I want to book a birthday party for my daughter. I am planning on inviting 16 kids. If I book for 16 kids, and on the day of party, not all 16 kids show up, will I be able to get a price adjustment on the kids who didn't show up?

Are grip socks included in the party price for the kids? Or is this a separate cost?

Grip socks are not included in the party package and our pairs are sold at the front desk for $3 each. Grip socks are required for all children and adults entering the facility

I dont beleive there are any tvs in the jumping rooms. I think there might be tvs in the party room but that is only the last 45 minutes of the oarty. You are not allowed in the party room prior to that

We were also excited to try one of the interactive games, but there were no balls available. After finally tracking down an employee to ask, we were simply told, "There aren't any." It's frustrating when an advertised attraction can't even be used because the necessary equipment isn't available. Most of the employees appeared to be minors, which left me wondering who would respond if someone were seriously injured. Having adult supervisors visibly present would make families feel much more confident about safety. The park has potential, but it really needs better staffing, more visible supervision, and basic maintenance of its attractions. I hope management addresses these issues because they have a nice facility that could offer a much better experience.

The foam blocks need a major refresh or replacement ASAP! The cost to jump seems a little steep, especially if you don't own the grip socks that are mandatory for entering the trampoline areas. I do think that the unlimited jump membership with is worth it because my little brother goes about 1-3 times a week, so he's def getting his money's worth.

My daughter and I are members at several trampoline parks due to our involvement in gymnastics, and we have generally had positive experiences elsewhere. When we arrived, we accidentally wore socks from another trampoline park that looked nearly identical to Sky Zone socks. Staff immediately approached us and informed us we needed official Sky Zone socks. That was completely understandable, and we purchased new socks right away without issue. The real concern came shortly afterward. My 6-year-old daughter noticed a teenage boy face down and unresponsive in the foam pit. I called out to him and quickly realized he was not responding and his head was partially buried. I immediately jumped into the foam pit to assist while my elderly father yelled for staff to help and requested someone call 911. What was deeply concerning was the complete lack of urgency from staff and management during what appeared to be a medical emergency. While I struggled alone in the foam pit trying to reposition and support a very large teenager, staff slowly walked over and just stood by. My father repeatedly asked for emergency assistance, yet management appeared more focused on the tone of his concern than the safety of the unconscious guest and took offense when called out on it. Thankfully, the teen eventually regained consciousness, after what seemed to have been a seizure, but the response from management, specifically Teresa, was extremely disappointing. When I later asked for corporate contact information, I was told she "didn't have it." I understand businesses have policies and liability concerns, but basic human compassion and emergency response should never be optional. Parents trust facilities like this with their children's safety, and after this experience, I no longer feel confident bringing my family here. Until Sky Zone Covina improves its emergency response training and leadership standards, I cannot recommend this location.

But we spent alittle over $300 there on everything! There is a $35 or $45 entrance fee depending on when you come. It's just to come inside the lagoon. If you want the obstacle course it's an additional $10 per person for 55 mins (super short). If you want to kayak, use the aqua bike or use the paddleboard it's an additional $10 per equipment/item. There is a kiddie area for small and young children. They DO NOT allow outside food or drinks except water! There is a small shop that sells misc. items, snacks & drinks (overpriced). They also had a foodtruck inside that was expensive and the meals didn't come with drinks. They do have plenty of staff and lifeguards there. The entrance fee should of been $15-20. The obstacle course atleast 90-120 mins instead of the 55 mins. Wish the foodtruck came with drinks and was a bigger portion.

I am writing to express my disappointment following our recent experience at Party Kingdom, where we hosted a birthday party for my child. We booked the venue over a month in advance, informing them that we expected around 40 children. Despite this, we were provided with the smallest room available, which was incredibly inadequate for the number of guests. The room was so cramped that it was difficult to move around, and the children couldn't even find a place to sit down to eat. Many parents had no choice but to stand outside the room. I am perplexed and frustrated by the lack of communication from the venue. We were not informed at the time of booking that this would be the only room available during our time slot. Having hosted birthday parties here before, I expected much better service for the price of over $1300. On a positive note, I appreciate the efforts of a male staff member who helped fix an item in the playground, for which we left a $50 tip. However, given this experience, we will not be returning to Party Kingdom for future events. I hope this feedback prompts some improvements in how bookings and customer expectations are handled. read more

I love this place!!!! My nieces and brothers LOVE his place. It's always clean and I feel comfortable with their security. Their open play hours are usually Wednesday and Thursday, the cost per child is $7, teenagers don't pay, unless they're going to join in on the fun! A great plus is that they allow outside beverages and food. A downside is that they are only open from 9am-1pm, on Wednesday and Thursday. I really wished they had more open play hours and weekends. They sometimes have monthly specials, $10 for the whole month on open play hours. I hosted a party at Party Kingdom today, and I can't say enough about how amazing our host, Kaitlyn was! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for the kids. She guided us through the setup, ensuring all our needs were met and kept the energy high throughout the event. Kaitlyn went above and beyond, engaging with the children and helping them feel comfortable and excited. Our group has used party kingdom for at least 10 Years we have always had a great experience. That is why we were very disappointed this year when we booked the event months ahead and they double booked the play areas for two different parties and then different workers gave us three different stories why they needed to cut the time we were originally quoted when we booked Our event. Very awesome staff. They love kids and are so good to their customers. I have brought my two kids here for the past 1.5 years and they come out exhausted from all the exercise. Love it! Great job party kingdom all the negative reviews about covid is nonsense. Bringing your child to an indoor space to jump and play with other kids is always "risky"... no "safe" way to do it. A damp mask from sweat isn't gonna prevent a virus either. Let the kids play and watch their beautiful immune systems do their magic. read more

I visited Party Kingdom with a friend on a Thursday afternoon. While it was quite crowded, the kids had an absolute blast! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of activities to keep children entertained for hours. Despite the number of people, the staff managed everything efficiently and were always friendly and helpful. It's a great place for kids to have fun and burn off energy, even if it gets busy. Came here for a kids birthday party and was impressed with the selection of jumpers and attractions for the kids. We were ushered into another room after the first 30 minutes or so where we spent another 30 minutes doing zipline and obstacle courses. In the final room, we had the food and refreshments including cake and some games for the kids. Overall a very enjoyable experience for my kids! read more

NO ADULTS ARE WAREING MASKS!!! I asked the front desk if she could tell their customers to put on masks and front desk lady told me they would not listen to her. We recently held our annual employee meeting, training and celebration at Infuzion Zone, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had a safe and welcoming space for our team to reflect on last year's accomplishments and plan for the coming year. The facility was spotless and having access to a private room made our meeting both comfortable and productive. After our meeting, we were able to unwind and celebrate together by playing some classic arcade games, which was a fun and unique perk. We didn't have enough time to play a game of Laser Tag, but we will plan another outing to get our game on. The combination of a clean, well-maintained space and the thoughtful support from the staff made Infuzion Zone the perfect venue for our event. The space is well-maintained and the lady who is usually here (I believe may be the owner) is SO kind. They allow you to bring in outside food (to be eaten in a specific area) and there is plenty of seating for parents. It's small enough where you can always have eyes on your child from across the room. They have packages for birthday parties (which we will take advantage of sometime) and don't forget your socks! She explained that they're under new management and appreciated the feedback. She said they plan to make the website and party policies much more transparent so future customers know about the adult admission fees in advance. She also adjusted my bill, which I truly appreciated. As for the party itself, it was fantastic! The kids had an amazing time, and our party host, Momma, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could enjoy the celebration. Despite the initial misunderstanding, the staff handled the situation professionally and showed they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction.
