece of plastic embedded in an even smaller piece of aluminum was listed for $59.99. For comparison, the same part is listed on UK and German sites for about 15 Euros or less than $20 (too bad shipping was too expensive). Some external parts that I also needed (bean lid, stainless steel grid) are sold at twice the price of those on the manufacturer's site! This certainly explains why PG is so helpful in identifying problems with machines. My machine also required service under warranty about 1.5 years ago. Naturally I had to send it to SU. The machine came back 2 weeks later, poorly packed, and the front plastic with 2 bad scratches by what appears to be a screwdriver. If one bothers to read PG/SU website's policies, one will quickly surmise that this outfit is all about money and must've run afoul with unhappy customers many times. Here are some lowlights: "Credit card charge backs for refunds is not acceptable." On the invoice it says: "Credit card charge backs will incur $30 regardless of the outcome." I've never seen such contempt. "We avoid legal process for resolving disagreements. Our on call Attorneys have not received any call for many years. We appreciate our customers for their patronage and cooperation." Notice how in one sentence they tell you how they have never had an unsatisfied customer, yet they're ready to unleash legal bloodhounds if you dare to be one. P.S. After I ordered my part through PG's website which claimed it was in stock, my credit card was charged the same day. However, the part was back ordered. ALL, even moderately scrupulous, vendors don't charge your CC until your order is shipped. So a week after ordering, I still haven't received my part while PG charged about $9 for "Priority" shipment. read more

I own a Saeco Magic Deluxe (older automatic espresso machine) and was experiencing problems with leaking steam, dripping water and lack of pressure. I was ready to toss it in and buy a new machine. I have a Solis Palazzo coffee maker that cost me a pretty penny over 5 years ago. In trying to clean the unit, I may have (or it may have on its own) broke a piece off the brew unit. Those replacements units aren't cheap, so it took me a while to order one. I went on line and found PartsGuru.com. I ordered what looked like the part I needed, it was immediately shipped and received. However, after my receipt, I realized that the new part did not work with my machine. I immediately called and spoke to Edward (I believe he's the owner). He said the the company no longer operates in the US and therefore there are no specific parts that I could order. He said that I could easily take one part off my old unit (good thing I kept it) and replace it on the new unit; or I can send it it and he'll do it for me! I opted to try it myself...and lo and behold, it worked!! Customer service was superior, and when/if any of my equipment breaks and they carry the part, I will definitely support them and give Edward my business!! read more

A Jura espresso machine was dropped off at the business for evaluation of a malfunction. We were never told that there would be a fee for evaluation or what the fee for that would be, only that they would let us know what the cost of parts and repairs would be. There is no charge for evaluation listed on their website. They told us over the phone that the repairs and parts would exceed $900, probably not worth it, but that they would keep the machine in trade and offer us $200 towards a new machine from them. We looked at the machines on their website and compared the prices to those offered by other companies. The company's prices were comparatively quite high even with the trade. We asked them if they would match the lower prices and they said because of their "high quality technical support" they couldn't do a match. They told us if we didn't buy one of their machines we could have our machine back for $65.00 "diagnosis" fee plus shipping, if we chose to have it shipped. Or we could in their words "abandon it" with them for no charge. read more
