Horrible! Pasquale is under new management & they have changed the menu. I ordered a Stromboli with light pizza sauce, pickles, onions & extra cheese, but I got brown gravy. I got a Stromboli with brown gravy & when I complained that was not what I ordered, the owner said that's how I was taught when I bought Pasquale I've been going to Pasquale on 16th street for 40 years & brown gravy was not mandatory. You had a choice of brown gravy or pizza sauce. One of the workers was very rude slamming pizza pans when I complained. I've attached a pic of my Stromboli...soggy & nasty! I will not be going back!

I was excited to try Pasquale's. Their menu reads pretty well, and the pricing on Grubhub looked excellent. I figured this would be a great day to try them out, as I was busy and did not feel like cooking. I placed an order for four people. Hungry and growling belly, I was excited when the order arrived, and I could calm this hungry beast inside my stomach. I won't tell you not to order from here because we all have our likes. I will say that my household and I will never order again! The best thing I had was their onion rings. I am unsure why they call their foagies(fake hoagie), hoagies, as the name does not fit what you get. If you enjoy a hot lunch meat sadwhoxh with a weird-looking pickle loaf, by all means, order this!! If you like your three-item casserole to be over-sauced spaghetti, with minimal of your requested topping, order them. Better yet, if you want to place a $60+ order and see four hungry people trash everything.. Call them! I, however, will NOT be back.

Was staying at a hotel and needed to DoorDash some pizza. Checked the reviews for some local pies and found Pasquale's Pizza with some pretty consistent praise. I ordered the Meat Lovers pizza and it was fantastic! I'm picky about pizza and this did not disappoint. Everyone was fully satisfied!

Love their mushroom Stromboli's. This is a old school spot that has been around forever. Conveniently located next to the Indy 500 race track. Service is what you would expect for a small family owned business in the hood. Don't expect a warm welcome, at minimal eye contact. They are typically on the phone taking orders upon your arrival. Although limited, they do have parking on their lot.

Pasquale's Pizza is located fairly close to the IMS off of 16th street just under the bridge and you're almost there on the right. They do a have a parking lot. This is a place that you can tell have many regulars and that's always a good sign. The pizza we ordered was so good! Not greasy and they added so many toppings it was great! The Stromboli's that I saw looked great also. They have a big menu of subs, garlic bread, breadsticks, stuffed mushrooms, pasta, salads, and pizza. Until next time!

This is one of the best pizza places in Indy. If you love pizza and want a delicious hearty filling hot pizza then this is the place for you. Whenever I think about pizza this place comes to mind and it make my mouth water lol. We don't eat pork and Pasquale's has a nice selection of toppings. Awesome!

First bite of my Stromboli with mushroom gravy on the toasted hoagie bun! Yum! I don't know if anyone who get the pizza sauce one.

The drive up is open for business! I don't come here for the beauty and splendor, I come for my childhood favorite the Strom with mushroom gravy, cheese, onions and pickles! If your a dainty lil debutante or proper Dudley do right you might want to skip this place if you value looks over deliciousness.

Horrified to find out this is their very popular Stromboli sandwich. My mom ordered this. In the past she normally orders pizza and breadsticks which are fine. Just won't order Stromboli again.

Worst pizza next to pizza hut, dominos, and little ceasers. Stromboli is trash. Mozzerela sticks are average at least.

Our service was appropriately paced for the time it takes to make a Chicago deep dish pizza. I liked the TVs they had in the center of our dining area, which had some pre-season football coverage. The booths have taller partitions so it feels more intimate. I also liked the marquee saying "EAT PIZZA". I will certainly follow instructions there! The pizza we got was "The Special": sausage, green pepper, onion, and mushroom. I thought the pizza was fine, my only thing about Chicago style is that the vegetables can't caramelize like they would on a regular pizza. But that's just a personal opinion. I am pleased with the range of mocktail offerings, which are all $7.

