I would definitely give this place 0 stars if possible. They seem to always disappoint me every time no matter how many chances I give them. Was craving some Lasagne and this was the closest Italian eatery. Sat at the bar (which was basically empty) and waited a good 10 minutes before being greeted despite there being several servers and at least 2 bartenders standing nearby. I ordered a trio plate that included: Lasagna, Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan. Food was extremely bland, tasted pre-packages and heated from being frozen. Lasagna lacked taste, flavor, seasoning. The chicken Parmesan was ok, but nothing to write home about. The fettuccine Alfredo was bland and dry. The Greek salad was the BEST part of the meal .. but I was rushed to finish it as my entree was brought out LONG before I finished it. I asked let the food runner know that I was not yet ready for my entree and he took it back to the kitchen. We ate there on 4/13/19 and wasn't impressed really. I wanted to splurge because it was a celebratory occasion. I love lobster and decided on the $24 lobster ravioli entree. I assumed it would have a bunch of lobster in the dish for $24. NOPE! It was maybe 8 frozen & reheated raviolis with a tiny bit of lobster in each one, some broccoli, a few red pepper pieces and about 8 shrimp. Why they put shrimp as a filler in the lobster dish baffles me? Were they out of lobster? If you want "Pasta Bella lobster ravioli", go to the supermarket or costco and buy a bag of frozen lobster raviolis for $10 and cook them yourself at home. Douse them with a $2 jar of alfredo sauce, toss in a few pieces of broccoli ($2) and some shrimp (if you like) & you've got the same dish pasta bella charges $24 except that your $15 meal will feed 3-4 people ...if you use the whole bag! I did call the manager over and express my displeasure. He acted as if I was a moron and this was all I should expect for a $24 plate of food. He offered to take it away and make me something else but my guest was already eating his meal and I didn't want to sit there watching him eat and have him watch me eat when my 2nd dish finally came out. Plus, you know they would have done something rude to the food. I will NEVER send a dish back and get another one. We all know what happens when you do that. Overall, not bad. We love rice balls (arancini) and order them whenever we see them. These were HUGE. Like baseballs. You get three of them. Instead of marinara for dipping, they're drizzled with some sort of remoulade. They were too dense and just honestly too large. I've been wanting to try this place for a while now and I'm glad I finally did. I ordered take out so I can't speak on the dine in service. Ordered my food and was told it would be ready in 25 mins. It wasn't ready when I got there but I only waited about 5 mins so that wasn't too bad. The lady behind the bar was very nice and showed me all my food before giving it to me. The food was very good and the portions for the most part were large. This place is always great! My 14 year old picked it for our late valentines date. We got the calamari as our appetizer like always. He picked the Cajun chicken Alfredo and I had the red snapper exotica, both were perfect. We took the baklava cheesecake and truffle cheesecake home for later. The amount of food you receive is ridiculous large plus for dinner you get the sausage and tomato "dip". I'm not a pasta fan and especially don't typically like Alfredo but they have the best Alfredo sauce ever! Food is typically pretty good but it seems to be hit or miss. The portions are awesome, the staff is superb and the food is also pretty expletive good. The garlic rolls seem like they're probably pre packaged, but who cares - They are STELLAR!!! The rolls come with some kind of sausage soup/dipping sauce, but I'm a Vegetarian, so I can't make any valid commentary on its taste...My Mother and Father, who are not Vegetarians, seemed to enjoy it though. This restaurant blew me away, the servers were extremely polite and the food tasted of quality and technique. I will always return to Pasta Bella when I want a taste of home. This has been our to go place for years, a friend took me their for lunch & that was it. Now we do curbside pick up & live the food. When you can fine in the management is great too & make sure you enjoy your visit. I have been to this place several times. I usually get the spaghetti with meat sauce. So as not to break from tradition I ordered the (you guessed it) the spagetti with meat sauce (don't tell my wife). To ward off any feelings of guilt (?) I also ordered a house salad w greek dressing. Natually, one can only truly enjoy the fullness of this meal with a glass of wine, however, being that I was but an hour from starting work I was forced to relegate my palate to sweet tea on the rocks with a twist of lemon. Be thou forewarned, about the garlic butter rolls. These jewels of the palate are very good so be cautious, they will fill you up quick. Consume them in moderation. In almost no time at all the main course has arrived. When I went to move the plate of spagetti I could not help but notice how heavy it was. It is apparent that I will have plenty for later. Typically, when I have ordered spagetti (other places) the noodle to sauce ratio is what, 70/30?. Here they are not skimpy on the sauce at all. The entire plate is full! Therefore, it was apparent that I will have a good meal later on my shift. The spaghetti here is good.. You get a lot of food for the price. The wait staff is very attentive meaning I did not spend my time flagging them down for refills etc. My server was very preemptive, providing refills and checking up on me frequently but not overbearing. Then came time for dessert. With some inquiry it was determined that the Tiramasu was the clear choice. I expected a piece or slice of cake. I received a HUNK of cake. I was given no recourse but to consume ALL of it. Accompanied with a good cup of java this went down well. In conclusion, this was a successful adventure. It will need further study (prob pizza) and another visit in the near future to fully appreciate this restaurant. 63/100 read more
