After coming by to inspect the vent, I was expecting a follow up call to let me know what the assessment was and what part(s) needed to be replaced and/or if the entire unit needed to be replaced. I called Greg multiple times over the next two days and did not get a response. I called the store directly and spoke with multiple employees about the situation and they said they would speak to Greg and have him call me, yet I never received a call from Greg. After a week of no returned calls from anyone I decided to go into the store to see if I could get some answers. I went in multiple times and I was told once again that they would contact Greg and get me some answers but still (almost two weeks later) I have not received any calls from Greg or any other employees at Pasadena Kitchens. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with my overall experience and will not be returning to Pasadena Kitchens. I'm in real estate and have over 700 agents in my Pasadena office that I will make sure to tell to stay away from this place. Very unfortunate that my experience lead me to have to leave a negative review. Get a guy on the phone says he'll relay the message to the owner. Nothing happens. Call back three weeks later. A young lady talks to me and says I will be a priority and will call me back with an ETA. That was three weeks ago. Tonight I left another message. I think I'm done now.
