My wife ordered the Petrale Sole. A Grana Padano crusted fillet of Petrale Sole served with lemon-cream sauce, accompanied with angel hair pasta with fresh tomatoes & basil. I sampled the Sole, it was light, flavorful and delicious, with a nice snap of the outer crust. Nice. One friend ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. You know you're in an authentic Italian restaurant when the pasta is homemade. Served with housemade fettuccine with generous serving of butter, cream, & Grana Padano Cheese. A nice crispiness on the initial bite but the meat is still delicate and juicy. Now I appreciate that I was at an Italian Restaurant but what can I say, I wanted a steak. The Steak is a 12 oz Certified Angus Beef N.Y Steak aged for 28 days, then marinated in olive oil & herbs and served with a creamy polenta. I gotta say, this was one good steak. Cooked to perfection, it was perfect. Chef's Kiss. It was nice to finish my meal with the same delicious Polenta that we started the evening with. Celebrating a birthday on this evening, a generous portion of desserts were ordered. Starting with the Tiramisu. I gotta say this was a really good Tiramisu.