We ordered online for delivery, and that may be part of it since deep dish really is best eaten fresh and hot rather than after a delivery trip. We tried the Meat and More Meat deep dish, which was very heavy. To be fair, that's probably just the style. Chicago stuffed pizza is rich, double-crusted, and seriously filling by design, but it was a bit much for us. We also got the family-size Rigatoni Bolognese. That one's actually worth the cost in terms of portion size; you get a lot of food. The flavor, though, was underwhelming. It wasn't bad, just not very flavorful. I can see why Giordano's has its fans, and the deep dish has a big following, but our experience was middle-of-the-road. If you're set on trying it, order for dine-in or pickup so it's fresh out of the oven.

We ordered a half-and-half pizza with the Spicy Bee on one side and the Bazbeaux Special with pine nuts on the other. Everything was delicious. It's all made fresh to order, so it took a bit of time to come out, but that's exactly why it tasted so good: fresh ingredients, a crisp thin crust that stays sturdy under the toppings, and great flavor throughout. With many toppings to choose from and a good beer and wine selection, there's a ton to explore here, and it's very vegetarian-friendly, too. The service sealed the deal for us. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, and our waitress was the highlight. We ended up staying a little past closing and started to rush, but she reassured us to take our time and enjoy the meal instead of feeling hurried. That kind of genuine hospitality goes a long way. Cozy, casual atmosphere, excellent pizza, and warm service in the heart of the Mass Ave arts district. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I have to laugh that my first review for this location of Bazbeaux, an Indy pizza icon since 1986,…read morewas actually my 300th Yelp review. Now, I'm over 1800 reviews and Yelp has become a huge part of my life. I was attending a nearby event related to Indy Shorts Film Festival and decided I wanted to visit Mass Avenue a bit once the event was over. This was early afternoon. After looking around a bit, I opted for a long-awaited return to Bazbeaux. Of course, a lot has changed in this area in the last few years. Parking prices are up (way up), though it's pretty plentiful with nearby street parking (metered) and parking along Mass Avenue. You also have a couple nearby parking garage options. Finding an accessible spot is fairly easy - curb cuts remain solid in this area and there continue to be some (but not all) crosswalks with audio. As was true nine years ago, accessibility on Mass Avenue can be challenging. That said, I think it has improved. I entered Bazbeaux and immediately noticed some improvement right away. There are two sides - a dining side, a bar side (with tables), and an aisle you can use for carry-out. The interior is warm, calming, and surprisingly intimate. The bar area is a bit louder, it's a bar area after all, but it's still pretty quiet. Service here remains strong. The hostess offered the bar area or a booth. Tables are not all wheelchair friendly, however, there are quite a few accessible options. My server, Samuel, was friendly and attentive without being overwhelming. He paced my meal nicely - I ordered garlic bread, my usual unsweetened iced tea (I think they still serve Mighty Leaf - an unusual choice that I love). I ordered a small (10") pizza with one-topping (pepperoni). I lingered a little bit, though not excessively so like my last visit. This time around, I was alone and my meal time was more traditional. The prices were definitely higher than last time, however, what price isn't higher than nine years ago? They were on park with the market these days and I had no issues with it - I think my meal came in at about $19 for the pizza, garlic bread, and iced tea (and I did get my always desired refill). Bazbeaux is unique in that every location (Mass Ave, Broad Ripple, Carmel) is located along the Monon Trail. They all have outside dining options, as well. They serve beer and wine, sandwiches, pizza, and more. One thing I have to say - accessibility is improved. I was noticeably bothered by it the last time I was here. This time around, I was comfortable and could easily function (I did not try the bathroom). While I could still see it being a bit difficult when packed, I arrived at an ideal time and was quite comfortable. The food was good, the service was very good, the prices were fair, and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful after a busy morning event. It really hit the spot. So, yeah. Last time around, I gave Bazbeaux a 3-star review. This time, I'm forking over that 4th star.
