Place had a chill vibe, loved the rope chandelier and the window for viewing the pasta being made. Service was friendly and welcoming. We ordered 2 pastas, both were delicious and I ordered the BBQ cowboy, I couldn't resist. On homemade focaccia bread and melted cheese, it was amazing. We will definitely be back and we were happy to stumble on this place. Also they have a water bottle refill station which was an added bonus as we were on this side of town for a tournament.

Food delivered full of water, more water than noodles. Creamy Tuscan shrimp, zucchini noodles.

    Creamy Tuscan

Absolutely stunned with how good our food was. My wife had the creamy Tuscan and she is super picky with pasta, as she's 17% Italian... I got the spicy marinara with mozzarella. Fresh pasta, baked, hot, perfect! Will be back for sure

Good variety of pasta [Rocklin CA] My co-workers and I tried this place for the first time and did takeout. I had the Chicken Alfredo and I really liked it. It came in a covered container that was placed inside a sturdy box. Travelled well...accident proof, no spills. That was some nine months ago. Just recently I went to the restaurant and picked up my to go order. It was located in a part of Rocklin not familiar to me, actually, anywhere past Sunset Blvd from Park Drive was new area to me. It is in the Stanford Ranch Plaza. The spacious dining room was clean with a good amount of seating. Lots of window so it was bright inside. I ordered the Creamy Tuscan Shrimp. The portion was large and very filling... generous on the shrimp and I loved the slightly toasty crust. Service was friendly from the phone call order to when I picked up. Prices are very reasonable. Today I tried this place for the first time and I really liked it. The pasta was very delicious and the prices were quite reasonable. Fries and garlic bread was so good. The best part was how kind and attentive the staff were. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience

Our family tried Pasta Zone first time and we were really happy with the quality of food and how good everything was. Kudos to the girl working at this location all by herself and keeping up with multiple orders at one time.

Pasta Zone is a welcomed new addition to the Rocklin neighborhood! You can select from menu items such as their pizza mac&cheese or you can build your own pasta bowl. Guests choose their homemade pasta, sauce, cheese, protein, and veggies. After that, it's all combined and baked before serving! The restaurant has such thoughtful details, like each to-go order coming in a cute and sturdy box. Only downside is that we wanted more protein in our pasta. We only got 4 meatballs! But we realize maybe if we picked something other than handmade meatballs, we would've gotten more LOL The Build Your Own Pasta is $13.95 and the menu Mac&Cheese range from $8.99-$10.49. At the moment, we feel the menu mac&cheeses are a better deal as they're quite cheaper and we noticed more protein! But keep in mind, we're meatheads (lol) and if protein isn't everything to you, then the build your own pasta is a great way to go! The servers are always super friendly and nice. We hope Pasta Zone is here to stay!

Pizza delivery can always be a chancey proposition, yet it's so convenient when tired and just want some comfort food without going out for it. The pizza did arrive right at the outer edge of the delivery time. I ordered am xtra large vegetarian pizza and a large side salad w/my selection of blue cheese dressing. The pizza was fine with all of the right ingredients and a very tasty white type pesto sauce. The criticism is that the dough and crust wasn't fully baked and very chewy and doughy. The toppings aren't evenly or well distributed and end up in the middle, the place you don't want them bunched up for easy eating. Except for the dough and the way the toppings were placed, the pie was tasty enough. The pie also wasn't at all warm when it arrived and needed reheating. We may have been at the end of a delivery cycle (?) The salad was excellent. Fresh and full of flavor, including beans which is a nice touch. The croutons were essentially torn bread chunks and not toasted, or in the least very little. That was fine for me but a bit strange to taste. The dressing, delivered in containers was delicious. OK, a few glitches but I'd still get my pizza from here. It's kind of a "luck of the draw".

I arrived around 3:45 pm and waited about 15 minutes before going inside at 4:00 pm. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and they even offered focaccia bread and water while I waited, which I appreciated. I ordered two kids pizzas, one with pineapple and one with olives, and specifically asked for extra sauce because my kids like their pizza that way. I was also charged an extra $2 for the toppings, which I paid, but it would have been nice if that had been communicated to me upfront. Unfortunately, after waiting about 40 minutes, the pizzas were very disappointing. My kids immediately said it tasted like cheese bread, and after trying it myself, I agreed. There was barely any sauce at all, which was surprising since I had asked for extra sauce. My kids wouldn't eat it, and I ended up having to take them somewhere else to get pizza. I was really disappointed after driving so far and having high expectations based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

The casual yet cozy atmosphere prompts fun conversation. There's a nice old world ambiance about it. Perusing the menus we first chose a carafe of wine, a Barbera. Having it before here we find it hearty and bold. For the table we shared a house salad which was fresh and well made. There was plenty for four of us. Tasty bread was brought to the table along with oil/vinegar and herbs on a plate. My main course selection was the Maccheroni e Formaggio, spiral pasta (macaroni) with a rich sauce, lots of cheese and breadcrumbs. I got it with meatballs which I highly recommend. The dish was delicious and very filling. For dessert I chose the cannoli which has been my favorite. Unfortunately, this time it tasted dry and the middle of the shell was hard as a rock. The filling was good. Service was very friendly, not rushed and attentive. They always add to an enjoyable meal. I continue to highly recommend this place for a good Italian meal.
