It's a little expensive to add meat (it was $4 for grilled chicken) but the actual noodles themselves aren't too bad (it was around $9 for just the noodles) for a regular. I got the basil pesto cavatappi and I would say it was pretty good. Nice and creamy, very flavorful and the chicken was also a lot better than I had expected to be honest. It took around 12-15ish minutes for me to get my order but that was mostly because there was a catering order. The place was pretty calm, not crowded at all. The sweet lady, Terri, I take care of wanted Noodles & Company, so we drove to Rocklin to pick up our order to take home. This Noodles & Company was not busy at 330 p.m. so we were able to walk right in. Technically, when you walk in, you should stop and look at the menu in the wall before you get to the register. When it is busy, it helps the ordering process move faster. The menu is also available at the register above the counter. We both decided to go with the Alfredo MontAmore. It has spaghetti noodles tossed with a decadent four-cheese blend, roasted mushrooms, grape tomatoes, spinach, Parmesan chicken, a sprinkle of MontAmore cheese, parsley and fresh cracked pepper. I changed my noodles to egg noodles, and my friend, Terri, decided not to get mushrooms & spinach. Our food only took about 5 minutes to finish. It was neatly packed up with napkins and plastic forks. I also took Terri to Crumbl and Trader Joe's before we headed home to Roseville... and would you believe a whole 30 minutes later, our food was still piping hot!! The flavor was spot on! However, we are sauce snobs, so we should've asked for extra sauce. It was a little on the dry side, but I'm sure the pasta soaked up some of that sauce while we drove home. I just ate here with my family and it was my first time eating here. I go the zucchini shrimp scampi and it was quite good. I was disappointed that I only got four small shrimp with my order but the flavor was good. For my kids I got them the kids meals with Mac and Cheese. The macaroni noodles were under cooked and you could tell they'd been sitting out for a while. That was a pretty big disappointment as none of them ate very much of it. Allow me to begin with my bias that most of this type of eateries have not been a positive experience for me. Usually they simply are not very clean or when you get your food you wonder if you just saw your food move on your plate. My wife and I ate here last Saturday evening and the food was excellent! I had the chicken-noodle soup which was fabulous and she had the Chinese Chicken Salad. The only critique that we had was they were a little too heavy on the salad dressing but it was quite tasty. We received coupons in the mail! We'll go tonight. My wife and I headed to Noodles and Company at the Rocklin Crossings and were treated well at the register. After looking the menu on the wall over; we ordered to go and waited for our food. The coupon we used was a, "Buy one get one free" which these days seemed to good to be true, but there it was in my hand. Anyway, a nice young lady called our name and up we went. Upon returning home we were both sadly disappointed once the bowl lids were removed. My wife's bowl was just over 1/2 full and also very light on both the sauce and chicken. While mine was full, I quickly found out that there was nearly zero cheese/sauce/anything but dry noodles below the very top layer (which was was also light on the cheese and BBQ sauce). For a "World Famous Mac" I can't see why it would be famous for anything other than pulling dollars out of your wallet. I'm so very glad we didn't pay full price for our meal as I would have driven back to return it all, despite the heavy handed "biden-tax" on fuel these days. I understand companies having to make a profit to stay afloat, but at least let people know you'll be shorting them. My husband and I found something to our liking and so did the kids - this is often a challenge. Noodle dishes ranged from rich mac and cheese, to spaghetti, to pad Thai. Three soup options that included a comfort style chicken noodle with wide egg noodles. All ingredients were very fresh! The hit was the Coke machine that allowed for 100+ combinations. All the staff we encountered were all nice. We ordered a few dishes; the Indonesian peanut noodles (with chicken), a curry noodle dish (with chicken), Wisconsin mac & cheese, an spaghetti and meatballs. The Indonesian one was spicy spicy! I like spicy, but this one was really potent. Good flavor though and large portions. I only finished half. My husband really enjoyed his curry noodles. They had a sweetness to them.
