#6 Shrimp Scampi
Maddie C.

If you're in the mood for pasta, this is a good choice! For the price they give you large portions and the flavor on the food is great! There aren't many affordable Italian places out this way that have good pasta, so when I'm in the mood I tend to get this place. The shrimp scampi usually comes with asparagus but I opt out of it as I feel like the asparagus is the odd one out in the dish. The tiramisu is very tasty! The presentation of it with it being a take out meal was great as well. Overall, if you're looking for a pretty good pasta, try this place out!

Wonderful hidden gem on York i side the Shell station in Elmhurst. Friendly staff, amazing chef, great comfort food but better!

Thursday Special - BAKED MOSTACCOLI & 1 SLICE OF GARLIC BREAD Sooo good!

MONDAY SPECIAL - My search is over. This is the BEST MAC & CHEESE I ever had!!! Pasta To Go's mac & cheese redefines comfort food.

Chicken Fettuccine Chicken with Spicy Tomato Cream Sauce.

Unbelievable pasta!! I live in the heart of the City of Chicago and picked this up on my way home from work. I was completely blown away by the flavors of the meat and sauce... they complemented each other perfectly and tied the entire pasta dish together beautifully. I think Pasta To Go rivals any spot in downtown Chicago and should be on everyone's radar if you're looking for a quick, high quality pasta meal in Elmhurst, IL. These are hard working people and deserve a shot from all pasta lovers. Great bang for your buck too!!

Rigatoni Melanzane

Pasta to Go is apparently popular locally, but wasn't on Yelp when I searched for it. So I decided to check it out. Pasta isn't my favorite food group, but I do enjoy it once in a while. The interesting part? It's located inside of the Shell gas station. Prices and portions are reasonable, and they have daily specials for around $5 as well. I tried the Rigatoni Melanzane. Great size, lots of fresh veggies, light marinara sauce, and melted fresh mozzarella cheese on top. My only complaint? I would love extra mozzarella, it's really good with the dish. The service was quick and friendly. Definitely worth stopping by for quick take out.

Amazing food and great portions. It's one of our favorite places to get Italian. The best dish is the Diablo Shrimp. That's if you like spicy. But you can't go wrong with any of the dishes.

Wow. Eating food from a gas station might seem strange, but wow is this pasta good. Ordered the primavera, spaghetti and meatballs, and the Mediterranean. They were all accompanied by garlic bread. Everything was delicious. The chicken in the primavera wasn't my favorite. It didn't have much flavor IMO, but the sauce was sooo good. I would order this again without chicken. The Mediterranean was also very good. All the flavor blended well together. My daughter fell asleep before she could eat, but I tasted her meatballs and pasta and they were good. If you're around I highly recommend. Our total was $42 and some change. Pricey for takeout, but I will 10/10 be back. I want to try the spicy shrimp one next time.

The sandwiches from the case are especially amazing, and change every day so you always get to try something new. Their soups are excellent, their pizza is pretty good. i've been coming here for 25 years, never had a problem. i'd like to address some of the one star reviews I saw below don't listen to them, every now and then you get crazy people that leave crazy reviews, this is a five star sandwich shop trust me One of the reviews, the girl ordered only a salad and complained about the price not understanding that this is a family owned place so everything's gonna be a little bit more expensive than McDonald's or whatever you're used to, because it's good quality food. A couple of the reviews, they talked about bad customer service for being put on hold. For those of us who have worked in a restaurant, you know sometimes it gets busy, let me tell you these guys get SLAMMED around lunchtime as they're literally the best place to eat in town for miles. And so around noon, expect to wait a long time, because they're really really really really busy. in fact, whenever I eat here, I try to make it by 11, and if I can't make it by then, I wait until 1pm cause it just gets soooo busy. if you're an impatient person, that just wants to be angry at everybody and lacks empathy than go eat somewhere else; you won't fit in with the chill family vibe here if you love, family values, supporting good people, excellent food, and a nice place to sit down and have a bowl of soup and a sandwich in peace. You'll love this place, you'll be a repeat customer like me. thanks for reading, God bless Pat

First time I tried this place was at their food truck and ever since then I keep wanting to go but…read moresomeone told me that they actually close at 6:00 p.m. and it's a very unusual/ early time to close. I did find out later on that they actually close at 8:00 p.m. they did extender hours at least this is for the Bensenville location so here I am trying them out. We ordered the scores which is three scores for $10 and it was so worth it I do like the pork skewer better than the chicken I think the chicken would be better if you eat it there like as soon as it gets off the grill when it's hot. The shawarma sandwich was also amazing it was juicy and flavorful I would definitely go back for it because I only took a bite because it wasn't mine. So yeah they do have a few locations the Bensenville one is kind of under construction they do have a few tables that you can dine in and parking is in an issue oh and they also have a drive-thru. I will definitely be coming back for more. Happy eating!

The hubs and I went for lunch. It's definitely a destination kinda place. On York, north of Irving Park. The train tracks are across the way and they're on b the west side with all the companies. Great spot for local enployee lunch breaks. The building is painted a darker (not quite navy blue) and the street level sign is the same with white lettering. It's easy to miss because of this. White board with blue letters would stand out from farther away. You walk in and it looks like a summer day. I love the bright white (very Grecian) its clean and the only mess you see is the future! They're building out a Illinois Gaming area which i foresee being great for business. I look forward to seeing the progress and appreciate how it still runs smoothly, despite this bit project. If you can't stand construction, don't worry, they have ca drive through. But honestly, very clean inside. Finally the food. Yum... yum... yum. I had souvlaki. I'll be back to work through the menu. I was told , when checking out, their two year anniversary is coming. Look out for amazing deals on April 29th. $2 skewers.

Tucked away in a small shopping center, it's a cozy little spot with beautiful Moroccan lights that add to the atmosphere. The staff was patient, kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. We ordered family style so we could sample a bit of everything. Here's what we tried: * Vegetarian Combo: 5/5 stars- Ezme, hummus, falafel, and eggplant dip all on one plate. A perfect starter and a great way to taste a little bit of everything. *Mix Grill: 5/5 stars- chicken kebab, beef kebab, Adana kebab, chicken kofte, beef kofte and doner kebab. This was a hit at the table- every single piece was flavorful, juicy, and absolutely delicious. *Turkish Iskender: 2/5 stars- this one wasn't for me. This dish is made with a bread base topped with tomato base and shredded lamb and beef. The flavor was unique, but the texture just didn't work for me. I don't think I would order it again as it felt very soggy. *Ali Nazik: 3/5 stars- smoked grilled meat over a bed of creamy garlic, yogurt and eggplant. The meat was wonderful, but the yogurt and eggplant mix felt a little off chunky and bland like cottage cheese and needed a stronger punch of flavor. *Manti: 5/5 stars- tortellini stuffed with ground beef served in a creamy yogurt with chilly oil. unlike other places where the dumplings are huge and heavy these were small bite size and perfectly balance easily one of my favorites of the night. Overall, I definitely come back. The menu is extensive and there are still so many dishes I want to try. I can't wait for my next visit.
