Need an indoor playground?... This is it! First of all I have been coming here for 4 years with my oldest and now my two year old. We come here for rainy days, really hot days, birthday parties and just for playdates ! The people at the front desk are very friendly and also they keep the place very organized and updated. Love that they have two sides one for bigger kids and one for smaller kiddos which helps when you have kids in different age ranges. I have always witnessed that they clean the ball pits which is quite impressive. I enjoy that they have a lot of tables and chairs to set waters or diaper bags down. Went to a birthday party here for the first time since covid and it was AMAZING!!! So glad to see kids playing together again. The staff was super incredibly friendly to both the parents and children. Everything seemed so perfectly timed to enjoy each area sufficiently and never felt rushed. I think food items are limited but didn't seem bad at all. The kids enjoyed pizza, fresh fruit salad and chips and dip. Out of all the indoor playgrounds my 6yo still loves this one the best. The variety is good, not too big or too small. It's a bit more dated now probably from the cleaning through the pandemic. That's when we started coming as it was limited capacity, a place for the kids to get out of the house. The staff at the front is helpful and courteous. Overall the place is clean, enjoyable, easy to watch the kids and a great value for open jump. Some things are showing their age like the balls in the ballpit needs a total refresh. What a hidden gem. This place is not visible from the Main Street so I never knew it existed. I recently took the kids and was thoroughly impressed by the place. I even played in the playground. Hello, This email is to inform Party Kingdom of an equipment failure that will cause injury to others. My name is Abigale A Sandoval . I have attended Part Kingdom on Monday 08-21-2023 for the 5pm-8pm session located in Chino CA,with my one child who's a boy that's 7 years old. During this visit around 7:20-7:40 pm unsure of exact time frame. My child was playing in bounce house where two people stand and knock eachother off with the two provide foam covered in plastic sticks ? To knock eachother down off the platform. Unsure of proper name it has handles to clarify more. During that time while my child was playing , the form plastic knock over item hit my son in the head as  he tried to Dodge from getting knocked down. There is a zipper or some metal pointy Sharp item on this knock over thing that pierced and gast open my son's head. Please review any videos of this time frame . I was wareing a white shirt my son was wareing a black shirt and Brown / khaki colored pants. My son ran to me with blood covering his face as I grabbed him and ran to the bathroom to clear off area and see the extent of damage. Once I was able to locate the injury on his head and sees a severity. I did have to rush him to Kaiser emergency room.  My son did need multiple Staples as your equipment failure has caused. I do want to inform you of course I have read your guys's waiver information and understand there's no legal action I can take regarding my son's injury. But I do want to inform you to please double check equipment and this section of your operation. We've been here for several birthday parties and we always have a great time. The place is always very clean and well organized. I love the way they have a friend key associate guiding you through each phase of the party, playing games, and helping out with the kids in the party room. You first enter and fill out your waivers (if you haven't completed them ahead of time online), remove your shoes and wear grip socks (if you don't have your own, you can purchase them there for $3). Next, you enter the first room. It has some trampolines, a giant blow up slide, a blow up zip line type thing with two sides, a gladiator type two person game, and a smaller kid play area with tunnels, slides and ball pit. We're in there for about 45 min or so, and during that time someone comes and has the kids play games too. Then, we move on to the next room which is mainly bigger tunnels, slides, and obstacles. There is another area for smaller toddler kids to play and then a large inflatable basketball game and a football toss game. After another 45 min or so in there, we move on to the final "party room". They always have it set up cute with matching decor, and a separate table for all of the kids to eat where an associate serves them food/drinks. read more

It was a pretty large group of kids and their parents, with this being a 2.5 hour party. The building is split into two play areas (with 45 minutes to play in at both arenas, followed by a pizza party in their party room). The kids definitely had a blast... and the kids at heart (like myself and my lady) were definitely enjoying jumping around on the trampolines in the first arena - along with literally bouncing off the walls - and playing sniper and going down the slides in the giant playhouse on the second arena. The pizza was from nearby JoJo's Pizza (which was pretty good), and the giant inflatable throne in the party room made me want to get a selfie on it (too bad everyone had to clear out by 5:30... the staff are kinda strict about their schedule). I would be remiss to say that not only were the vending machines not working in the arenas (which would've helped refresh us after all that jumping around), there weren't too many seats for us adults to relax in. Came for a birthday party and I was surprised at how well maintained it was. The ball pits actually seemed clean but some of the ball suction machines (to make foam balls go up to the next level) weren't working. The kids were moved to 2 rooms and spent 45 mins in each room. The first one had some trampoline jumping and my little one who is usually pretty cautious, had so much fun. The next room had a lot of climbing and slides; but the favorite was a foam ball shooting area. The baby play area was really nice too with a mini ball pit and tiny climbing/sliding areas. Parker was our host and when I tell you that he kept our kids busy the entire time in the first room !!!! We finally made it yesterday around 5:30pm. This was a perfect after school/ daycare activity for $10! My little one is 3 years old and for the first time ever I actually let her run around without me being right on her tail. Check in was super easy and the front desk staff was very friendly! It's sort of a weird set up, but once you get inside of the actual arena it's surprisingly huge! My daughter was able to jump for about an hour before the big kids started rolling in. Which is totally fine because they have a 6 and under area. But that area is extremely small compared to the actual obstacle course. So she kept getting bored and wanting to go back to the bigger area. There was a pretty big slide with ball pits that kept her entertained for a while. But I could tell she really wanted to jump in a jumper and that wasn't available. As far as refreshments go, there are vending machines but thats about it. The party packages seemed a bit on the expensive side. But I guess if your kid loves running around it works out perfectly. One other thing I did like was the fact that throughout the evening the staff will come over and host games that everyone was able to participate in, yesterday was limbo Tuesday and they even have bingo on Thursday. The place looks clean, the bathroom could have used some work. But for me, this is a good outlet to let my wild one work out some of that extra energy. read more

My kids love this place while visiting Nana in town. They have 2 very large rooms, plenty of space and activities for most ages (even I had fun jumping and crawling around with my toddlers). Activities include indoor trampoline, ball pits, zip lines, slides (diff kinds), basketball, gladiator wrestling, and a giant maze structure, that even I got lost in. I also liked the fact that they had a baby area in which my 8 month could safely crawl around. The baby enjoyed the toys in that space also. We bought the Groupon too for a deal. We hosted my sons 4th birthday party here and it was wonderful! I was looking for a private space to host the party as most indoor playground are SUPER crowded on weekends and I'm constantly worried about where my kid is! Ha! Party Kingdom only host private parties on weekend, so you get 45 minutes in room 1, 45 minutes in room 2 and an hour in the party room for lunch and cake. We had such a blast since it was just our party enjoying the playground and it was easy to spot where the kids are. They were having a blast and the 45 minutes flew by! I will have to say the best party was the party hosts! Autumn was so wonderful and she literally did everything. From setting up the space, decorating, keeping us on track, making sure we got pictures of the kids, serving the food and cake, cleaning up and packing everything up! She did it ALL!
