I had a great experience here it's such a gem of a place and you really feel like you're in Italy!! All of the pastas are homemade and I didn't come to pasta night but just for lunch and it wasn't too busy. They have happy and lunch specials and the service was great! The creamy pasta was delish!!

I thought I had found such a hidden gem of an event but when I arrived the line wrapped around the block - via IG messages the restaurant told me that there was a 6pm and 7pm event, like two shifts for the Wednesday $20 unlimited little bites situation but it doesn't seem like that is true. you kinda just get in line and they let you in as people leave. some people definitely stayed from 6 to 8. I think they would do better if they made it ticketed so that people weren't waiting in line for only 20 minutes of the event - it's a really great idea for an event with all the tables moved to the sides, music blasting, and the servers running around with some plates of little bites. every waiter was so fun and kind, great people! - I tried every bite I could (little hard to get the plates tbh) and got their heavy pour of wine they offer for each attendee. they only offered 3 different plates. - the little bites of pizza were super doughey and had such a thick layered tomato sauce. I really enjoyed these. ppl who prefer crisp pizza won't love - the only two pastas offered were a marinara and a cheese sauce. the cheese sauce was delicious! but the marinara tasted very average, could be from a can. the pasta itself was so thick and chewy (in a good way) and definitely not from a box

This was a great hole in the wall Italian spot in Hell's Kitchen. The carbonara was good, it was a little underwhelming, but the fusilli was incredible. Very autumnal with the pumpkin sauce. Service was good and they even gave us free cannolis!

Everything here is delicious. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and fast. Space is small so a call ahead would be proper. Again...if you try this place you will look down upon everything else that calls itself authentic Italian. Spoil yourself

I had my eye on this place for a while and was between appointments and decided to give it a shot. It is a very small place, a long hallway really with a few tables and the area to order towards the back. I was seated immediately and was given a menu. Water and Italian bread with EVOO came to the table. The menu consisted on antipasti choices-pricey for starters-$18-23$ range. Salads are also offered and the pasta choices are multiple but once again pricey. Lunch has less choices but they are half the price. Protein can be added for $5 [burrata, beef ragu chicken, shrimp meatballs or sausage] I opted for the fettuccine al tartufo e porcini [black truffle sauce with porcini mushrooms] Lunch selections also offer paninis and there a limited number of desserts. My meal came out hot, al dente and was delicious. the staff was very pleasant. I did not see a restroom available but did not ask to use one. The restaurant was clean and the place had a nice vibe. I would recommend and return.

This is their version of beef ragu......

Do not let their special prices fool you; you get what you pay for. The so-called $10 lunch special ended up being nearly $20 w tip because I was hopeful. There was an additional $5 charge for protein, so I selected the beef ragu. Essentially, my dish consisted of fettuccine mixed with sautéed ground beef; it lacked tomato sauce and any other ingredients. The nerve to pass this off as a dish.... This is a terrible business.

{Overall: 5; Food: 5} Ambiance: 5; Service: 5…read more I loved everything about Ci Siamo. The ambiance is delightful. The restaurant is huge, but still feels warm and inviting. We sat on the patio, which was perfect for a summer day. We enjoyed everything we ate and were genuinely left wanting more by the end of the meal. *Cast Iron Focaccia: Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The tomato conserva alongside it was delicious. *Mortadella con Pistacchio: Simple and well executed. Great mortadella. *Escarole: Reminded me of a Caesar salad. The leaves were crisp and generously dressed, which I loved. *Braised Beans: I generally do not love beans, but I loved this dish. It felt like a hearty, comforting bean stew. *Rigatoni Alla Gricia: My favorite dish of the night. Rich and creamy with salty guanciale and perfectly cooked pasta. *Roasted Half Chicken: Usually chicken is not something I get excited about at restaurants because it can be bland, dry, or both. This was one of the best restaurant chicken dishes I have ever had. It was perfectly moist, incredibly well seasoned, and felt like a thoughtfully composed dish rather than just a piece of chicken on a plate. Even the white meat was tender, and the skin was fantastic. The service was excellent throughout the meal. Combined with the beautiful setting and consistently strong food, it made for a memorable dining experience.

It's almost impossible for me to ever be happy with Italian food outside of Italy or home. WELL, Ci Siamo proved me WRONG and I'm so happy they did. We came here for a pre concert dinn dinn. Initially I thought we'd just get some drinks and apps and keep it moving. The dishes were jaw dropping and served with the prettiest details. We ordered the tagliatelle al sugo, orechiette with ramps, pistachio and pecorino and the snap peas with bulgur, asparagus and sunflour seeds. WOW WOW WOW The sugo was uncomplicatedly made come lo fa tua nonna. None of the heavy Italian American traditions. All so delicious adding their own twist. The orecchiette was such a creative dish but also so bright, colorful and so many different textures and flavors that to perfectly together. Portions were perfectly sized and we got to share and try everything. If we would've ordered apps it would've been too much. Got the Ci siamo martini (botanical to the core just how I like it!) and a rotating mezcal with aperol drink. Overall great place to dine in or come out with your friends. Be sure to make a resy!

WOW SO DELICIOUS!! hack to get a res is going for lunch lol…read more this meal was so yummy!! the perciatelli nero was bright, citrusy, and had an aftertaste of spicy (from the pepper i assume). the crab pieces were generous and buttery and the pasta seemed to be homemade and cooked al dente. very light and refreshing and the sauce was addicting. i think this pasta paired perfectly with the burger. definitely a heavier, decadent dish, but also surprisingly not too salty. the meat itself was fine but i thought the bun was so good especially since the bottom bun kinda absorbed the meat and cheese juice and the top bun stayed crispy and soft. potatoes on the side were fine. tbh i think this is the best meal ive had at an italian restaurant. and they gave us free gelato for my friend's birthday!!! great service, lots of seating (altho the tables were kinda sat pretty close together) and honestly a great place to catch up over a yummy meal.

Service was friendly and efficient! Apps: Roasted Mushrooms and Burrata Crostone - Both were beyond flavorful and delicious, but the mushrooms are a must order! They're so savory with a hint of spice and richness from the runny egg. 10/10! Mains: Garganelli, Cacio E Pepe, Roasted Carrots - all three of these dishes were incredible. The Garganelli had a rich mushroom ragu and the Cacio was perfectly rich and creamy. The carrots were a sleeper hit- the za'atar and pistachio put it over the top! Dessert: Olive Oil Cake - light and not too sweet. The fresh crème mousse was delightful. Overall, I loved my meal at L'Artusi! Can't wait to come back!

Water and excellent bread arrived immediately and the waiter was helpful describing dishes and giving advice. Salads were fresh and crisp. Caesar was nicely dressed and the mixed salad was a nice combination with well balanced herb vinaigrette. Seafood dishes had large amounts of fresh seafood and the veal picatta had the lemony flavor you expect without excessive acidity. Dessert was tasty and innovative. The ricotta based cheese cake wasn't as smooth as the cream cheese form but the citrus flavor was great.
